Our flight was delayed and landed late and we thought the building was closed; the lights were off and no one was at the desk. However we pushed open the door (it was unlocked) and the staff was asleep on the couch! Poor guy must have needed a nap.

- Susanne (10/5): Hervorragendes Hotel - Nachdem wir unseren Aufenthalt in den bestimmten "Servicespartements" in Saigon abgebrochen hatten wegen für uns unzumutbarer Mängel, habe ich aus Not dieses Hotel überstürzt gebucht - und wir waren alle vier sehr begeistert! Schöne ausreichend große Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Dusche ist super, gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet (natürlich eher asiatischer Stil, aber schließlich sind wir in Asien!!), nettes Personal. Hätten wir das nur gleich gebucht! Nichts!

Хорошее расположение, можно прогуляться пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей Плохая звукоизоляция. Окна не закрывались плотно, есть приличные щели. И щель между входной дверью и полом. Жёсткие подушки, если это кому-то важно.
- Antje (8/5): Hotel in der zentraler Lage mit freundlich Personal an der Rezeption - Wir hatten als Familie ein großes Zimmer mit extra großem Bett und eine Suite für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das war sehr komfortabel. Vor allem hatten wir viel Platz. Die Aussicht über den Park war schön, allerdings ist die laute Straße direkt vor der Nase. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und für eine Folge Reservierung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Fenster zur Straße könnten besser isoliert sein.

- Joanne (6/5): Would have been good if we had been in a different room away from front of hotel due to noise. - Clean and tidy. Close to some tourist spots in D1. The noise from outside kept us awake. There is a night club on the top floor of the building next door and it kept us awake all night and didn’t stop until 6am Sunday. Then again Sunday to 3am. The windows were only single glazed so provided no noise proofing at all - even with ear plugs in I could still hear the thudding bass.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was on a very busy road, difficult to cross if walking. Better to catch taxi or Grab car. - David (8/5): Very good - Everything pretty much as one would expect. The hotel is on a very busy road with loud and noisy traffic all through the night. Together with a dance club nextdoor, it makes some nights hard to sleep through. Not really something the hotel can do anything about, but it's good to take it into account when booking.

Zum Hotel selbst: eine zweckmäßig ausgestattete und relativ saubere Unterkunft, welche langsam in die Jahre kommt, aber noch immer noch mit einem ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden kann.
