• Mark (9/5): A good airport hotel - The room was clean and well furnished. The airport shuttle was quick, and the driver was friendly. The staff was cordial. Considering that it is an airport hotel with a 24hr shuttle, I thought it was a good value. The tub was clean but was a little stained. The breakfast buffet --which was an additional charge--was fine, but it wasn't much above the included breakfast buffet in other hotels.

• JADINL3 (10/5): Good overnight stay before flight - We stayed one night before a flight due to a snowstorm moving into the area. We were able to check in a little early. The room was clean and comfortable and did the job for a night. The airport shuttle was fast and efficient and our vehicle was just as we left it. Our shuttle driver was named Richard and he made a point to pick us up even though his shift was over. What a nice man!

• burakbC9812SO (4/5): Unacceptable Experience and Poor Service - My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Within an hour of checking in, another guest tried to enter my room using a key card that actually opened my door. Thankfully, I had my privacy latch on; otherwise, they would have walked right in while I was resting. The front desk had clearly double-booked the room, which is a serious security breach. Even worse, no one from the hotel apologized—not at the time, not later that day, not even at checkout. The room itself had multiple issues. The A/C ran loudly and nonstop all night, even after turning off the thermostat and adjusting the temperature. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep on top of the noise. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was inconvenient for streaming during downtime. Cleanliness was lacking as well: an old coffee pod was still left in the machine from the previous guest, there were no decaf coffee pods, and even small details like the toilet paper not being properly replaced were overlooked. The staff were unfriendly and disengaged throughout my stay—no greetings, no smiles, and at checkout, not even a simple “How was your stay?” For the price I paid, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic hospitality, comfort, or professionalism.

Many attendees had lunch in the restaurant, and the staff did a great job of accommodating a large group. A special shout-out to Ramon, who catered to our needs all day long!

Like there is a small restaurant on site The breakfast use to be a order from menu, the changed to a buffet for $14.95 per person and no way for what serviced was it worth the kind of money. They need to rethink the price or get more to select from on the buffet.

• 431rexr (10/5): Fantastic Catering & Banquet Staff - We had two meals for a large team at this location and they crushed it. Their dinner menu perfectly fit our needs and the breakfast spread was awesome. What really made it all happen was the help and service of Ramon who was as professional and attentive as I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this location for any group or catering needs - make sure Ramon works your event and book everything through Cindy-she was great as well!
