The night concierge was very argumentative, and provided wrong arguments to defend the hotel on their lack of accommodation, and basic service of the hotel. Their was a lot of Flies, and the restaurant staff didn't understand that their were a bad mix with the foid service, and consumption, almost like if that was normal. It is not. The pool was inaccessible for 2 days due to maintenance with the water changing colors to a greenish undesirable color of the water that the staff credited to maintenance. It sounded like a another bad explanation to protect the hotel than to provide excellent service in informing the client with accurate information...

- STANLEY (2/5): - Je vous deconseille de séjourner dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est infecte , le SAV et leur responsable sont irrespectueux. Lors de mon séjour du 25 Dec 2023, le climatiseur n'a pas arrêter d'émettre un bruit incessant comme dans une usine a partir de minuit quand je l'ai eteint la chaleur était insupportable. Le lendemain matin, J'en ai fait part au responsable du SAV qui ne s'est même pas excusé et m'a clairement expliqué que ca peut arriver. J'ai trouvé ça irrespectueux et a laissé l'hotel de suite.

- kalexis24 (10/5): Felt like home - A friend recommended Kinam to me and I am so happy I listened. The premises is beautiful, clean and inviting. Security is amazing...never felt like I was in danger. Haitian music was playing throughout the hotel that really made it feel like home. The room was very clean. It was missing a fridge but once I let the front desk now they brought one up immediately. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Vladimir in the restaurant was great. His smile brightened the room. About the food... the complementary breakfast is ok but you can order whatever you want through the waiter. Now for dinner...whoa!!! Everything I had on the dinner menu was delicious. The accra! The grilled goat! The griot! The pain patate!!! 😋😋😋

Besides that, the pool is extremely small without depth markers which is a big safety issue. Foods are very expensive and options are limited. Some of the employees in the morning are unbelievably rude in the kitchen. "No" is their favorite answer to any question you ask them. I have had better experience at different hotels in that area.

- xandraayiti (10/5): Birthday retreat - My significant other had treated me to a night at one of the best hotels in Petion Ville for my birthday. I had a good time. This hotel is very luxurious, clean and the view on the balcony is pretty nice. I will definitely come back.

This was my 4th stay in KINAM and it get better and better every time I check into the property, I booked two room one for my cousin because he was getting married and one for me, the amazing Front Desk agent Westerlie Pierre made sure both room was ready for early check in which made everything else easier. Westerlie Pierre always make me feel welcome when I come into the property, always with a bright smile in her face. On the wedding day a manager took me to the local church on his car because I didn’t know how to get a taxi, I’m sorry I forget his name but he’s short with glasses really cool and he drive a red Hyundai. Sandra from Housekeeping was superb and very friendly. The airport shuttle was there bright and early to take me to the airport so I don’t miss my flight, check out was a breeze. Nothing but amazing staff. Thank you!! you guys are amazing. Westerlie, Cassandra, Sandra, the manager.

I called the property for the airport shuttle advertised but the concierge refused to pick me up. I was stranded at the airport in the middle of civil unrest in the country. I called to request cancelation for my stay and never received a call back from the manager. Awful customer service.

Everything you would hope to find within a hotel, if not more, can be found here. Cleanliness: Environmental service is great! The woman who cleaned my room daily always did an amazing job. Room was cleaned and disinfected properly. Customer service: Okay, so this was my BIGGEST problem! It drove me absolutely insane every day. Staffing and managment has a GREETING problem here. I didn’t have much problem with anyone from the front desk however, the women who were cleaning the rooms on my floor, it’s as if they’re taught not to make eye contact. If I didn’t say good morning, they weren’t going to neither. Management was quite the shocker for me. There’s actually two— one who works the day shift and one who works the evening. They always had a walkie talkie hanging from the back of their pants and supervising the workers within the restaurant and pool area. Anyway, as a business owner myself, I’m pretty sure I can speak for many when I say customer service plays such an important role for someones overrall experience. And this hotel lacked that in a huge way! You can’t ask for much. Restaurant: Seriously over priced. I found out that local restaurants were able to deliver to me at the hotel, and their food was better with much more options. Overrall experience? 6 out of 10.

She loves it!!! Also, my fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay 2nd stay @ the Kinam/ we really enjoyed the Spa treatment we received with the 2 Chinese ladies. The price was great, the foods was small but delicious, the pool was clean, the inside was breath taking, the views were beautiful, the staff were friendly in a professional manne. This hotel is Boujee, exquisite, and it’s everything we paid for. Haïti 🇭🇹
