• Verified traveler (8/5): - This place is very nice! I am happy with what they were working with. The location is nicely outside of the major Tulum area. Parts to consider improvement is the parking lot has large holes filled with water that make it scary to drive your car through especially if you have a low car. Also it can be noisy at night. We had a bungalow and I think a bird lives on the roof. Besides these things the property itself is very beautiful and the people running the place are very nice.
• Maria (8/5): A nice, quiet apartment on the edge of town - A nice, comfortable apartment on the edge of town, but within walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) of many bars and restaurants. We found the bedroom very comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the rest of the apartment. A well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself (which we did). A nice pool. The only downside for us was not having any chairs (apart from the dining table and outside on the patio) to sit on inside.
• Pat (10/5): Lovely spacious rooms. Could easily sleep six - Goid kitchen good beds. Large eating area. Entry was locked when we arrived at 9 p.m. had to ring for service. Staff reserved a cab for us for the next morning.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Check in was difficult as the staff is only on site a few hours a day but it wasn’t too bad and we were able to check in within 30 minutes. Otherwise service was good. Bed was not that comfortable. They should buy new beds, sheets and blankets. I would have given five stars if that would have been better.
• Brent (2/5): Choose something else - Bed was rock hard, A/C didn’t work, free bikes but not enough for every guest, suite was big and had a kitchen but we were told that grocery store was 20min away so you would have to take a cab. Pictures are deceiving of property grounds. No cushions on pool chairs looks very run down in person. Zero water pressure for shower. Took 10 min of shower running to get warm water. Left after first night to stay somewhere comfortable but came back two nights later but no staff working on Sunday’s to give us our keys. Called the number at the front but they said they couldn’t get them to us. HOW IS THIS A REAL HOTEL!? Manager wouldn’t give us any sort of refund even though we couldn’t get in to the place we paid for. Worst experience we have ever had travelling anywhere. STAY AWAY. Note: Diana was very sweet and helpful (front desk staff) but management needs to pick a different career or take a course in hospitality. Terrible.

• Aaric (8/5): - A great location. You're far enough "out of town" that you don't get the street noise, but you're close enough either walking or borrowing their bikes that it's only 5 minutes to all the shops/restaurants.

• Barrie (8/5): Beechy Lees Bees tour of Mexico - This was a two night stop on our tour of Yucatan. We were going to Xel Ha the day after our arrival and this was perfectly positioned. The hotel room was immaculate and the staff very helpful. It is positioned in a very quiet neighbourhood o, not near the breaches but handy for the centre of Tulum. We recommend this hotel.
• Michele (8/5): Tulum Rental - The room was great for two people but the pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable for our teenagers. Overall it was a nice place.
• Monty (8/5): Nice quiet place to stay/ family/ affordable - We used this hotel as a base for the area it is about 1 km from the Tulum main strip We were greeted by the manager and shown around, he filled us in on areas to check out that suited our interests
• Verified traveler (8/5): A nice apartment complex near the edge of Tulum - A 60-90 minute drive from CUN airport (depending on traffic), the place hard to find (neither the cab driver nor any locals knew the location by name, and the location is new enough that there are not street addresses). In the management's defense, they had sent us a nice diagram of where exactly the complex was located, but we underestimated how difficult it would be to find. We spent one night in our original room, but after discovering that the AC was not working, we were moved into another unit that had a working AC. Luckily, that unit was also a bit nicer, and we were very pleased with the relocation. We rented a very nice pair of bikes from the management for a very reasonable price, and due to them not being available on day 1, we were given the first few days free as well. Tulum's main drag was about 5 minutes away on bike, and the beach was approximately a 30 minute bike ride from our apartment (all on either quiet streets or the bike path). We would definitely recommend bikes, as the apartments are a little far for walking. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, although honestly the apartment was a bit big for our needs. There was another group of 2-3 couples that was also staying there at the same time, and that seemed like the ideal use of the space: plenty of room in the apartments, and lots of room and facilities for group activities.
