• Cassiopeia (9/5): Perfect for a romantic getaway! - Great location in quiet Pass-a-Grille. Easy to walk to the beach or restaurants nearby, and they offer complimentary bicycles.
• Lisa (6/5): Nice staff, great location, “ground floor” rooms mean “basement.” - The location and staff are great Beware of booking a “ground floor”room. These rooms are actually below ground with windows at ground level, looking up into bushes, like a basement. When I complained, SB explained these rooms are branded as “shorty suites,” as if anyone would know what that meant, and that’s why they’re at “a lower price point.” they offered to switch us to another property location, which I appreciated, but at that point, we didn’t want to pack everything up and move for such a short stay.
• Kaitlin (10/5): Will definitely book again with Sabal Palms in the future! - Awesome staff, very generous with the beach gear and bikes available to borrow. Location was perfect! There was very little we didn’t like! Maybe the only thing was that the air conditioner was a bit loud.
• Brent (10/5): Amazing - The staff was very helpful as I had a late booking they did everything they could to sort it for me what was great. The beach is literally just across the road few shops further down. The room was clean and spaces I did move into a room downstairs due to extending my stay. Only negative is if your tall try book upstairs. I will definitely be poking for longer next time I am in Florida thanks again for all your help. Everything was perfect

Parking was a great perk and the provided beach towels and bikes a really lovely touch too. We really loved our time staying in this beautiful beach house. If you're a light sleeper you may want to request a room upstairs. We were downstairs and the footsteps from the guests above us were loud and woke us up, but not a big issue. More something to consider if you're a light sleeper! I certainly wouldn't let it put you off.

• Kevin (10/5): Great pre-wedding stay - Great stay here for our wedding. Was a great size for us to stay in, and have people come in and out pre/post wedding. The location was perfect, with the beach right across the street and shops/restaurants in a walking distance. Great stay, would do again.

The pool was a bit small and cold, but it's a small place and couldn't accommodate a larger one. Bicycles were an added plus. The pool was a bit small but it's a small lot. Nice that they have one included.
• Kirstin (9/5): Highly recommend. The Sable Inn was charming, the location is perfect. Excellent value. - I was in room 2, which was very easy to access and directly across from the beach. I didn't interact with any of the staff directly, but the check-in email was so helpful and lovely. The room was small, but had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite what other reviews said, the water pressure was very high. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall - nothing. My stay was perfect.

They load your car license plate into the city system for overnight and next morning parking. Our room was the kitchenette version, lots of space. The lamps by the side of the bed had a faint blunt and a bright bulb so you could choose your lighting.

Construction was going on from early morning, blocking parking, staff aren’t available most of the time. This is more like Airbnb. Room was spacious but the worst bed in the slept on. Staff mostly never around.

• Sasha Zolley (10/5): Hidden gem by a beautiful beach, away from crowds with awesome staff. - We loved this hidden gem--away from crowds, free bikes, paddleboards, and chairs, amazing service! Will stay again in a heartbeat next time we are in St. Pete's. Rooms are close by, so not 100% soundproof, but never interfered with sleep.

• Morgan (7/5): Great location, great value. - Location is awesome. Cozy small feel. Everything you can need is provided by the property. Overall a good stay. We are sensitive sleepers and found the only issue with our stay to be the bed and the AC unit. The bed is not the most comfortable (backs and hips aching). The AC unit is SO extremely loud and shuts on and off over and over all night which was extremely disruptive to our sleep, on stop of being positioned right above the bed blowing directly at our bodies. Either freezing cold when blowing or hot when off. It also blew directly at a hanging photo that tapped the wall over and over unless removed. Simple fixes that could make it way more comfortable.

The one night I could not connect to it at all. So no TV and used data for my phone. Perhaps they should list all the locations with all the passwords. Maybe even provide better instructions. The bed was not comfortable at all. It could probably withstand an upgrade. It was cozy. I was able to park right outside my room. They had a nice little pool. I loved how they had beach chairs & bikes available for your use. They freshen up your room every day (make bed, empty trash, towels, etc.) The staff was very friendly.

• Robin (10/5): Mother's day getaway - We originally booked for Sabal Palms, but upon arrival the room the night before had some water leakage from a storm. So they gave us an even better room a couple of blocks down in the Havana Inn. Had a balcony overlooking the gulf. Location was perfect, especially for those who love to shell as much as I do!

Very convenient free parking. Beach access was a very short walk away. Enjoyable in most every way. Somewhat noisy A/C. Could use a better quality of coffee.

• Robbie (10/5): Sabal Palms Inn is excellent value and great price point. - The property was perfect for the purpose for our stay. We came for one overnight to stay to hang at the beach all day, go in to shower, go to one of our favorite restaurants in PAG and then watch a sunset at Paradise Grille. We then walk across the street to our room and get a great nights rest. We then head home an hour north after a great recharge. Sabal Palms Inn provides great value. We highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect.

The beach is right in front and the pool is nice and turns into a hot tub. They let you use the beach bikes on the property and it is fun to ride along the beach. Made it easy to unpack your suitcase and all of your toiletries with a small closet, bureau, and a nice storage piece in the bathroom. I hate living out of my suitcase! Nice area right outside of the room to have coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean in the morning. Needs a few upgrades, ceiling fan over the bed outdated and shook when it was on. Also was dusty on top. Water pressure was a bit low, sink especially. Change out the tub for just a step in shower. I visited a few family members accommodations and this was just not quite as upscale.
