- Blair (2/5): Clean your rooms and fix things that are broken so at a bare minimum, people get what they pay for. - The lock worked The room spelled like cat urine, from the air inside to the bathroom to the beds to the pillows, everything smelled like cigarettes and piss. 2 of the lights didn’t work and the pillows offered no support and it was like sleeping on a folded up napkin. My children and I were all nauseous from the smell and it kept most of us from sleeping at all. The fact that two of us (myself being one) woke up with small bug bites on our legs wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t stay here again if I got paid to do it.

- Elizabeth (7/5): Short - The check in was quick, and the staff was friendly The tub seemed to have a clog, there was a broken table in the room and it had a smell of mildew. The cleanliness was acceptable but there was hair on the toilet and hair stuck in several of the towels. One of the reasons I chose this hotel over others was due to the cleanliness rating. I ended up not staying in the room for the evening and checking out early.

The shower and sink were very dirty. There was mildew on the corner of the sink. There were small roaches crawling around walls and floor. The upstairs guests were super loud. They were up all night. They were moving furniture around and I heard a lot of stomping. The phone didn’t have a cord for us to call the service desk. The TV had sound but no picture! Thank goodness we stayed for one night!

Employee Rhua Dixon should be fired as she has no customer service skills. Must only work there because she lives there. They house drug addicts but charge you $85 and higher to stay in a trap house! No thanks, I’ll sleep on the street. got kicked out within 10 min of filing complaint on RHUA DIXON!! i guess that was the response i was supposed to get within 5 business days of filing!! TRASH - DO NOT STAY!! its beneath the money you will pay!!

Some light cosmetic things to be fixed. Our shower the hot and cold water was switched, so after spending a few mins we figured out hot was cold and vice versa.

- Michael (2/5): Greeted by cockroaches - The address that hotel six put in my calendar was wrong so I drove 20 minutes out of the way when I arrived at the hotel I found a cockroach on the bed. I was OK with that. Found another one in the top and then said there’s more move the mini fridge and a flurry of them came out from under the floor and I said I’m not staying here it was Definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever experienced. I left went somewhere else.

The room above my room, the guest were stumping around in the middle of the night. I saw a bedbug crawling on the pillow next to me at 1 o’clock in the morning. I ended up staying somewhere else for the night.

Overall, it was an okay experience. We appreciated the location and the convenience of parking right outside our room. The check-in office is located at the back. If you’re just looking for a simple place to rest with your dog and don’t need any extras, this could be a good choice. However, if you’re after more amenities, it might be worth spending a bit more to stay elsewhere.
