• Portes Bueno (5/5): Una experiencia no tan desagradable pero nunca más repetible - La ubicación cerca del Consulado Americano Cuando bajamos a desayunar supuestamente la persona encargada de hacer el desayuno no fue a trabajar y el hotel no se responsabilizó, ni dió explicaciones ni nada y obviamente nos cogió la hora para nuestra entrevista pensando que contaríamos con el mismo

Bathroom locks, was broken to opening from inside, so if you be alone you will be locked at all. WAS CLEAN AND HYGIENIC 5 STARS, the noise from the traffic is annoying. • Patricia (4/5): - We have had to stay at this hotel because it is closest to the US Embassy. It is in dire need of upgrading. The nightly rate is shameful for such a run down facility. The reception staff are the most unfriendly people ever. The free breakfast is always so horrible and not worth the long wait for it to arrive at the table. They serve half a cup of coffee like it was the last of the pot. Hope I never have to stay here again.

• Patricia (2/5): - Expensive for such a rundown hotel. Breakfast included but the omelet was the worst I have ever ordered. Two bites and I could not eat it. Toast or any kind of bread was not offered. Menu says omelet with ham, onions and tomatoes. No tomatoes available. Artificial orange juice. Coffee was thick like it was old and reheated. All 3 reception staff members were horrible, unfriendly and rude. One receptionist was argumentative saying that there is not a bus service called Metro Bus and insisted that I meant to say Metro train when I requested she call a taxi to take us to the Metro Bus station, which we arrived at the day prior. She hung up on me twice before we finished the call. I made reservation for 2 queen beds but received 2 full size beds. Noisy street traffic that we could hear on the third floor. We will never stay at this hotel again. Located in a dangerous area.
• Lurden (6/5): - Room was descent, but for $70 a night not worth it, the bathroom in our room was terrible, everything is very old, the sink was loose, the bath tub was full of stains and water was running out to the floor, they need to update the entire bathroom, the breakfast was very decent and the girl serving the food was very nice

• Daritza (10/5): - Micro Hotel room is very clean and organized. The lady at the reception was welcoming and our check-in was very fast. She was able to help us with ordering dinner as well. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the AC works properly. The bathroom and furniture need some updating, but it is perfect just to stay the night. It is on a extremely busy street. The Capital has a lot of traffic! If you need to stay close the Embassy, this is a good spot.

• Tairigna (6/5): - Para ir al consulado americano en República dominicana 🇩🇴 es súper accesible. Pero el cuarto necesita un upgrade de bañera, no había agua fría , pedí una al irme y no tenían. Luego el desayuno es limitado pero es súper cerca para el consulado americano a menos de 8 min por el tráfico.

• Edgar (8/5): Business Stay - Had an appointment at the US Embassy the next day and stood their for the night. Perfect place to stay for that only. Room was very comfortable and reasonably sized. Parking was very limited. Breakfast was okay, but I had to wait at least twenty minutes for my food.

• Stanley (8/5): Short Stay For U.S Embassy Business - The hotel is clean but basic, the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The rooms do have a small refrigerator but no microwave which would have been nice due to lack of food options in the area. We had to use the local food delivery service for food. However the hotel did serve basic need of being close to the U.S Embassy for an early morning interview. The traffic in the area is beyond ridiculously. If you plan on driving or taking uber give yourself a lot of extra time!. Especially with uber. We had several drivers cancel on us due to the traffic. The U.S. Embassy is walking distance approximately 20 minutes however I will not advise this due to lack of sidewalks. Overall the is great for a short stay.

• Rossell (8/5): - I want to write this review for those who are going to the embassy(Emb). I was there for my stepson 3 days ago.This hotel is almost like a Motel but is not as bad. 10min from "emb." Lots of traffic so go at least 1hr before appt. The hotel will ask for a taxi for you but as there is so much traffic they might cancel. you can use your uber app for taxis too but do it with time they cancel as well. We had to walk and get a motor taxi as there was nothing available. the girls tried. we were running late. the staff was really, really great in helping. There is a very good breakfast. No continental. You have to ask for it at the front desk or the girls that work there. Please tip them. They serves from 6:30 Am. you have to go to the eating area afte YOU asked to be serve( which is a very nice and beautiful area to eat, is like restaurant type and it has a nice backyard for those who smoke.) (WIFI is GREAT)to eat for the rest of the day download the app "Pedidos Ya" is like doordash. You have the option to pay cash or use your card. Must restaurant close at 10Pm. Do not walk by yourself around the are. Is dangerous. Ask the receptionist for anything. the taxis will come inside n drop u back inside. if bored, take a taxi to the various mall, Blue mall, Plaza Central, agora, plaza 360. Good food, stores great clothing to buy and things to buy. The food, is the best. You can use your Uber app to request a taxi back or taxi that are from the mall. Older person better for safety.

El staff es atento, pero las atenciones no corresponden al precio que se está pagando por noche. Si buscan referencias turísticas en el lobby, no la encontrarán. Las fotos no corresponden a lo encontrado.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel wasn’t that bad but just did not have a variety of amenities and my room’s fridge and AC made an annoying sound that did not allowed us to sleep. The few amenities they had weren’t even working properly.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - There’s no lunch or dinner available. Location is noisy at the early morning due to the proximity of a main road and high car/ truck traffic. No elevator. Wifi is ok. One Chinese restaurant close to the hotel and no international credit cards accepted or usd. So make sure you have Dominacan Pesos.
• Sally (6/5): - If you are on a one night business trip, this is a good choice. It is a very utilitarian hotel so no frills. Excellent location to walk to the embassy. Not good for a vacation hotel due to no amenities in area, thin walls and traffic noise.

Also they arranged a Taxi to pick me up at 5:30am. Very clean comfortable room, very agreeable short stay. Would stay there again.
