- Lara (8/5): Molto carino - La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario, il bagno un po’ piccolino ma ben pulito. La colazione un po’ povera ma quello che era disponibile era molto buono! Potrebbe disturbare il treno che passa in città, durante la notte ne sono passati diversi, loro hanno l’abitudine di suonare durante tutto il transito!

- Muriel (9/5): - L'emplacement , la literie, la propreté des lieux et le personnel sympa Seul bémol nous avons eu une chambre où l'eau du lavabo ne s'écoulait pas, il me semble que lorsque la femme de ménage est passée elle l'a vu, pourquoi ne pas avoir fait le nécessaire plutôt que de la relouer. On nous a changé de chambre et celle là c'est le climatiseur qui ne fonctionnait pas , nous n'avons pas voulu changer encore mais nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit.

- Nathan (7/5): Good enough for a night - Location to downtown. Staff was quick to try and resolve issues. First room had a non-working heater and it was 35 degrees outside. Second room had a non-working fridge, but tolerable since we didn't need one. Water pressure and temp would change randomly during morning shower. Bed linen was torn. Paint job on room is spotty and vents are dirty. Overall, a dated hotel in need of upgrades. Breakfast was good, but missing the waffle mix for some reason.

The reception on Tuesday evening was very welcoming, and she was very kind to exchange some quarters for the washing machine and the dryer. The room was spacious and comfortable, and you really feel that this hotel was built to greet all travelers crossing the nation!

- Preston (3/5): Nowhere near minimum expectations of a 3 star hotel. - The staff was super friendly! No bed bugs (which is so sad that I have to mention that!) The whole entire hotel needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Pictures shown on various websites do not reflect the current state of the hotel. When we entered the room, there was no body soap, the remote did not work for the television, missing drapery, and the fridge was on "it's last leg". While this sounds somewhat superficial, a 3 star hotel should AT LEAST have the basics. We honestly did not want to come back to the hotel unless necessary, even though we had a break in the multiple days during our stay. We paid up front, so leaving for another hotel would have been a waste, although, it was considered.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Liked the large sink giving us plenty of room. Bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Good coffee….did not eat breakfast so can’t comment. And rate was very fair Can’t think of a thing!

- Knous (4/5): Cleanliness - I liked the cleanliness of the main lobby and eating area. The BR in our room was not clean. There was obvious dirt behind the door that hadn't been touched in a long time, not to mention the dark hair in the floor, sink, and shower. I cleaned several areas myself.
