Welcome text, room ready & door code arrived two hours before 4pm check-in time. Touch the door’s digital pad to access the number pad for door code. Very clean, no smells. Spacious. Excellent lighting throughout. Great bathroom also with excellent lighting, clean shower and hot water. Shower water leaked out of the door onto the floor in room 8. Heating worked well in April. The ac/ heating unit is a little loud while running and runs often depending on temp set, earplugs may be needed for sleep. Quiet location and guest noise from above wasn’t so loud. Mini fridge and microwave in room next to the bed even though not listed in amenities. Bedside lamps with multiple three pronged plug ins, USB & USB C wall ports. Clothing iron, ironing board, coffee maker, coffee & hairdryer provided.
• Ellen (9/5): I would recommend staying here if the destination is Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. - I loved the location to town. Parking is metered anywhere you go in Manitou Springs so to be able to stay parked and easily walk everywhere was a bonus. I also like that its a classic motor lodge, parking in front of the room, made it easy with our belongings. There is a great soaking spa, easy to walk to, that has awesome views. Worth making a reservation while in Manitou Springs. The staff at the property were very nice and helpful. I am not an overly tech person so the online everything is challenging for me. The front desk is never open and when I saw that the whole check in process is online, even when you arrive, it was not easy. The property manager happened to be nearby so she helped finish our check in on her phone.

• Terrence (10/5): It’s always 10/10. - It’s my go-to as I do enjoy staying anywhere between 2-4 days to enjoy the incline and the town. It’s conveniently walking distance to and from the incline. Staff is always more than helpful and accommodating. Room is always pristine. I’ve never had a bad experience staying here.

• JASON (1/5): Never again. - Location was the only good thing and there was no breakfast there. Spa tub didn't work and there were rust spots in it. The toilet was loose on the floor and when we got off it banged against the wall and woke the other person up. Checking in was a nightmare not only for us but other customers. No one on the premises but one Hispanic woman that doesn't spesk English. The room had no decorations at all. We spent $100 less money for a wonderful room at the Marriott at the Denver Tech Center. The value was horrible. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst place we have ever stayed.

We had a problem in the beginning because the information on Booking was not correct, but the manager took care of it for us. It was initially difficult to get ahold of a worker on site, but once we got in touch with the manager to help with our problem, it was resolved quickly.
• Marcelo (9/5): Great value! - My first two criteria for any hotel are safety and cleanliness, and Pikes Peak Inn meets those two impeccably. Excellent location! Close to several restaurants and cafes in downtown Manitou Springs, you can just leave your car parked at the hotel and walk. Or take the free shuttle to Manitou Incline or the Cog Train—the shuttle stop is less than a block away. Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon open space, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings are very close by car. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Apparently it has been remodeled in the last few years. Every appliance and piece of furniture was in excellent condition. Hot water ran hot, and the HVAC worked well. Even though the reception is usually unmanned, a very friendly and professional staff member is on call, should you need some assistance. In summary, Pikes Peak Inn met or surpassed all my expectations. It’s certainly not a 4- or 5-star hotel, but it doesn’t pretend to be one, nor charges what a 5-star hotel would. It’s one of the best 2-star hotels I’ve ever been in. I had to live out of my suitcase for four days. There were no drawers or closet to store your clothes. I’d think that’s a relatively easy fix. Keep in mind that one end of the hotel is right by a creek that’s noisy in the spring/summer. The noise didn’t bother me, but it might affect sound sensitive people, particularly at night.
• BluePriya (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fantasic. Could not recommend staying here more. It was the perfect location for us for the activities we wanted to do in the Manitou Springs area. They were so accomodating when we had to cancel one night and re-arrange due to our flights into the US being delayed. The room was lovely and clean, great value for money. It made us feel safe that it is next door to a fire station & police station. We stayed there one night instead of two initally due to the flight issues and returned again for the final night of our trip so we could still do the things we had planned in this area. I had left a pillow there the first time which was kept by the inn and safely returned to me when I stayed again. 10/10 would definitely book here again next time we are in Maintou Springs. Toilet behind a separate door would be good.

Duży, przestronny pokój z dodatkową kanapą, mini lodówką. Darmowy parking przed budynkiem. Komplet ręczników i mini kosmetyków w łazience. Dostęp do grilla na zewnątrz. Dostęp do pokoju za pomocą kodu. Zostaliśmy miło powitani - na łóżku czekały na nas słodycze z okazji Halloween. W pokoju było włączone ogrzewanie przed naszym przyjazdem, co jest bardzo miłe. Niestety drzwi od łazienki były zamknięte i w efekcie nawet po kilku godzinach było w niej bardzo zimno. Przydałaby się jakiś mały grzejnik do łazienki. Nie wiedzieliśmy jak ustawić temperaturę wody - było tylko jedno pokrętło do włączania natrysku, na szczęście woda była ciepła. Ogrzewanie głośno chodzi, bo urządzenie jest stare, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

In one of the rooms the door where stuck and we had to get outside help for it. It ended up with going outside by the window and changing the room. I think they renovated the place recently and the paint on doors + new locks made the door stuck. Hope they will fix this soon.

• Doreen (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pikes Peak Inn. It was very clean, newly renovated. Simple, but had everything we needed. Location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk the entire length of Downtown Manitou Springs from the Inn, not having to worry about parking elsewhere. It is also within short walking distance to the free Manitou Shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice! Plenty of hot water but really low pressure, the shower knob kept falling odd, and the bathroom door is really narrow. Our room had a broken outer pane window above the couch. The AC sounded like a truck running just outside the room. But overall not bad.
• Kat (10/5): - The room was spacious and clean. The property was well kept. The stream running next to the property was such a peaceful soundtrack for the stay. The bed was very firm as was the couch. We had plenty of space for our belongings and were able to use the couch, table, and chair. The bathroom is small but very functional. The fridge is also small but we managed to keep our drinks and food all in. The only issue was that we cleaning solution used had an incredibly strong scent. We actually searched the room for a plug-in air freshener thinking that scent was being pumped into the room continually. Because I am very sensitive to smells as a migraine trigger, we spent much of our time the first 2 days with the door open. This worked out great as the weather was beautiful. We were able to walk to the shops, dining, and the amazing penny arcade very easily from the hotel. If I visit Manitou Springs again, I will absolutely stay here again. I will just message ahead of time to see if they can use a cleaner with less smell or go over the floor with plain water to remove the residue.

• Heather (8/5): Would stay again. - Location and staff were awesome. So, there is no front desk but I was able to reach staff and they took care of our issues quickly the best they could. No outlets in bathroom. Very basic room. VERY.
• Kevin (10/5): - The property was clean, convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. We drove in from Texas and were able to unload luggage and just walk up the street for dinner. That was very nice and convenient. Would stay again if in that area. Next day took road to Guanella Pass and on to Georgetown for lunch then on to Breckenridge for next nights stay. Beautiful Drive.

• Mallory (4/5): - Clean room Good luck getting any sleep if you are on the ground floor and have people staying above you. The floors are paper thin and because it's hard wood, there is nothing to absorb the sound. No staff on duty so there is no one to call to ask other guests to try to be quieter. Also, right next to the fire house. We were't disturbed by any sirens in the middle of the night during our stay, but it should be mentioned. We were just kept up by the neighbors above us who may as well have been throwing bricks, moving furniture and wearing cinder blocks on their feet until 2am when we had a 4am wake up call.
• Erich (10/5): - Listening to the stream rumble by the hotel watching the sunrise was exactly what I needed, and the walkability of the location was superb. Want to come back, will definitely look at staying here first when I do.

• Nancy (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Manitou Springs, close to everything yet very quiet. - The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable! While there is not a "front office" we did see and talk to the housekeeper and she was very friendly and answered some of our questions re the shuttle bus, etc.
• Bernhard (10/5): Perfekter Standort, um die Incline zu machen oder sonst für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Manitou Springs. - Sehr guter digitaler Kontakt, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out.
• Christina M (10/5): - Very close to several restaurants and shops. You can walk instead of fighting for expensive parking downtown. Very clean room. Excellent value for the price. Virtual check in was easy and convenient.
