- Luis Ramiro (5/5): It was ok to rest after a long day of touring around LA, but not quite up to other Best Western hote - Complimentary breakfast Air conditioning equipment noise (fortunately the mild weather allowed to shut it off at night to be able to sleep without being waken up by its noise) The desk chair backrest was worn out, it was kinf od depressing to see it The TV guide chart did not correspond to the channels on screen The shower floor drain did not clear the used water quickly enough, same with the sink drain

- Linda (10/5): A awesome stay at a great price. - The staff!!!!! From check in to check out. They were super friendly and accommodating, no matter the hour or the random request I had. The manager made his presence known and the closed gate parking gave such a sense of security. The female night staff we’re informative about on site amenities. I will definitely come back. The breakfast was yummy and different daily. The chairs for guest were uncomfortable

The lady at the desk the next morning must've been tired, she had her head on the desk while people were in and out getting breakfast. You would think, front desk person would be greeting people at least. I was going to say Good morning but she was asleep 😴. The pillows were small like throw pillows, for such a King sized bed. I didn't like the lighting being on the ceiling right above the bed. Lamps on the wall on both sides of the bed would have been nice

- Gary (4/5): Never again - The first night I went to the jacuzzi and the water was dirty and the water was cold that’s not the way a jacuzzi should be it was the same the next 3 nights also there were 2 girls arguing at about1 in the morning then the police came about 1 a.m. to talk to one of them. The 2nd night there were people playing music in the parking lot until 10 pm then in the morning around 5am there was someone dragging there suitcase down the stairs.

- Stuart (4/5): Refund due. No response yet from hotel. - Hotel was double booked and my cancellation with Hotels.com did not process. I received a charge for $155.30 as a no-snow which I cannot resolve. I am waiting for the hotel manager to return my call. Im told by Hotels.com that the Best Western manager must approve and authorize the refund charged by Hotels.com as a no-show. I am awaiting a resolution to this matter.

- John Paul (3/5): This property looks like someone has given up and is waiting for the place to close. - No much Photos were not an exact representation of the property. The area is sketchy. The door to the room had a huge gap which let in light and a lot of noise. The air conditioning was poor and the fix was a fruit loops box. There were undetermined stains on the chairs in the room, looked gross. The shower head looked like it was about to fall off and had poor flow. The room looked unmaintained, the property looked slightly better, but not by much. The pool looks like something out of a halfway house.

The room was overpriced for the quality. And there was constant noise coming from the park next to the hotel.

The water wasn't fully blocked at the faucet to go up to the shower, and the pressure definitely sucked. The breakfast wasn't anything special. At least it was included.

- George (6/5): - We arrived in the evening. The young lady was just okay We had trouble with our tv. She came to our room and messed with the tv and yes it started to work. We asked what was wrong her answer was “I don’t know!” And walked out The man that was at the desk when we checked out. We checked out a little after 6am. He was very nice and got us some muffins and water for the road. He was very kind to us.

Very basic and they offer water from a spigot for hot or cold at all times, however they will charge children $2 for bottled water when they come into the lobby. Very frustrating! Also charges $12 per day for parking in a tiny lot with compact spots. Parking in Glendale isn’t that difficult or expensive at ANY HOTEL

- Sandy (6/5): - Booked hotel because it was 4 star rating. Sorry, I would only give a 2. Discovered the property old and not upgraded much. Right next to freeway, so very noisy. Old furnishings smelled of smoke from years ago. TV remote very hard to use, never could unmute the sound and too late to call the desk. Only plus was the breakfast which had many options.

- Gina (10/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable - We stayed for three nights during Anime Expo. We got a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival (at about 10 PM) and were checked in very quickly. Our third-floor room with two beds faced the freeway, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was very neat and clean, with laminate floors rather than carpet and two closets. We never got a chance to get breakfast, as we had to leave each day before their breakfast service started. But it sure smelled good when we were checking out (also a fast, easy process). There are a number of fast food places right down Colorado Blvd. and a Ralphs grocery store too. That was convenient. And this hotel is right off the Glendale Freeway, an easy drive to the LA Convention Center. If I had any complaint, it was that the tub/shower room was really cramped, and for some reason when we turned the fan on during our second night, we could smell cigarette smoke either from outside or another room. But overall, my son and I were very pleased and plan to make this our home base when we need to be at the Convention Center or in the Glendale area.
- Joseph (6/5): Not a great choice - It started with an argument over changing my room and how because I booked with Hotels.com I would have to cancel instead of just moving to a different room with two beds. This after I’d called in advance and was told it was “no problem.” Then, the bathroom towel rack was broken, the room phone never worked, the condition holder was broken.
