César Augusto (7/5): Para estancias breves, buena ubicación, personal agradable y atento. - La comida del restaruant es rica, la ubicación te permite conseguir transporte público fácilmente. Las camas eran cómodas. Mi habitación olía un poco a húmedad, la regadera del baño estába casi obstruida por salitre. Mi habitación estába poco iluminada y se escucha gente pasando casi a todas horas por los pasillos. El gimnasio del lugar no tiene mantenimiento, los aparatos no funcionan.

Whitney (10/5): Great place to stay with your dogs - Very kind staff. They not only allowed but welcomed our 2 md/lg dogs. The security guard was awesome. It felt safe and clean. We were able to park in a gated parking lot. Wifi worked well. TV had streaming platforms we could sign into. The restaurant on site had delicious food with good variety on their menu. I was able to enjoy a hot shower there. We could find everything we needed in town as well. We loved everything. An ice bucket or refrigerator would have been a nice touch to store our delicious leftovers from the restaurant. We were able to request ice from the nice staff in the restaurant so it was fine.

El servicio del restaurante deja mucho que desear pues a pesar de haber pocos comensales tardaron en atendernos y posteriormente en servirnos, tuvimos que solicitar varias veces las bebidas para que nos las llevarán y a la hora de pedir la cuenta fue lo mismo.

We have stayed there at least 6 times when in transit. This last night someone had a car alarm going off at 4:00am. Not the hotels responsibility I know but not good.

Anonymous (5/5): Not for holiday! - The Restaurant was good und the staff was nice. Looks better from the outside than from inside. The room had no window to the outside, only to the hallway. It was very loud, you could hear every word. There were problems with breakfast because it was only included for one person, even though there were two of us. That makes no sense. The bathroom was moldy.

Walter Gabriel (4/5): Buscar otra opción que se acomode mejor - El hotel se encuentra frente al IMSS. No tiene espacio como para estacionar y poder bajar o subir del coche. El estacionamiento está a 100 m del Hotel y no está comunicado, por lo que es bastante incómodo para justamente poder descender equipaje o viceversa. Por la gran afluencia de público al IMSS se hace imposible estacionar en la calle, totalmente ocupada. En general es complicado el acceso desde la carretera, sino fuera por Google Maps nunca hubiera llegado.

Joerg Heinz (8/5): One night in Cardenas - The hotel and the room were really good, the area is not what I would be looking for. The beds and bathroom are really good and pleasant, clean and comfortable, Wifi good and stable, TV with good range of programs. Hotel´s own security is present. The restaurant has good choices, drinks are nice as well. For just one night the Hotel madan is certainly a option to be considered.

I arrived at midnight and the receptionist did not have my reservation ready, so I had to rebook for the night and got refunded the next morning. The room was very clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job. The water pressure in the bathroom was not to my liking and the water temperature was luke warm (not hot).
