• Aleksandra (8/5): Nice location, cozy terrace, comfy bed but needs a little more attention, breakfast is not really breakfast. - We liked the location, the room and bathroom were clean, room service coming every day. Cozy terrace, silent neighbourhood, overall nice. It needs a little bit more care, breakfast is “self service” which literally means a basket with croissants, (like 7days but without any filling) some waffles, toasted packed bread, jams without any nutrition info and that would be about it. Nothing like the pictures. Chairs in the terrace very uncomfortable, would be nice if they had some pillows. The bathroom and room ceiling slowly covering with fungi because of poor ventilation.

Everything was clean and steady. The breakfast and the coffee were gorgeous! The hot water pressure was not consistent but this is something usual in Italy.

• Luca Doniz (7/5): Fine settimana a Roma - La struttura, confortevole, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di San Lorenzo, lontana dalla movida, vicina alla stazione di Termini che è raggiungibile a piedi. Ci hanno fatto aspettare più di un'ora prima di venire a fare il check-in nonostante abbia comunicato 4 volte l'orario dell'arrivo (15:30). Solo alla terza telefonata hanno risposto e sono arrivati a fare il check-in.

No me gustó nada que forzosamente se debe pagar en efectivo y que no se menciona eso en Booking. Tuve que hacer cambio en aeropuerto y pagué 130 Euros más por ese cambio, me salió carísimo. Además al precio indicado en la reserva debes adicionar los impuestos. En general estuvo bien, pero cuando realizaron la limpieza se llevaron mi pasta de dientes, afortunadamente llevaba otra.

Перед заїздом з нами декілька разів зв'язалися і по приїзду нас особисто зустрів приємний власник, який все розказав. В номері було чисто. Був кондиціонер, що дозволило регулювати температуру. Чистий туалет та душ, були засоби гігєни, набори рушників. Номер знаходився біля вокзалу і близько до центру, тож було зручно гуляти пішки. Сніданок також включений у вартість, є кавомашина і мікрохвильовка, а в номері був холодильник Не вистачило полиць/ящиків для речей, у номері була вішалка та всього 2 полиці під нею

• Ibrahimov (3/5): Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness issues, poor service, and misleading information ab - The room itself looked similar to the photos in terms of design, and the floor and table were clean. The check-in process itself was relatively fast once we arrived. The room and bathroom were much smaller than they appear in the photos. Slippers were not provided, even though towels were placed on the floor in the bathroom area. Most surfaces in the room were dusty and not properly cleaned — including the wardrobe, shelves, lamps, chandelier, and windowsill. The location is not very convenient and overall did not meet expectations. The staff refused to accept payment by card and insisted on cash, explaining that card payments involve extra terminal fees. When I asked to leave my luggage for around 8–9 hours after check-out, I was told it costs €6 per bag. I agreed, but when I asked to pay by card again, they refused, so I had to look for another place to store my luggage. Communication with staff was also difficult. The receptionist only spoke Italian and Spanish and refused to communicate using a translation app, which made it very hard for international guests. In addition, when calling the property with questions before arrival, the call center staff often ended the call abruptly. At night the room was cold and the air conditioning did not heat the room properly. The biggest disappointment was the “breakfast.” The description suggested a breakfast option, but in reality there was only a kettle, a water dispenser without water, instant coffee, and instant cocoa. There was no milk, cereals, or croissants as described in the listing. Also, check-in must be done at a completely different hotel first, which is inconvenient. Overall, the property does not offer good value for the price. For the same cost in Rome it is possible to find significantly better accommodation.

La posizione è ottima. Piccole cose. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà ad aprire la finestra. Aggiungerei uno specchio grande perché solo quello del bagno può non essere sufficiente.

• Patricia (6/5): Bien pero podría haber sido mejor para lo que pagamos. - Nos limpiaban la habitación al completo todos los días, incluido baño y cambio de toallas y nos hacían la cama. En general toda la planta parecía bastante limpia. La opción de desayuno incluido fue bastante escaso para lo que esperábamos. La cafetera no funcionaba. Personalmente no me gusta el café solo y no tenia otra opción para desayunar ya que solo había capsulas de café solo. Ni leche, ni zumo, ni nada liquido para poder desayunar. Además al llegar allí nos informaron que teníamos que pagar 56€ de una tasa de turismo que no venia especificado en el precio de la reserva. Además nos costaba contactar con recepción porque solo esta allí alguien un rato al día y si surgía algún problema era bastante complicado cuadrar para coincidir ya que viajamos por turismo y estábamos todo el día fuera.

• Anna (8/5): Habitaciones equipadas, tranquilas, cómodas y buena ubicación - Los comentarios eran bastante pésimos, así que íbamos bastante asustados… pero nos encontramos unas habitaciones muy bien equipadas, limpísimas, grandes y muy cómodas. Fuimos con mis suegros y fue una total maravilla. La localización fue el punto más importante para quedarnos por allí, lo que no me gustaba, fue que teníamos que pasar por debajo de un puente cada vez que queríamos ir al centro, pero eso tampoco depende de ellos.

• USall (5/5): I have been in better places than this one! - Basic room with tiny en-suit toilet. Terrace to seat and eat outside but make sure you go to the supermarket before as the only thing available on Casamaplink are tea bags (no water). The owner never replied to any of my messages on booking or any WhatsApp messages. Only answered the phone when I arrived to his door step at Casamaplink. I suppose with millions of visitors they only need customers to stay once! Not nice and won’t come back. Also, cash in hand, no card payments. It’s about 10 minutes walking from Roma termini but lots of homeless people especially if you want to go out on a walk at night, the house is close to the Caritas and they all sleep on the side walk. Didn’t feel very safe walking on that road at night. I think there are better locations than this one, but was our 1st time in Rome…we didn’t know

Quasi tutto. La struttura in sé lascia alquanto a desiderare: dalle foto la camera sembrava più grande, luminosa e spaziosa, in realtà è piccola, buia e nel mio caso poco pulita. Il servizio “colazione” consisteva in un cestino di merendine e fette biscottate confezionate. Lo spazio per fare colazione, anche volendo, non c’è: esiste uno spazio esterno poco curato in cui sfido a sostare nei mesi invernali di prima mattina.

Bueno mi estancia fue muy anormal después de 15 años viajando ha sido una de las peores experiencias, en primer lugar a la llegada no había nada para poder abrir ni nadie que nos atendiera el teléfono, tras 30 mnts en la calle con las maletas pudimos entrar ya que salió alguien del portal donde estaba ubicada la habitación, nos atendió una chica de la limpieza que solo hablaba un poquito de inglés o chino y con ella hicimos el pago de las tasas y para mas inri solo se podia pagar en efectivo. Una vez alojados nos encontramos una cesta con 6 cruasanes industriales del supermercado, 2 tarrinas de 30g de chocolate marca blanca, 6 tarrinas de 30g de mermeladas varias, 2 paquetes de galletas de 4 unidades y 2 paquetes de 4 tostas de pan duro, de bebida un bote de leche entera y 1 paquete de zumo y el problema no es que te vendan esto como desayuno auténtico italiano sino que en los 5 días que nos quedamos (2 personas) NO rellenaron nada en ningún día por lo que al 2 día ya no teníamos el desayuno por el que habíamos pagado... Tenía algo positivo que era el aire acondicionado ya que hacía mucho frío pero todo se complicó al ver qué tampoco funcionara... Sin más vueltas no lo recomiendo a nadie para nada y si viajas en familia menos ya que el sitio está en un lugar un poco complicado ya que hay un centro al lado de personas sin hogar y si vuelves después de las 21 de la noche del centro se hace muy violenta la llegada ya que hay mucha delincuencia.

• Jesús (8/5): Cuatro días en Roma con sus luces y sus sombras - El sencillo pero acogedor El WC, no iba bien lo comunicamos y se arregló aunque no del todo, el problema era de la cisterna. La máquina del agua estaba fuera de servicio y siguió así los cuatro días q estuvimos allí

Conveniente, mas próxima de algumas zonas mais degradadas. Supermercados nas redondezas. Restauração nas redondezas era francamente boa. O pequeno-almoço era em self service, com alimentos pré-embalados deixados para a totalidade da estadia (3 noites). Relação qualidade/preço pareceu ajustada face às outras ofertas analisadas antes da marcação.

Quando siamo arrivati dopo aver avvertito preventivamente tramite sms non c’era nessuno e dopo un vi apriamo siamo stati una 10ina di minuti ad aspettare! Poi si è aperta la porta ed una signora ci ha visto, ha chiamato la proprietaria e dopo suo consenso ci ha fatto entrare! Questa cosa non mi è piaciuta. La colazione un po’ fatiscente, due merendine confezionate e due succhi. Niente scelta e nemmeno la possibilità di farla uguale per entrambi visto che non c’erano abbastanza cose o scelta.
• John (4/5): Good location but nothing more - Good Location in the Center of Town near Termini. The Breakfast was horrid, package Croissants in Plastic that tasted as if we where eating the Plastic. The Room is rundown and not very Clean, it could be better with ten minutes work and some white Paint. It is definetily not sound proofed and it takes about ten minutes running the Water to get it Hot. The toiletries are not near enough and that they just go into the Rooms when they want is not good, We had to ask four times to get a reciept and to get new towels we would have to pay an extra 5 Euros. Not enough pilows and the Beds are really lumpy.

Tuvimos que llamar a otros teléfonos que aparecían en el edificio y conseguimos que nos abrieran unas mujeres que trabajan ahí y fueron todo lo amable que no fue el señor. El desayuno bastante básico. Pero si es para dormir y ducharse vale.

• Mirta (7/5): Pleasent stay - It was very clean and in a nice and safe area, although not too central but very close to the main train station. Also, nearby there were great local restaurants, and we loved going out for dinner and a stroll in the evening. Also, it feels very cool at night on a very hot one. There was no physical reception service and that made it difficult to feel you could be assisted if needed. Luckily we didn't require anything during our stay.
