• Alexia (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour une pause sportive - Très bon accueil. Chambre sur une terrasse verdoyante et mobilier de qualité. Les infrastructures de la salle de sport sont incroyables et le côté spa est très agréable. Dommage que l’espace hôtel ne soit pas à part des sportifs qui viennent profiter des piscines et salles car le coin restauration manque d’intimité. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un établissement de ce standing et à 25€

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Brussels. The leisure facilities were obviously popular with local residents.

• nathalie (6/5): It was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay there longer for the price. - The decoration of the room was cute and the Clarins products in the bathroom are fabulous. It was great that we had access to the facilities both on the day of arrival ad on the next day after check-out. The bed was really quite hard. The room was quite hot and if you wanted to open the windows rather than use airco, you can only open them a bit because of the way the windows are built. The Bathroom could do with a lot of more light. The food in the restaurant is not at the level of the price. The shrimps in the salad were overcooked and rubbery and the veggie juice was overpriced for what it was.

• Yves (7/5): Décevant à cause de cette coupure d’électricité programmée - Un beau centre de sport, bien fréquenté On a l’impression de dormir dans un centre sportif. Pas vraiment d’ambiance “hôtel”. Très décevant de séjourner la nuit lors de laquelle une coupure d’électricité… plus de courant à partir de 22h, des techniciens qui travaillent dans les couloirs et une télévision qui se rallume pendant la nuit en vous réveillant lorsque l’électricité revient. Bardzo czysty hotel, wygodne łóżka, miły personel, restauracja to coś niesamowitego - przepyszne jedzenie i bardzo duże porcje jak również sympatyczni ludzie ! Co więcej pomimo tego że należy opuścić pokój do godziny 11:00 można pozostać bez problemu oraz bez dodatkowych kosztów na terenie SPA/siłowni do zamknięcia. Jesli ktoś planuje korzystanie z zajęć grupowych lub masażu polecam zarezerwowanie wcześniej miejsca. Najchętniej wróciłabym tam ja najszybciej. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakim byłam ! Chyba tylko to że musiałam wrócić do domu 😅

Вы будете разделять пространство с местными жителями, которые приходят заняться йогой, плаванием или поиграть в теннис. Есть отдельная парковка за 20 евро. Можно посетить сауну и бассейн в день заезда и отъезда. Взяли страховочные деньги в размере проживания в блок на 3 рабочих дня, по мимо оплаченых уже с карты. Завтрак очень скромный, тянет на 2 звезды. В номере нет кофе машины, лежат 2 стика растворимого кофе- Nescafe. Это так нелепо, не сочитается с косметикой Clarins и не соответствует 4 звёздам.
• Hind (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait - Séjour exceptionnel ! J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel à Bruxelles et tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était magnifique, très propre, bien décorée et surtout extrêmement confortable. Le lit est un vrai bonheur, idéal pour se reposer parfaitement. Les espaces détente sont tout simplement remarquables : piscine, sauna, hammam, ainsi que les jardins… tout est d’une propreté irréprochable et offre un confort vraiment exceptionnel. On s’y sent immédiatement bien et détendu. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent au vu de la qualité des prestations proposées. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

It’s really a fitness club with a small hotel attached - Location is close to airport Room was freezing(heat was broken) and door could not close or lock (also broken) and breakfast was inedible. No elevator so you have to carry all bags up and down at least two flights of stairs. I asked to change rooms and they basically ignored my request so we had to carry all of our valuables with us when we left the room

• Koen (7/5): - Zeer fijne kamer. Voldoende groot en met goede voorzieningen. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt zeker voor deze prijs. Er was een onaangename geur aanwezig in de badkamer van de afvoer. Dit werd op een gegeven moment ergerlijk.
• Ioan-Cristian (10/5): Great place to unwind - Great room, clean has a super comfy warm bed , amazing shower and bathroom, a decently sized desk and comfy chair for the workaholics, heating, super fast wifi, smart TV...and the spa...oh the spa. One of the best I've ever been to. Sure there are other spas with 10 saunas and 3 hamams - this is not it. Has an epic sauna an epic hamam, showers and 2 swimming pools, along with areas to relax. Many lockers , bathrooms...To me, its focused, to the point and very high quality. Also the tennis courts are some of the best in Brussels. Very well maintained, plenty of space in the back for those top spin pusher lobs 😃 Tou have to think really hard but There is a lamp which is switched on by foot...takes too much space in the room.

• Irene (7/5): Piacevole e rilassante. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è un gran plus. La struttura è bella! - La colazione è o.k. nulla di particolarmente entusiasmante o attraente. La macedonia era di frutta fresca e dolce, le omelettes che ho ordinato erano eseguite correttamente. Lo iogurt già preparato in dose, buono forse non totalmente di latte vaccino, avrei preferito servirmi una quantità maggiore e poterla unire alla macedonia. I croissants buoni come anche il resto dei dolciumi. La varietà degli affettati era visivamente non invitante, non l’ho gustata. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho soggiornato in una suite con due figli adolescenti. Il terzo letto è un divano letto. Non è stato possibile utilizzare il divano letto perché non comodo per dormire. Abbiamo scelto sportivamente con i ragazzi di dormire in tre nel letto matrimoniale, che essendo bello spazioso ha consentito di rimediare alla situazione. É stato simpatico, alla fine ridevamo! Purtroppo la qualità del divano e del suo materasso non è adeguata al corpo di un giovane adolescente: si sentono le sbarre al di sotto della schiena, il materasso è molle e si inclinava nel vuoto. É un modello adatto a bambini piccoli. Ho dovuto attraversare a quattro zampe il letto in larghezza per raggiungere la finestra ed aprirne le tende e le porte: anche in questo caso era evidente la poca consistenza del materasso. Diversamente non era possibile raggiungerla. In piedi lo spazio era veramente poco per poter aprire i pannelli e spostare la tenda. Pertanto questa logistica nella pratica é stata impattata sensibilmente. Suggerirei un divano letto a canguro, con uno estraibile. Questo comunque, perché è sempre delicato il divano letto. Quello della nostra ultima esperienza all’Aspria è stato fra i peggiori. I commenti negativi sono a mia sensibilità esclusivamente a fini costruttivi e non distruttivi. L’arredamento della suite è veramente carino ed accogliente. Il bagno molto spazioso e pulito, bella grande la doccia ed anche la vasca da bagno. C’era sul tavolo di appoggio nella stanza, accanto alla macchina del caffè, una bottiglia in vetro, adibita a contenitore per acqua deduco, ma era vuota, con accanto due bicchieri. Il frigo bar vuoto e sprovvisto anche di bottigliette di acqua. L’ho trovato curioso il tutto. Era disponibile un angolo cucina con lavandino, questo è comodo se si hanno bambini piccoli da gestire.
• diana (7/5): - Ein Versuch einer relativ neutralen Zusammenfassung, um sich einfach ein Bild zu machen, ob es passt oder nicht. MIR hat bei der Wahl des Hotels der Ein oder Andere Hinweis gefehlt: * Die ZIMMER waren ganz süß, sauber, gemütlich und ein gaaaanz kleinwenig klein. * Im SAUNABEREICH gibt es eine Aufgusssauna (für mein Empfinden sehr wenige Aufgüsse, evtl. ist das außerhalb der Ferien anders?). Ein Dampfbad, zwei verschiedene „Wellness“duschen, einen „Eisraum“ (ein Bereich mit großem Waschbecken, gefüllt mit crushed Ice). Einen kleinen Ruhebereich mit Liegen (Durchgangsbereich zum Garten). Die Möglichkeit die nassen Handtücher gegen trockene zu tauschen. Es gibt eine kleine Gartensauna, Liegen, einen Zugang zur Liegewiese und eine Feuerstelle, die allerdings während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt wurde. Kinder unter 16 haben Mittwochs und (ich glaube) Samstags jeweils von 9-19h Zugang zum „Wellnessbereich“. * Das SCHWIMMBAD hat zwei Becken. Das große, tiefe Sportbecken ist ausschließlich zum Bahnen ziehen gedacht. Springen verboten. Kinder nicht gerne gesehen. Das kleinere, flachere Becken ist mit einer Abtrennschnur unterteilt in „Wellness und Planschen“. Im Planschbereich (relativ klein) können kleinere Kinder ein wenig spielen oder tauchen. Hinter der Schnur im „Wellnesbereich“ sind zwei „Blubberecken“ in dem sich eher das Klientel „Ü60“ aufhält, um im warnen Nass längere Gesprächskreise zu führen. Kinder unter 16 hier nicht erlaubt. (Was beim Ballspielen mit Kind manchmal nicht gut umsetzbar ist. Gut schwimmende Kinder, die evtl. gerne mal unter dem Abgrenzungsseil hertauchen, werden sehr aufmerksam ermahnt). * Das RESTAURANT ist gut. Relativ teuer. * Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Nicht sehr umfangreich. * Das Personal hier eher aufmerksam, evtl. schonmal leicht neutral im Umgang mit Gästen. * Der FITNESSBEREICH ist gut ausgestattet. Das Kursangebot ist umfangreich. Zügig ausgebucht (online). Kinder unter 16 haben keinen Zugang. Wir als Familie mit Tochter 14 und Sohn 8 würden unseren Urlaub nicht nochmal dort verbringen. Durch die zeitlichen und altersbedingten Einschränkungen der verschiedenen Bereiche haben wir uns doch sehr eingeschränkt gefühlt. Da passte für uns Preis/Leistung nicht. Unter einem Familienhotel stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Das kommt aber auch immer auf die Familien und die Kinder an. Für Andere kann es auch passen.
• Natalia (9/5): Magnifique - J’ai adoré la politesse de tous les employés qui travaillent dans cet hôtel. Ils étaient tous souriants et très agréable. Les chambres étaient super belle et confortable. En plus le restaurant étaient super bon. Les plats que nous avons choisis, on les a adorer. J’ai séjourné ici grâce à une offre promotionnelle, ce qui rendait le prix plus abordable. En revanche, le tarif habituel me semble assez élevé et pas accessible à tous les budgets. Sans la réduction, je n’aurais probablement pas réservé, même si l’établissement est de qualité.

• Feremans (3/5): Teleurgesteld van de wellness en comfort daarnaast voelt de drukte binnen en de passage van alle mensen en kinderen aan - Personnel was vriendelijk Wellness was teleurstellend. Enkel sauna, stoombad, douche en stille lounge ruimte. Geen jacuzzi en geen rust door drukte en zwemlessen voor kinderen. Hotelkamer was niet slecht maar ook niet wauw. Kamer aan de straatkant en wakker worden door vuilnis ophaal en een bosmaaier vlak voor je venster is ook niet gezellig. En tot slot het ontbijt was ook triestig. Al bij al, alles is enorm overprijsd en dat maakt dat het zeker geen aanrader is.
• Mike (4/5): Goed hotel. Slechte spa - De slaapkamer was modern, goed ingericht en comfortabel De faciliteiten. Jacuzzi en warm zwembad deels van de tijd niet operationeel en alles overvol. Geen sfeer. Niet echt een spa
• Vivien (10/5): - We enjoyed the very comfortable, well equipped and quite rooms. Staff was welcoming, services of restaurant were excellent and we also appreciated the wellnes facilities. Lack of elevator to access first floor.
• Bart Vande Moortel (10/5): - Personeel was heel vriendelijk en de accommodatie was super zowel hotel, fitness als sauna!
• Jan (8/5): - Fijne, comfortabele, rustige kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Het was mij bij boeken niet helemaal duidelijk dat dit in feite accommodatie in een sportcentrum is, eerder dan andersom.

• Blandine (10/5): Séjour parfait - Tout était parfait, le spa incroyable le plus grand et le plus propre que j'ai connu, les cours de sport collectif un vrai plus et le personnel top.
• Angela WB (9/5): Ontspannen ervaring niet ver van het centrum van Brussel. - Mooie kamer, fijne douche met heerlijk geurende zepen. Het wellness gedeelte was een relaxte aanvulling. De verschillende soorten douches met kleuren, geuren en geluiden waren een leuke sensatie om allemaal te ervaren. De dienstdoende barman deed wat uit de hoogte.
