Please note that the property does not have on-site parking, but there is a car park 2 blocks away and the property has discounted rates.
The amount of the deposit must be paid by credit card.

We would like to inform you that improvement works have begun in some of our apartments in Fuster Apartments by Aspasios, located in the same building as your accommodations. The works will be carried out in compliance with regulations and will not cause noise during the night, the schedule will be from 11am to 4pm. We regret to inform you that there may be noise and dust from the construction during your stay.
We offer several apartments within each category. While each apartment may vary slightly in terms of layout, design, and decoration, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms will always match the category you have booked.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The apartment itself was beautiful with historical features. Both bedrooms have windows. Everything was great, nothing to dislike!

She gave us information of the area. Next day I asked Katerina for extra towels and some other essentials. She was very helpful and gave us the items we asked for it.

- Sleepy (8/5): Fantastic location in the heart of Eixample - Fantastic location. Spacious. All modern conveniences: washer, air conditioner, elevator., fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated. This is our third stay. We found some of the apartments have been more recently renovated so it would be nice to know that beforehand so we could choose. Floor boards not very sound proof. My upstairs neighbours had children and they were running around stomping the floor into the night and early morning.

Ritiro delle chiavi facile. La posizione è ciò che mi è piaciuta di più: vicino a tutto, quartiere bellissimo. Pessima acustica dell'appartamento. Nella camera principale si sentiva tutto il rumore esterno della strada: è stato un incubo riuscire a dormire. Nella seconda stanza, invece, si percepiva distintamente ogni rumore proveniente dal cortile, persino le conversazioni delle persone al piano di sopra. L'acustica era davvero insostenibile. Di conseguenza, abbiamo passato 4 notti completamente insonni.

Nearly renovated so bed was firm, walls had fresh paint, AC and washing machine were updated models. Floors and ceilings are thin so I could hear the family upstairs walking around until late at home.

Close to metro. Exceeded expectations. Juan, the apartment manager, was easily available if any issues arose. Would highly recommend. We were a family of two adults and two teenage girls. We stayed for 6 nights in a two bedroom. Nothing. No improvements needed but in future I would try to rent a flat with a balcony if possible. Outdoor space is always lovely. This is person choice though, no deficit of the flat itself.

Schöne Ausstattung im Appartement, Küche sehr gepflegt! Raumtemperatur war etwas kühl und konnte nicht eingestellt werden! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig- wenn in der Nacht wer im Stiegenhaus ist, hört man es im Appartment relativ laut.

We were given a tour upon arrival. Everything was clean and in working order. Balcony was special with a frescoed? building across in one direction, Sagrada tower in the other and some frescoes on the bldg. across the way. We were packing to leave the next morning when the office called around 10:20pm and said there was a noise complaint. It couldn't have been us. We called back and asked what the problem was and the person said to forget it.

Kitchen well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and close to metro. Brilliant staff. It's out of the control of the apartments but if you get inconsiderate residents in the apartment above you, the noise is pretty disruptive - we had people stomping around at 2am, slamming doors, shouting etc. and the sound proofing couldn't cope. This was just bad luck - the accommodation itself was fantastic - but it was hard to sleep some nights

Очень высокий потолок, что дает ощущение пространсва. Старое, очень красивое изнутри здание. Все необходмое в аппартаментах есть. Кровати удобные. Чисто. Удобно что есть стойка регистрации, которая работает в рабочее время. Все понравилось. Скорее всего вернулись бы сюда еще раз. Одну ночь было слышно шумных соседей. Но в целом шумоизоляция выше среднего по Испании. Окна наших апартаментов выходили во двор. Поэтому шума с улицы не было слышно.

- Anna (9/5): We had a great stay here and I happily would recommend it to others. - I thought it was a lovely, two bedroom apartment with modern furnishings. I was very happy that there was staff on property to greet us and also there to answer any questions we had. My only wish was that we could have checked in earlier, but thankfully they held our bags until check in time.

- SAEKO (8/5): 住んでいるような滞在 - ロケーションは最高です。市場もスーパーもカフェも多い。観光の中心地から少し離れているので安全で静かです。 宿泊前から質問には即答でしたし、滞在中もまめな連絡があり、スタッフさんの対応も申し分ないです。 タオルの交換やトイレットペーパーの補充も快くして頂きました。 初日の夜から給湯器ボイラーから水滴があって、ほぼ毎日修理や様子見でスタッフさんと職人さんが出入りしていたので落ち着かなかったことが残念。 最終的に新品に取り替えたのですが、我々が部屋で寛ぐ時間が長い宿泊者だったら、部屋の変更を申し出ていたかも？

- MINSOO (9/5): - 객실이 넓고 침실과 부엌이 분리된점 집안 인테리어와 모든곳이 청결했고 수압도 좋고 지내는데 불편함이 거의 없었습니다. 가족여행으로 가서 지내기에 아주 만족스러운곳~ 집근처에 인기있는 브런치 맛집이 있어서 좋았어요^^ 화장실 배관에서 냄새가 올라오는건지 살짝 냄새가 나긴 했지만 전체적으로 너무 청결했습니다.

- Sofiia (10/5): Great! - Great stay. Facilities, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. We were provided with a cleaning kit twice during our 8-night stay, and general cleaning was also done. The cleaning, by the way, was exceptional. The apartment itself looks great, and the heating worked very well — it wasn’t cold at all, even though we stayed in January. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. There was a minor issue with a leaking gas boiler, but once we notified the manager, it was resolved very quickly. We also heard some renovation noise during the day, but it wasn’t a problem.

- Wanda (10/5): Wonderful, would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. - The Air B&B was fabulous! The decor was on point with its beautiful mouldings, brick and original tiles. It was in a nice location that was quiet and a walkable distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The building manager Juan was a very nice man who offered suggestions on dining and attractions. He was very accommodating, and allowed us to store our bags in the building until we were able to check in and to our pleasant surprise 3 hours early. I would definitely recommend this Air B&B to family and friends and would give it a 5 * rating.

- Nicole (8/5): War gut und zufriedenstellend. Wohnung super, Ambiente genügend - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die zwei Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross. Es war sehr ringhörig. Man konnte gefühlt jedes Wort und jede Tätigkeit aus den Nachbarwohnungen hören. Ausserdem hatten wir kein Tageslicht, da die Fenster zur Mauer (direkt) waren.

- Aaron (10/5): Fabulous stay for a family in Barcelona. - The apartment was in a fantastic location in Barcelona. The reception staff were very friendly and showed us around the apartment. We arrived a little early so they held our bags for us while the room was finalised. It was modern and warm with historic touches. The photos were very accurate. The kitchen is very large with excellent facilities and an in-room washing machine. Beds are very comfortable and our son appreciated the second room with double bed and that the lounge TV had the ability to have Netflix. Wifi was great. The bathrooms are modern with excellent water pressure. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing. It was a great stay.
