• Kelly (9/5): Amazing location with comfortable rooms - What an amazing location. Very safe and quiet at night. Bustling in the day time with so many shops and restaurants. Loved the proximity to the Vatican most of all. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t experience any of the problems that others have mentioned. The noise from the street was not bad at all. To be expected in such a central location. We didn’t have any bed bugs at all. We loved the communal kitchen and fridge it was so great to have this. We had a nice velvet bed head and could not hear the people in the next room at all. Our shower was hot just have to wait a minute for the hot water to come in. Beds were made and bins emptied daily. We also made use of the patio area to hang out some of our washing. I thought it was an asset to have this patio mainly for smokers. Sadly it doesn’t look at all like the pics which was a shame. No shade sails or relaxing sun beds out there at all. Despite this I would recommend as it was a great experience for us overall. Pics don’t match the real thing. I was really looking forward to the patio I saw in the pics. They should remove those that don’t reflect reality. I have included updated pictures. Check in was tricky as I didn’t receive any instructions. Just have to call the guy when you get there. However when I called he was wonderful, so very helpful and let us in our room half an hour early.

• Nicoletta (5/5): - La posizione è perfetta Non mi è piaciuta la stanza. Era un primo piano ed affacciava su un bar quindi al mattino alle 7 di Sabato siamo state svegliate dalla saracinesca. Oltretutto gli infissi non sono insonorizzati quindi si sentivano tutte le singole voci dei passanti. Il bagno presentava delle rotture: il vetro doccia era rotto e mancava una manopola, il soffione della doccia arrugginito. Molto strano anche l’orario delle pulizie: siamo rientrate per riposare alle 14:30 e dopo poco ha bussato la collaboratrice perchè doveva pulire la stanza.

Сайта ви дава възможност да се види стаята, в която ще отседнем , а не ни настаниха в нея. Настаниха ни в ужасна стая. Изпратих ви снимки и вие все още не сте ми отговорили на какво се дължи това.
• Sara Maria (7/5): - Posizione perfetta per ogni spostamento e staff disponibile, ogni giorno entravano in stanza per sistemarla. Ci hanno dato più volte (circa 6) gli asciugamani sporchi, con capelli o macchie anche se venivano aperti davanti a noi, la stanza non è proprio uguale a come è in foto e si sente tutto dalle altre stanze
• Ángela (9/5): Muy buena - Nuestra experiencia en Vatican’s Roof fue muy buena en general. Destacamos la limpieza, ya que cada día nos limpiaban la habitación. El precio es algo elevado para lo pequeño que es el alojamiento, pero aún así muy bien. El secador no me funcionaba bien :(

• Mortati (7/5): Non era la struttura e la zona che avevo prenotato - Gentilezza del personale Mi hanno cambiato Vatican's roof con una sede in zona via Veneto: comunicandolo all'ultimo (il giorno della scadenza pagamento) e dicendo che si trovava in zona Prati. Ho davvero considerato la malafede, ci sono stati indizi da parte di Booking per pensare che Vatican's Roof non era disponibile -per qualche motivo - già al momento della prenotazione. Mi è costato più del preventivato sia in termini economici, sia di disagio, avevo attività in zona Prati.

• Diana (8/5): Breve vacanza romana! - Posizione super comoda a pochi passi da San Pietro e dalla Metro Ottaviano. Ottima zona. Se devo trovare la nota negativa, troppo rumore tra una stanza e l'altra.

• emily (7/5): Very good for the price. - Amazing location and very good for the price. Room was cleaned everyday and in a very secure building. Room and bathroom was so spacious and modern. Shower was powerful too. Room doesn’t look anything like the pictures but it was still nice nonetheless. Cheaper then most hotels though so I would highly recommend if you need somewhere comfy and safe on a budget. Its SO loud, luckily we sleep with white noise which blocked the noise out whilst sleeping but it’s not sound proof at all. When we first checked in no one answered the door to us for 30 minutes and the hotel was not answering the phone for a while. Air con unit also did not work.

• Iveta (4/5): Jednoduche levne ubytovani v centru. - V centru nedaleko metra Ani jedna fotografie neodpovidala skutecnosti. Pokoj byl spatne vymalovany, netekla tepla voda, neustale vypadaval elektricky proud. Na recepci byla zrejme moznost vyuziti kuchyny, ale nikdo nas o tom neinformoval. Reklamovanou terasu jsme nasli az pri odchodu a opet neodpovidala fotografiim.

• Sean P (7/5): It was a good central spot to stay in Rome. Close to the Vatican and within walking distance of many of Rome’s tourist a - It’s location was excellent and it was quiet set off the main street. I had a very poor WiFi signal in my room which appeared to be the furthest from the router. To get good WiFi reception I had to be in the reception/kitchen area. I did mention the issue in a text I sent to the owner on the first day of my stay but no one responded.

Hałas z ulicy i hałas z całego budynku nie pozwalał w nocy odpocząć. Do tego serwis sprzątający od wczesnych godzin porannych hałasujący bezlitośnie 🙈

• emma (1/5): JE NE RECOMMANDE VRAIMENT PAS - L’emplacement est super ! Établissement mensonger, la chambre ressemblait en rien au photo ! Le lit étais très très inconfortable ! Les toilette étais cassé la douche avait presque pas d’eau chaude L’impression de vivre avec les voisin des chambres coller à notre chambre et avec la rue car zéro isolation tu entend tout ! Le personnel ne répondait jamais au demande ! Il devais nous changer de chambre il ont plus répondu et pareil pour avoir des cousins dans la chambre en plus ! Vraiment c’est honteux

Room been cleaned everyday, which does not happen in every hotel in Rome. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. For me the most important is that the bed was extremely confortable. For sure I will go back again for another stay ❤️

• Irina Bianca (5/5): - Abbastanza pulita la stanza ...la posizione molto centrale ...ottima Quasi tutto rotto ... la doccetta rotta ,funzionante ma rotta... mancava la spalliera del letto..che nella foto c'era...e non essendo... la bellezza della stanza ormai non c'era piu.. il materasso molto scadente ,il kit per doccia solo per un giorno..invece di 3 giorni.. insomma... abbastanza deludente per qualità e prezzo .. mi dispiace..

• Joselin Oralia (2/5): Decepcionante - Decepcionante 🙁 No es nada como en las fotos , además escuchabas a todos los huéspedes ,llegamos a las 14:30 y aún no habían limpiado la habitación así k tuvimos que marchar hasta que hicieran las habitacion. La verdad es que me sentí estafada. Por desgracia no hicimos fotos de nada pero no es nada recomendable xd .

• Jacob (6/5): Good in general - The location is great next to many gourmet restaurants and close to the city attractions. Rooms are so close to each other and you can hear the next doors noises plus windows are apparently double glazed but you barely can sleep if you’re staying there during the weekend ( lots of noises from the restaurants nearby).

La cama no era comoda, no cambiaron las sabanas ningun día estando sucias, la almohada era muy mala que amanecias con dolor de cabeza, un armario super pequeño no cabia apenas nada. Muy caro para lo que es el alojamiento
