• Marine RlBh (7/5): Bon endroit, design, bien vérifier les caractéristiques des chambres noires. - Nous nous attendions à un hôtel plus grand, nous avions compris que le concept était accompagné d'un restaurant et d'espaces communs, le site laisse penser cela. Hors la partie hôtel est à l'écart. Le concept de la chambre noir est interessant mais laisse place à un imaginaire. La saleté y est aussi plus difficile à débusquer. La chambre était propre globalement. L'accueil était très bon. La patio en partage avec la chambre d'à côté est complexe à gérer. Le léger sous-sol, qui empeche d'avoir une vraie fenêtre. Claustrophobes s'abstenir.

• Christine (3/5): Niet aan te raden mits hygiene wordt aangepakt - Bij aankomst zag de gevel er onverzorgd bij, overal stof op de zwarte ramen en deuren en veel, heel veel peuken op de stoep en aan de ingang. Een zeer onverzorgde eerste indruk. Onze kamer was 2 huizen verder, zelfde deur vuil en terug heel veel peuken. Onze kamer was piepklein, je kon slechts via 1 kant het bed in. De kamer was de 2de dag slechts deel gepoetst, bed was niet opgemaakt.. Ik heb de onverzorgde indruk doorgegeven aan het personeel maar die gaven de schuld aan de housekeeping. zij doen dit normaal 3 per dag de voorgevel checken. tip 1 leg handschoenen aan de receptiebalie en raap ze zelf op, toch tijd genoeg volgens mij. tip 2 zet asbakken Voor prijs per nacht hoger dan 350 per kamer niet aan te raden, had veel meer verwacht.

• ockerman (6/5): Great location, quiet and clean, a bit cramped - During tulip time it seemed that hotel prices were up and availability was limited during our 4 night stay. We loved the location of this hotel - great for walking and tram - metro only 5 minutes away. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed in #203, La Niege. The only noise we noticed was a bit of bass from the club on Saturday night. The room is small so we had to strategically unpack and store items. Plentiful outlets and we appreciated the fridge with some complementary drinks. Window is to an interior space so no light problem. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The location for us was 5*****

• Lucy (4/5): A great party hotel. Don’t plan to sleep much - Amazing location. This is a party hotel. Come here to party with friends or your partner/lovers. Not to sleep. It wasn’t particularly clean. It smelt of mould. I could hear loud clubbing/bar music until 4am. The layout of the room was not practical at all no where to put suitcase and bathroom sink difficult to access. The air conditioning didn’t work even though we got reception to help turn it on.

• Sarah (7/5): Perfect location, cool rooms, but too expensive. - Top location in central Amsterdam! The staff was very friendly and was always ready to help. They also carried our bag upstairs. The room was also cool, we stayed in the Art Suite and really liked the design. The whole layout of the room was convenient, with big living and bathroom. The breakfast was no buffet, but you get a selection of things brought to your table. Even though it consisted of heated supermarket bread rolls and croissants, we were satisfied and full. Far too expensive! We payed around 500€ a night, which is in no way justified. The room was clean enough, but there was still a big stain on the mirror and toilet paper in the toilet for example. Also note that you have to bring earplugs. The rooms are located directly over a night club and it gets really loud at night, particularly on the lower floors (we were on the 3rd and it was loud). Also the stairs are not suitable to people with restricted mobility. They are typical dutch stairs, so they are very steep and narrow.

Es hatte keinen Aschenbecher im Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon, entsprechend waren viele Zigarettenstummel auf dem Boden des Balkons. Wasserremperatur in der Dusche war schwierig einstellbar, (alte Armaturen). Zimmer war sehr kalt. Kein Normaler TV im Zimmer statdessen ein Alter Beamer! Wenige Internationale TV kanäle! Für eine 4 Sterne Suite schlecht ausgestattet, auch der zustand der Mõbel war nicht 4 Sterne würdig.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us, even before we arrived the communicationwas so easy. The ladies were so friendly and were on hand to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect with just a short walk to everything. Great value for money and the room were spacious with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are also really nice and friendly The hotel is located in a really good area and it is easy to reach a lot of different places from here with tram stops outside. The club next door plays music Thursday-Sunday nights however the music isn’t disturbing as others state in their reviews more so just the noise of people. I would definitely stay here again and reccomened it to people to go to.

• Mullan (5/5): “My stay at Supper Hotel Amsterdam was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, a persistent sewer smell, poor maintenan - Central location, friendly staff I recently stayed at Supper Hotel Amsterdam, and unfortunately my experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was below the standard I would expect. While the concept and style of the hotel are interesting, the condition and upkeep did not reflect a premium experience. There was also confusion regarding whether breakfast was included in our booking. This mix-up was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer communication at check-in. Our room itself had several issues. It featured two entrance doors with a step down inside the room, and the area between these doors had a strong sewer-like smell. On the second night, a staff member entered to leave towels and make the bed but left the bedroom door open. Unfortunately, this allowed the sewer odour to filter into the room overnight, which left us feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. There were also multiple maintenance concerns: • The toilet roll holder was already broken before we arrived and fell off during our stay. • The TV projector quality was very poor and difficult to watch. • The bedroom lighting was inadequate and not practical. • The private French doors were not fitted properly — the top and bottom bolt locks did not work, which is a serious security concern. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, maintenance, and security issues. With better attention to detail and improved standards, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience. However, based on this visit, it did not meet the expectations of a 4-star stay.

• VicenteMarqueSilva (10/5): Supper Review - Me and my girlfriend came for a night, and we had a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect, very central. It has loads of places to eat. The service was great, the room was clean. Total recommend it for the price payed.
• Rijk (9/5): perfect - Service aan bar, super aardig, goede ontvangst en konden direct inchecken ondanks we te vroeg arriveerde dat is heel fijn wand dan kan je direct de stad in. Was stil in hotel, vanwege slecht weer op Schiphol, daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

• Nemanja (9/5): Nice location with a view on canals and Singel, really helpful staff, cozy beds - It was a really pleasant stay, starting with location which is great, walking distance of whole city center, museums, shops. Good connection with main train station by trams (3 lines pass by hotel) or metro (Rokin metro station is near). I had a room on 3rd floor, didnt hear much noise from street or nearby bars at all, but mind the steps going up, not for everybody if you have large luggage. Beds were great, had a nice sleep, 4 big pillows included. Good AC for heating. Staff was really great and with warm welcome. I could use a tea or coffee maker that I think was listed as room item but wasnt there. Since it was January, making hot drinks are always appreciated, but staff offered to make some if needed, but you had to go down to reception area.

• Giada (6/5): carino - posizione ottima bell'albergo ma le stanze dalle foto sembrano molto più grandi, la suite per 4 persone ha un micro lavandino incastarto dietro un comodino devo dire scomodissimo per il resto pulito e molto originale e moderno negli arredi. il lavandino e gli spazi davvero angusti una delle due camere che abbimao affittato la 404 non aveva la porta del bagno e devo dire non comoda..

• Ali (1/5): Жалко денег которые ушли на это - Практически ничего Очень плохой опыт — проблемы с заселением, картой и обслуживанием. Мы забронировали номер в этом отеле через Booking.com. При приезде в 22:00 ресепшн был закрыт, никого не было, чтобы нас встретить. Нам сказали идти в бар Belly of the Beast рядом с отелем, где персонал должен был помочь попасть в номер. В баре нам выдали карточку для входа, которая не открывала дверь. Сотрудник сказал, что он может открыть дверь только со своей карты, и если мы выйдем после 4:00 утра, мы не сможем вернуться в номер. Это значит, что мы должны были оставаться в комнате весь вечер и ночь. Номер, за который мы заплатили 160 евро (со скидкой), оказался без окон и с минимальными удобствами. Это было очень неудобно и неприятно. Утром при завтраке нам сказали, что бы мы убрали отзыв в google и они вернут деньги только за завтрак. Завтрак подали таким образом что нам даже не захотелось кушать его. В итоге деньги за завтрак 10 евро. 😒 Думаю что они настолько любят деньги что забыли о своих клиентах. В целом обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, информация, предоставленная отелем, была некорректной, а условия проживания не соответствовали обещанным при бронировании. Мы крайне недовольны этим опытом.
• Jessica (7/5): Great walkable location - The location and the lovely staff behind the bar downstairs I booked 2 queens thinking it would make the room bigger but it was the oddest layout and the air con was broken so it was freezing until the lovely staff turned it off for us completely. If anyone at the hotel reads this I think adding a full length mirror would be beneficial as that would also add another getting ready spot. The sink/mirror area was small and kinda odd.

• Emma (3/5): - La ubicación del hotel es excelente. No es un cuatro estrellas ni de lejos. La habitación era un zulo, pequeña y con una ventana alargada de un palmo de ancho que daba a un patio. El baño no permitía intimidad, no tenía propiamente puerta. La limpieza deja bastante que desear. Debajo del hotel hay una discoteca y se oye bastante el ruido de la música.

• Josh (5/5): Convenient location with a few shortcomings, does the job I guess. - I liked the location and the unique interior in a historic canal building The cleanliness was an issue unfortunately and despite flagging this to staff attention it didn’t really make much of a difference. I fire alarm also sounded at around 130am on our first night and there seemed to be a lack of disregard for safety by the night staff
• Sebastien (4/5): Décevant , trop cher pour la qualité - L’hôtel est très bien situé , la propreté des lieux Le rapport qualité / prix , beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité ! La discothèque juste en bas , musique qui résonne dans la chambre jusqu’à 3h du mat ! L’hôtel devrait le préciser d’avantage . Le fait que ce soit annoncé comme un hôtel et que les chambres ne soit pas dans le même bâtiment , nous sommes venus à deux couples et étions séparés dans deux adresses différentes…. Pas pratique ! les 3 étages sans ascenseur, les escaliers et palier sombre et raide ! Le balcon trop petit , le garde corps dangereux et pas aux normes (moins d’1m) Pas de Parking , obligé de se garer dans la rue pour 6h de stationnement 50€ ! Nous avons dû garer la voiture à l’extérieur du centre .. Les photos de la chambre sont très belles par rapport à la réalité . Elles ne correspondent pas au lieu ! Bouteille d’eau du robinet dans le frigo abuse au vue du prix de la chambre Le confort du fauteuil est nul . Plutôt chambre d’hôtes que hôtel a proprement dit !
• Victoria (3/5): Emplacement au top, par contre le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très médiocre ! - L’emplacement Les escaliers pour arriver aux chambres sont très très raides, les lampes étaient cassées, pas de machine à café alors qu’il devait y avoir une, bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre mais il s’agit de l’eau du robinet

• Kaitlin (9/5): Overall great stay, would stay again! - Great staff who checked us in quickly and showed us to our room! Location was perfect and close to downtown, canal view with a tram stop very close. Room was clean and modern with AC and mini fridge. Price was a little high for the size of the room, very narrow stairway leading up to the 4th floor that our room was on. Not sure some people would be able to make it up those stairs. The “TV” was a projector that was hard to understand and control. And the Pub downstairs was very loud until midnight, but there was an event going on in Amsterdam the weekend we were there so it might not always be that way.
