Ils ont une navette pour vous emmener soit au restaurant ou lors de votre départ entre 9h et 20h. Le petit déjeuner en chambre dans 3 styles différents à choix est super bon (occidental, japonais ou américain). Un jus de fruit ou cocktail offert par jour. Un kit de bains offert par jour pour emmener chez vous. Bref, un établissement irréprochable et juste en face de l'océan, ce qui était ce que je recherchais pour surfer tous les jours.
- joanne (6/5): End of a 3 wk trip. Looking to decompress, missed the mark a bit. - The beach is right across the highway. There is a long paved beach walk. The beach has been impacted apparently by erosion. Sand is dark gray and no plant/animal life. Did not even see any shorebirds. The location is right on the highway running along the beach. Traffic noise is not too bad but on the weekend there is a Japanese motorcycle group with very loud bikes all day and into the night time hours. Super annoying.

A superb breakfast each day within own room. Staff excellent, friendly and 100% welcoming and helpful. Would stay again. Shame the bar closed later in the evening. No problems with external noise for us on the ground floor.

It was quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service was truly impeccable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the selection of bath salts and quality amenities. It made our stay feel extra special. The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus and allowed us to easily explore the local area at our own pace. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Мы путешествовали на большом авто, и каждый раз, как только подъезжали к гостинице,- тут же выскакивал служащий который помогал парковаться (а надо было заехать по миллиметрам, как обычно в Японии). - Karen O'Shea (10/5): A delight and a joy. - This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful. To be nitpicking,some more cutlery, a spoon and おはし would be good. And a microwave as there is no on site restaurant and most nights I wanted to eat on that balcony. But that is a minor quibbles

- Nate L. (10/5): Exceptional - Great and relaxing stay. The staff that I met were very professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Everything about the hotel felt rejuvenating. After being out all day sight seeing, it was nice to return to a relaxing atmosphere to rest. I felt that my room on the second floor was adequately insulated from outside noise as well. Overall, a good and memorable experience. If I'm ever in Shonan, I wouldn't mind staying here again. No complaints.

- Noriyoshi (10/5): 大手有名ホテルよりも断然ここが素晴らしい！ - 最高に素敵なホテルでした。サービスの徹底ぶりには驚きました。通常ホテルに置かれているアメニティとはかけ離れ、顧客の一人一人に対応するものを提示し、チョイスさせてくれる。 ウェルカムドリンクは、コーヒー、紅茶、お茶、ソフトドリンク…などではなく、こだわり抜いたドリンクの数々（全て説明つき）を用意してくださり、そこからチョイスする。 お風呂のこだわりも素晴らしく、ライトはヒーリング効果を促進させるライトもあり、浴槽の前にはテレビもある。バスタブはジェットバス付き、お風呂用の枕まで用意されていました。 また、朝ごはんは、事前にお願いした時間に、温かいもの（焼き立ての魚や五穀米など）を、お部屋まで届けてくれます。 大型ホテルではな出来ない、きめ細やかなサービス！素晴らしかったです。 お部屋でのコーヒータイムも、最高でした。 最後に…江ノ島までの送迎をしてくださる事。 本当に、お世話になりました。 待つ事なく、直ぐに送り届けてくれます。 本当にお世話になりました。 ブレスホテル、また絶対にリピートしたいホテルです！
