The setup is beautiful, the decoration is tasteful, the space is neat and clean with massive room, the location is ideal, parking is available, and the accommodation offers a very comfortable sleep. With all essential facilities provided, it is more than sufficient for any customer. Thank you Forest Park Team. All facilities are provided promptly, and I have no complaints regarding the service and the accommodation.
- Martin (10/5): Byli jsem jen jednu noc, ale dobře jsme se vyspali a byli jsem velmi spokojení. - Hotel na krásném místě vysoko v horách. Sice je malinko starší, ale stále plně funkční. Pokoj i postel byla velmi pohodlná, řekl bych skoro až luxusní. Obsluha na recepci byla milá. Dětský koutek (základní) a posilovna. Zavřený vnitřní i venkovní bazén. Snídaně spíše podprůměrná, ale i tak jsme se dobře najedli a určitě nebyla špatná.

- Chloe (7/5): I expected something different - The receptionist upon our arrival was extremely polite. The food at the snack bar was good, and the waiter was very helpful. The room was warm. It is very sad how neglected this masterpiece of Platres has become. When I heard in 2024 that it had been purchased and would be renovated, I was happy, and during my visit I expected to find something different. Unfortunately, I found it in worse condition than in 2023, which was the last time I visited it. It has been left to time, and the damage is clearly visible. The room was comfortable and nice, although old. The unacceptable part was the bathroom, for which I am including photos. The indoor pool was not functioning. The outdoor pool was empty and abandoned. In general, the terrace area was neglected. At breakfast there were very few options, with spoiled ham and no butter at all!

- Varnava (8/5): Enjoyed it - Good old hotel but some areas are (or should be) under renovation. It needs a lot to gain its former glory, hopefully it will happen soon because it’s a really nice hotel in the forest. Nevertheless the staff was kind and helpfull. The breakfast is very rich and tasty and the a la carte menu of the cafeteria is satisfying and rich too. That it hasn’t been renovated yet;)

The restaurant had also a nice variety with good prices. The hotel is quite old (so not very well insulated, for example, with sound travelling between rooms) and some of the facilities could be better maintained.

- Agatha (3/5): Terrible experience - Unfortunately the only positive thing about the hotel is the location and the history It is completely unacceptable for mountain hotel where temperature outside is around 1 to not have heating on in the rooms.The A/C unit was very weak and could not keep the room warm.Heating in our room worked for 2h between 20:00 and22:00,first time in my life I had to sleep in jacket in 4stars hotel.Probably camping will be more comfortable than this experience.Another terrible experience was a bathroom-no hot water,bathtub dirty/ scratched that made you think twice before you stepped in.Unfortunately the bad experience continued in the morning,breakfast was more than disappointing-unacceptable once again for hotel that supposed to be more than 2 stars…It is very,very disappointing experience which makes us so sad because most of the locals wish that hotel would provide so much more …

It needs to be renovated asap. Very run down nuilding but a pleasant place to stay. The food was good but can be improved. İ.e. breakfast can have more variety for the open buffet and the alacarte options for dinner can be more with starters and meze.

Шикарный вид с балкона прямо на деревья. Тихо и спокойно. Думаю, что нужно немного о больше уделить внимание прилегающей территории, починить лавочки и собрать мусор.

- Elena (5/5): Please go super open minded. - The location is lovely, nice village with loads of food places nearby. The property. Really outdated and warn off, smells with cat piss which was there for probably 50 years. Funny place to stay, but OK for one night
