• Claudia (10/5): Todo excelente, 10 de 10, el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado hasta el momento, que han sido varios. - No es un hotel tan grande lo que facilita el traslado de un lugar a otro. Buenas instalaciones. Buen desayuno. Buena ubicación muy cerca de la estación de metro Kista, a unos 5 minutos caminando lo cual permite moverse sin problema y rápido tanto al centro de Estocolmo como a otros lugares. La estación de metro se encuentra dentro de un mall que también es un punto a favor, con supermercado incluido. Las habitaciones amplia y cómodas. Todo muy limpio. También me agradó que hubiese una recepcionista que hablara español( una mexicana), muy amable por lo demás.

• Manish (5/5): It is okay, but staff can be a bit polite. - Property had good location. Easy access to metro. Plenty of parking outside The bed was really small for double occupancy. When I checked with staff at reception they were argumentative about it. Breakfast was good but, by 9AM the staff stopped refilling the dishes.

• kubakoumi (9/5): - Great breakfast, and real nice locality. It's like stockholm Sillicon Valley :) Hotel is realy clean. I appreciate online check-in, card system, e-checkout, and tunnelbana is 5 minute by walk. About three kilometers by walk is Järvafältet - fantastic place if you want escape from city! Everything is fine :) Maybe - the little room with window to atrium (but it's just this room) - you're looking on the fitness, which is funny until somebody wants to use it at 7 am :D

• Melanie (7/5): - Very nice staff, good breakfest, I had room 301 and it was so spacious and nice. The room was never cleaned, not in 3 days. Also I wanted to ask for it twice, but no staff was to be found. Also not after ringing the bell.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Wszystko dobrze. Bardzo blisko stacji metra. Rejestracja samoobsługowa i bardzo prosta. Pokoje w podstawowym standardzie, łazienka przyzwoita. W tej cenie jest bardzo ok.
• Daniel (5/5): Good location, good food but didn’t enjoy my stay because of the itchiness - Well located and clean My body was itchy all through my stay and my eyes were red. Everything stopped immediately I travelled back so I guess it is about something with their beddings or room. Something was definitely not normal. PS: that same week I was in Oslo Norway and never experienced any itchiness

• Liam (7/5): Pleasant stay 20mins from downtown Stockholm - Near two train stations (one is on the line to the airport), Kista shops/precinct was very conviennent. Sauna was nice, with some basic gym equipment. Small room, but this was expected. Breakfast buffet was better than expected; a staff member let me have access to the buffet 20 mins before it offically started as I had to head to the airport early (I did not grab the name, but would like to pass my thanks again to her). Would recommend as an affordable stay if you are willing to catch the train into the centre. Minor but my room was advertised as having “Chromecast” - turned out this meant you still needed to have the Chromecast dongle to actually cast from your phone etc to the TV. I would recommend this description to be changed to reflect this.

• Mart (5/5): - Siia polegi midagi kirjutada. Külastasin hotelli Kistamässenis toimunud konverentsi tõttu. Lubati jõusaali (ka 1 pilt oli) ja sauna. Tegelikult on hotelliks seda nimetada veidi luksuslik, pigem nagu hostel. Tegelikult ei taha selles hotellis keegi sinu, kui kliendiga suhelda, sisse- ja väljakirjutamine soovitatakse teha elektrooniliselt, söögialuas teenindaja leidmine raskendatud, toateenindust ei olnud 3 päeva jooksul käinud kordagi, isegi "mitte segada" silti ei olnud. Lubatud jõusaalis oli ellips-trainer ja blokimasin, millest teise bloki tross oli katki. Kui varahommikul saabus kõrvaltoa elanik, siis kontsaklõbin oli läbi seina kenasti kuulda, samuti kella viiene kohvriralli koridoris. Saun oli, isegi soe, mida Rootsis kohtab ilmselt harva. Ei olnud ühtegi märget, et kas seal käiakse ujumisriietes või ilma, kellegi käest ei olnud küsida ka, seega jäi kasutamata. Hommikusöök oli olemas, kõhu ju sai täis aga peale kolmandat päeva hakkas üksluiseks minema.

• Marco (7/5): Averlo saputo prima... - Colazione buona e abbondante, check-in e check-out automatizzato. Silenzio nella struttura, gabbiani fuori a parte. Asciugacapelli rotto, non sostituito nè aggiustato nonostante segnalazione all'arrivo, via chat e di persona. Distributore sapone in bagno esaurito. La camera durante il soggiorno non viene pulita e non viene ritirata la spazzatura per ridurre i costi e salvare il pianeta. Staff di poche parole, non mi è parso particolarmente interessato alle segnalazioni fatte. Basta poco per far sentire a proprio agio il cliente.

• Omran (4/5): Kommer tyvärr inte bo här igen. - Läget är bra Personalen var tyvärr inte särskilt hjälpsam, och vi kände oss inte alls välkomna under vår vistelse. Servicen upplevdes som ogästvänlig. Rummet var spartanskt inrett och saknade trivsel. Dessutom luktade det illa från toaletten. Sängarna var små och mycket obekväma.

• Romano (8/5): - Posizione comoda per Tunnelbana Kista, buon arredamento funzionale La prima camera assegnata affacciava direttamente sulla sala conversazione/colazione con schiamazzi fino a notte fonda e poi nuovamente rumori dalle 6 del mattino. Una volta segnalato il problema, lo staff ha immediatamente assegnato una nuova camera in posizione silenziosa.
• Arne (2/5): en skräckupplevelse - stökigt och inte så bra som har sagts om hotellet. frukostlokalen var ljudlig och stökig inte vad man vill ha till frukosten!. hissen kändes inte trygg att åka i. Personalen hade lite besserwisser attityd när man frågade något VÄLDIGT irriterande för mig som kund. Jag kommer inte att bo där igen!!!
• Petar Bento (10/5): - Great value for money with good conection to the city center. There is metro station 3-4 minutes by walk so you can easely reach the center for 20-25 minutes. Shopping mall very near, too. Clean room and very comfortable mattress. The excellent breakfast is a big plus.

• Udit (10/5): Very comfortable and cozy. - I liked the extensive breakfast, it had a large variety of vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian options. The bread in breakfast was fresh and so as all th other things. Coffe you can get all day long if you want. Sometimes the windows in the room have fixed blinds that you cant open up, only change the angle, that is really annoying part.

• Markéta (9/5): - Good location, albeit a little far from the city center. Nice room and good breakfast. The room was spacious enough that it could fit at least one closet. There is a "gym" but I can't imagine anyone seriously using it. No cleaning services during the stay but they say it's to keep the price low so I suppose it makes sense.
