A senhora que nos atendeu foi muito simpática e atenciosa nos passando todas informações da cidade. Quarto ok tamanho normal e banheiro pequeno , mas tudo ok pra uma noite de descanso, bom custo benefício

• Raymund (4/5): - The location of the hotel is central to the city center of Toulouse and the hotel is clean . Also, the office is very helpful and the check in and out times are more hours than most hotels - check in is at 2pm but they check you in a little earlier if they can , And check out is not a strict 11, so one can be not as stressed to check out than some places that check out at 10. My biggest complaint is the size of the room which looks much bigger in pictures and accessibility to the room which is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so we had to walk three flights of stairs each time. i know there may be budget concerns on putting up an elevator or that there may be no space to put one. Another thing I didn’t like is the lack of room coffee available in the lobby room which i thought was a basic amenity in any hotel This is somewhat my fault because i should have checked first that it was part of the amenities it totally went over my head. As far as access to the rooms they still had the old fashioned key on a chain instead of a magnetic strip card .They should invest in this this not so new technology , as it reduces probability of keys lost by the guests. But i’m appreciative that we did have a great time in Toulouse and we had a satisfactory place to sleep .

• Denis (6/5): Très moyen - Hotel bien placé proche de la gare mais service moyen. Chambre sous les tois au 3eme sans ascenseur. Télé ne fonctionne pas , literie moyenne et WC placé directement en sortie de la douche minuscule au rideau pas assez long. Amabilité du gérant discutable. J'ai été un.peu sermoné en arrivant car j'avais réservé ici.

• George (10/5): - We only had a one night stay but our experience was excellent from checking in to checking out. Friendly staff and the room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. We were offered a bottle of cold water each on arrival which was welcome on a hot day. Soft towels and toiletries were provided in the room and even though we were at the front of the hotel overlooking the road we didn't hear any noise.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Forced me to leave my room key when not in my room - BEWARE: This hotel will force you to leave your room key EVERYTIME you leave the premises. That is a big no-no for me especially as a solo traveler during this stay. Horrible experience with the French guy (young) during check-in. He didn't speak English nor Spanish and he was bothered that I didn't speak French. He was the rudest French person I encountered from Calais to Paris to Toulouse. When I kindly asked him why I had to leave my key with Google translate, he was visibly irritated and I asked him to please be patient with me because I wanted to understand why I couldn't leave my key. He wrote through Google translate that it was because we were in the area of the train station (right across from the hotel) and because I didn't need it. So I just gave up on trying to keep my key. There is no safe in the room. The room is so small along with the shower. The water was splashing out and there's only a small shower curtain. There was also construction as early as 8am for which the nice lady at the check in counter (when I checked out) apologized for but it was very loud. And at 6AM I could hear everything the personnel were doing downstairs in the lobby. It was not a good experience at all. And it's heartbreaking because I paid more for this place than my other option because it had better reviews. You will be able to hear anything and everything going on in the other rooms and hallway. There is a place to have some clothes but nothing much offered for storage.

• Michaël (8/5): Rapport qualité prix correct. - Ayant réserver pour 2 nuits pour 1 personne j’avais comme critère d’être proche de la gare de Matabiau. Petit hôtel de façade sympathique le personnel est agréable. Étant seul j’ai eu la chambre en 36 chambres au dernier étage petite mais convenable pour une voir deux personnes maximum.point Positif comme la chambre est petite. La climatisation n’est pas de trop la literie est confortable. La chambre est propre. La salle de bain est petite mais elle est fonctionnelle. Petit bémol au niveau du mobilier qui composent la chambre. Celui-ci reste assez vétuste et on s’aperçoit des traces du temps laissées par les nombreux passages de la clientèle. Le rapport qualité prix est correct

• Yeon jin, (8/5): - I enjoyed everything from check-in to check-out and breakfast. The staff were super friendly and did their best to help the guest. However, one thing, when I came in after a long-oneday trip on the second day, the old man at the reception. He was on the phone, and I waited for a few minutes, I was quite tired, but he keep talking via phone. Once he finished his call, he didn't give me the key, and suddenly said, "You... pay." (He spoke to me in French) There was no explanation about pay, when I checked in, so I thought that I would be pay on check-out time, or it would be automatically paid with a connected card. (Of course who did not pay and go?? I was ready to pay!! and pleased to pay!!) Without any explanation, it was very very unpleasant experience and upset moment, Just say "Pay !!!" to guest who was tired from walking all day. What a rude... I talk to him "Give me the key first, I have cash and wallet in my room" Then he gave me a key... Other than that, it was on best location, friendly staff (except one), and even though no elevator, staff will bring your bag up to your room. Thank you.

Il y a certes un ventilateur électrique, mais en période de grosse chaleur, il faut le savoir. Le petit-déjeuner à 7,50 € est absolument excellent. Le service est top.
• Stilianos (2/5): Schlechter als in Afrika - Wir waren zu zweit im Zimmer (Zimmer Nummer 25) und das Zimmer hatte nur eine Steckdose und sie auf einer Höhe von 2,20m. Wie Bitteschön soll man da sein Handy laden? Wir haben das Hotel nach der ersten Übernachtung schon verlassen.
• Rodolfo A (8/5): Unassuming, clean, convenient - Unassuming hotel just across the Matabiau train station, which is very convenient in case you have to catch an early train. Very friendly staff. They have a patio where you can safely park your bike. I had a room on the 2nd floor. Very quiet, despite being close to a busy area.
• Franck (8/5): Very good for this price and close to everything! - The staff of the Hotel was very nice and friendly, and I got a good few pointers about what to visit in the city. Almost everything is at a walking distance from the Hotel which is in the city center. The shower is really the only little aspect I did not like, as it is small and water would spill easily on the toilet area. I really liked that my bed had 3 pillows all different, that's very nice and I never saw that before. I could definitely see myself booking there again if I ever go back to Toulouse.

Hôtel à proximité de la gare, idéal pour poser ses affaires et aller visiter la ville (le Capitole à 10 minutes). Bel accueil par Isabelle (la gérante?) avec offre d'une bouteille d'eau. Les chambres sont propres et visuellement agréables dans un style moderne. Petit déjeuner proposé à 7,5€ comprenant deux petites viennoiseries, un morceau de pain avec confitures, beurre, fromage... Un verre de jus d'orange et une boisson chaude, une madeleine, un biscuit. Une adresse que je garde pour mon prochain séjour.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but comfortable and clean. One thing I really liked is how quiet the hotel is, I hardly heard other guests moving around.

Across from the underground and main rail station, and not far from the Capitol and Wilson Place, it was a great location. Rooms are clean, bed was very good. Room was small and bathroom was tight, but I was there to see Toulouse, not the room. It served the purpose for a great price. Isabell and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
