• Petrachi (8/5): Piacevole relax tra le montagne. - Pulita e in una zona tranquilla. La nostra stanza era davvero caldissima e nonostante diverse richieste di abbassare la temperatura è rimasta molto calda. La nottata è stata davvero difficile per questo, per il resto il ristorante e i servizi buoni. La struttura necessita di un po’ di manutenzione per piccole rifiniture, ma nulla di così plateale.

Le personnel adorable Nous avons eu une chambre avec jacuzzi et malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser car il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans l’établissement . Nous l’avons annoncé, mais on nous a dit que ça reviendrait… Nous avons essayé le soir après 22 heures toujours pas d’eau chaude… du coup très déçu, même si franchement c’était un super hôtel, très bien décoré, très confortable, personnel, adorable, alors je pense que peut-être nous avons eu un petit souci ce jour-là , mais du coup un peu déçu . Car on avait déjà payée a l’avance alors rapport qualité prix un peu déçu .

• Cécile (8/5): Il y avait tout pour que ça soit parfait mais… - Magnifique grande chambre avec jacuzzi. Literie confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Spa agréable. Pas d’eau chaude de toute la soirée, pas possible de se doucher ni d’utiliser le jacuzzi. Dommage, surtout quand on avait qu’une nuit. Pas de geste commercial de la part de l’établissement. C’était mon 3eme séjour et deuxième avec un souci d’eau chaude. Ça questionne.

• Agnès (9/5): Super endroit atypique - Très joli endroit, avec un cadre agréable et reposant. Le personnel est attentionné et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. L’endroit est vraiment calme, idéal pour se détendre. Nous avons passé une très jolie expérience, notamment avec cette chambre équipée d’un jacuzzi, un vrai plus ! Le seul point négatif reste l’absence de fenêtre dans la chambre. Malgré la climatisation, il faisait vraiment très chaud, ce qui a un peu gêné notre confort.

• Anfr (7/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schöne Spazierwege gleich um die Ecke - Gemütlicher Raum zum frühstücken. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut! frische Früchte, Jogurt im Glas, Käse... Einzig beim Brot könnten sie sich noch verbessern, aber ist wohl einfach italienisch... Wellnessbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Saune müsste dringend saniert werden.

• william (7/5): Mooi hotel met sauna temperatuur op kamers - Hotel is gelegen op een uitstekende locatie, perfect voor het verkennen van de omgeving, en biedt voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. De kamers zijn aantrekkelijk, schoon en creëren een gezellige sfeer, wat bijdraagt aan een prettig verblijf. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt is goed met een gevarieerd aanbod. Echter, een minpuntje is dat de kamers behoorlijk warm zijn en niet gekoeld kunnen worden. Met temperaturen van 26 graden binnen, terwijl het buiten -2 graden is, kan slapen een uitdaging zijn. Dit aspect zou zeker verbeterd kunnen worden voor een nog aangenamere ervaring. Over het algemeen is Hotel een goede keuze, met een paar aandachtspunten.

• Monica (10/5): - Bellissima struttura molto curata staff attento e gentile. Camera enorme su due piani con vasca idromassaggio. Ci è stata offerta la possibilità di utilizzare la SPA sia il giorno dell'arrivo fin dal mattino che il giorno della partenza. Colazione ottima e varia. Letti molto comodi e, cosa rara, anche i cuscini. Aggiungerei solo una ventola in bagno per il ricircolo dell'aria visto che non è finestrato.

• Berislav (8/5): Great stay! - The staff and the rooms are amazing, really comfortable and cozy; location is very nice, close to all the main things to see in the area and the hotel is really lovely. The spa facilty feels outdated unfortunatelly - it is a shame because with not that big of an investment, if they only put the new tiles in the pool and around, the whole place would look wow - so, everything about the hotel is great, but the pool and the surrounding spa facility needs refurbishment.

• Vanessa (6/5): Expensive out of season stay - The jacuzzi in the room was a treat! Nice bar. The photos made the hotel look a lot bigger and better than it was. It was the most expensive place we stayed in during our month long road trip and from the photos and amount we'd paid, we thought it was going to be amazing. The 'spa' is not a spa and when we excitedly walked in, people had saved the few loungers that were there so there was literally nowhere to sit. The pool was tiny and not for swimming. I'm sure it's ok for a quick dip and sauna after a day's skiing but out of ski season it's not somewhere to spend any length of time.

Personnel tres sympathique, de bons vins, très bien mangé à l'hôtel ! Dommage que la piscine du spa n'était pas très très chaude... Dommage que lors de notre séjour le spa n'était pas silencieux. Beaucoup d'enfants mais surtout les parents qui parlaient suffisamment fort au lieu de baisser le ton et dire peut-être aux enfants de baisser le ton un tout petit peu aussi. Du coup expérience spa, pas très calme/reposante pour nous.
