• catia (7/5): - Gentilissime e molto disponibili le referenti che ci hanno anche consegnato le chiavi, ottima la posizione e super comoda per i trasporti. L'appartamento spazioso, ideale per più persone. Fastidioso il rumore proveniente dalla strada, scarsi i bicchieri e posate, purtroppo non ci sono carta da cucina, sacchetti delle immondizie, caffè, tisane, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Mancavano le istruzioni per l'uso dell'aria condizionata. I balconi un po' sporchi. Trovo sgradevole l'obbligo ad utilizzare una specifica app per aprire la porta.

Appartement correctement isolé et équipé avec une belle terrasse. Personnel hyper agréable, surtout Tamara qui était encore une fois très chaleureuse et bienveillante. Rien tout était impeccable

• Andrea (9/5): muy buena - Excelente atención por parte de Tamara, muy atenta y predispuesta. El alojamiento es excelente, super amplio y muy bien equipado, la ubicación es ideal, ya que se encuentra cerca de todos los puntos de interés turísticos y el metro está a media cuadra. Nos dejaron sabanas y toallas limpias, para que hagamos nosotros el cambio, dos veces en dos semanas, eso fue excelente. Como recomendación podrían ofrecer el servicio de limpieza cuando sea mas de una semana; yo le solicité productos de limpieza a Tamara, quien muy amablemente me acercó para poder limpiar el departamento en nuestro alojamiento; por lo que este comentario es solo a los fines de consejo para el futuro. Los colchones del alojamiento estaban vencidos, por lo que por las noches la mayoria de mi familia no descansó bien. Se lo comenté a Tamara y nos agradeció la indicación y dijo que los cambiarían. Estuvimos dos semanas en el departamento y no hubo servicio de limpieza, quizás estaría bueno ofrecerlo cuando sea un alojamiento de más de una semana.

Praticamente non ho dovuto chiedere nulla perchè aveva già pensato a tutto! Ho gradito moltissimo le 2 capsule di caffè per la mattina. Non è così scontato in Andalusia... L'appartamento è centrale e vicino a tutti i servizi, ristoranti, bar, supermercato. Insomma location perfetta con garage (a pagamento) a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Tutto perfetto! Nulla.

• County (1/5): Absalutely terrible,shocking is an understatement - Apartment is nice and in a good location. I've never in my life been so harassed by a host in any other property I've ever stayed. She was in the apartment block every day knocking wt the door txt my phone non stop . Property is not as advertised,although still a nice apartment it's not whwt we paid for. They give one towel per guest for 4 days 🙄 how does that work? Bathroom was flooded anytime we tooka shower and when I txt and told her nothing was done about it. She then called to the door once again and I said it to her in person, she got a cleaner with a dirty mop in to mop up the floor but no one to fix the drainage problem. The floors where so dirty we had to clean them ourselves upon arrival. Pillows are so hard and uncomfortable. If you do stay here be sure to read terms and conditions ad they try to charge for anything and everything. If you leave a fork on the counter its 15 euro,a towel out of place another 15 and it goes on and on... I've travelled a lot and I honestly have never experienced anything like this I was actually shocked... the day of checkout she told us 12 noon,1150am she sent a man and the cleaning lady up we said yes few mins just grabbing out last bits it's nit 12 yet to what he responded if you don't get out now ill have to charge you extra and we said ok no problem. We where about 10 mins after noon so we went to leave he stood in the doorway with a card machine demanding money off us,we informed him thwt we had paid 150euro deposit he can take the late check out fee from thar. 10 mins late by the way. He said no no we must give him money now I told him we dont have anymore money to what he responded you all have pretty faces of course you have money ..... we where 4 female travellers and felt very intimidated by his behaviour. No basic essentials left at the property nothing at all basically like an abandoned apartment. I can't rate this experience low enough and I'd advise anyone not to stsy here .

Kawa na tarasie ze skrzeczącymi zielonymi papugami latającymi z palmy na palmę naprawdę fajne doświadczenie. Proste otwieranie drzwi z aplikacji. Winda w budynku. Bezpieczna okolica, bardzo blisko stacji pociągu który jedzie na lotnisko. Bardzo wolny odpływ z umywalki. Nie podobało mi się też że gdybyśmy zapomnieli wyrzucić śmieci to apartament pobiera za to opłatę.

• Joanne (10/5): Comfortable, compact apartment with sunny terrace - Lovely compact little apartment - just like the photos - with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location - an easy walk to the market and historic centre with easy access by car to nearby public parking in c/Verduja (23€ per day but this is Málaga). Well-equipped - plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and also a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Best of all was the large furnished terrace, complete with sun umbrella. Access was all remote, via an app/door codes. Nothing really except the pillows which were too hard for me and insufficient for my partner; there were no spares. For information, there are no complimentary toiletries apart from liquid hand soap in the wash basin.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location — close to the metro and with a short and convenient journey to and from the airport. It is perfectly situated in the city center, and you can easily walk to the most important attractions in Málaga. The only small downside was that we missed having some basic items such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper — we usually find these available in other places.

El apartamento es amplio y los dormitorios cómodos. Es tranquilo. Por decir algo, no cocinamos pero quizás en caso de querer hacerlo había pocos utensilios de cocina.

No había ni secador ni jabón ni champú. La cocina tenía vaso insuficientes. Las almohadas muy duras y altas. Olía muy mal en la casa, y en los armarios se nos ha quedado el mal olor en los abrigos.

• Kerstin (9/5): Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen; vor allem der Kontakt im Vorfeld über WhatsApp und der Empfang haben tad - Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar zentral zur Innenstadt sowie zum Stand und Hafen sowie zur Haltestelle des Zuges vom/zum Flughafen. Die Abfahrtsstellen der GetYourGuide-Busse sind ebenso wie der Haupt- und der Busbahnhof nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt (MAS), ein Carrefour ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Im EG befindet sich ein Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem. Mehrere Kissen und Betten zum Einziehen in die Bezüge sind vorhanden. Auch im November war es so immer schön kuschelig. Selbst in der einen Woche wurden die Handtücher komplett getauscht, ohne dass wir danach verlangt hätten. Da sich die Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums befindet, ist es natürlich nicht leise. Die Fenster halten den Straßenlärm kaum bis gar nicht ab. Ich bin sehr empfindlich gegen Lärm. Da mir diese Problematik von Besuchen in Barcelona bewusst war, habe ich mit Oropax geschlafen und hatte so keinerlei Probleme. Für Menschen, die da empfindlich sind, ist die Wohnung eher nicht geeignet. Gefehlt hat uns weiterhin eine Garderobe und Haken im Bad. Wenn man zu viert oder zu fünft in der Wohnung Urlaub macht und vielleicht auch frühstückt und auch mal kocht, ist vielleicht zu wenig Geschirr und auch nur ein Geschirrtuch da. Wir waren nur zu zweit und haben alles immer gleich mit der Hand gespült - dafür hat es gereicht.

Jeśli komuś zależy na spokoju i ciszy to polecam wybrać inny obiekt. Nam odpowiadało ze względu na lokalizację w Centrum. W jednym z pokoi nie domykało się okno i łóżka nie są zbyt wygodne, szczególnie w salonie w którym musiały spać dwie osoby. W apartamencie 5 osobowym nie było tarasu jedynie balkon francuski.

Además, me comunicaron que el parking Alemania tenía convenio para un precio reducido y mi sorpresa fue, que para las furgonetas, (la mía era pequeña, una california) no estaba incluido. Aunque la persona que nos recepcionó en el apartamento, intentó hablar con el encargado del parking y solucionarlo (no hubo solución), la información dada con anterior debería especificarlo.

Die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal sind ebenfalls erwähnenswert. Zugang zum Gebäude und zu den Zimmern ist mit Codes möglich, sehr praktisch. Adresse bei Google Maps war nicht ganz richtig, wir mussten suchen bzw. das Personal um Hilfe bitten, war ein bisschen nervig. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas veraltet. Aber alles nicht so tragisch.

• M (10/5): Geweldig appartement - De locatie is perfect, aan de rand van het centrum. Geweldig appartement met een mooie badkamer mét wasmachine. 15 minuten lopen naar het strand. • Angèlica (9/5): Genial! - La ubicación excelente. Zona cercana al centro histórico, con restaurantes, bares, supermercados y tiendas. Decoración de los apartamentos. Buena atención. Solo como sugerencia para mejorar: poner pestillo en el baño. Olor a cocina en la escalera del edificio a todas horas. La ropa de cama habría que revisarla, estaba limpia pero tenía alguna pequeña mancha del uso.

• Assumpta (10/5): - Perfect location...clean, very helpful staff, supermarket so close, so many restaurants near by...10 out of 10...👏👏 My only problem with my trip was with Booking.com, they txt us in the morning to say our taxi would be at the airport to pick us up...no taxi, no response to my message and no response to my call from the no I had for the taxi...

• Tevian (7/5): Good Location - Location was great. Flat was spacious and clean. Owner responded to concerns promptly. There were no basic amenities provided which was disappointing such as a small bottle of water, tea or coffee. There was no shower gel or washing tablets despite there being a washing machine. Overall the apartment was well equipped but this let it down. We travelled around and stayed in 3 cities during our trip, this was the most disappointing because of the lack of consideration, small things could make a big difference. If you're going to stay here come prepared.
• Ross (10/5): Brilliant apartment in great location with wonderful outdoor roof space. - Very clean & modern. Bed comfortable. Big plus was the size of the outdoor balcony area.
