- Christian (8/5): Wieder gut mit leichten Schwächen… - Die Lage des Hotels ist zweifellos top. Ausstattung und die Zimmer haben sich zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt nicht geändert. Die Badezimmer könnten mal ein Update vertragen da schon etwas älter aber immer noch gut. In den Betten kann man richtig gut schlafen und die Zimmer nach hinten raus sind auch sehr ruhig. Die Empfangshalle hat ein tolles Ambiente. Das Frühstück war wie immer top aber bei einem höheren Gästeaufkommen hat der Service im Frühstücksbereich große Mühe nachzukommen. Das fängt an beim Abräumen und neu Eindecken der Tische. Es gibt keine Teekannen mehr (nur auf Nachfrage), Waffeln und Pancakes werden nicht mehr nachgelegt und wenn das Tuch beim Brotschneiden nicht mehr da ist, kommt lange kein Neues. Alle Gäste fassen das Brot dann zum Schneiden direkt an. Vielleicht alles nicht so schlimm aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel darf das aus meiner Sicht nicht sein.

- Marcel (6/5): Der Rest war gut, daher war Aufenthalt „ok“, statt großartig. - Lage und Ausstattung Doppelte Außenwand und Nachbar Zimmer hat geraucht trotz Rauchverbot, dadurch nachts unerträglicher Geruch im Zimmer. Außerdem Toilettenspülung defekt und dauerhaftes Wasser Geräusch, trotz geschlossener Bad Tür. Besonders nachts störend.

L’efficacité des concierges pour les places de concert et l’aide au quotidien avec un cooler pour médicament à laisser la nuit dans un frigo à basse température . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est énorme mais tous les jours semblable. Un peu de changement dans l’offre serait bienvenu !

Der beleuchtete Kosmetikspiegel im Bad ist auf brauchbarer Höhe angebracht, sodass kleine Leute auch was davon haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für uns gewesen. Wir konnten viel erlaufen.

Gratis Wasser und Äpfel in der Lobby und auch bei der Abreise gab es Wasser für die Fahrt. Abends empfand ich die Musik in der Hotelbar als zu laut- … aber man muss ja nicht reingehen, es gab auch die Möglichkeit in der Lobby zu sitzen und was zu trinken

Le petit déjeuner est à éviter: c'est beaucoup trop cher pour une qualité très moyenne...choix standard comme dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, personnel absent, plusieurs produits non approvisionnés, très très bruyant. Dans un n'importe quel café à Berlin vous aurez un petit déjeuner de meilleure qualité avec le personnel attentif et à moitié prix.

- Ernst (6/5): Gepflegtes Hotel, beste Lage, hilfsbereites Personal. Fehlende Übereinstimmung mit gebuchter Option. - Beste Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhiges Zimmer. Auf der Buchungsplatform wurde ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Bett angeboten, sowie zu einem höheren Preis ein Deluxe Doppel-/Zweibettzimmer. Wegen unserem Wunsch nach einem Zweibettzimmer habe ich das Deluxezimmer und den Button für die Option Zweibettzimmer angeklickt. Vor Ort erhielten wir aber ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Bett. Erst nach umständlichen Diskussionen mit dem Personal (zunächst hieß es, kein Zweibettzimmer verfügbar) erhielten wir schließlich das gewünschte Zweibettzimmer. M.E. ist es unlauter, Kunden mit der Option Zweibettzimmer auf ein teureres Angebot zu locken und vor Ort die gebuchte Leistung zu verweigern.

- Thomas (6/5): Durchwachsen. Ein nochmaliger Aufenthalt hängt ausschließlich von der Lage des Anlaßes statt. - Die Lage am Gendarmenmarkt ist für Aktivitäten in Mitte oder der Spandauer-Vorstadt sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist mit sehr freundlichem und Gäste fokussierten Mitarbeitenden besetzt. Wir waren in der 6. Etage untergebracht. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksbereich hat hallenartigen Charakter, ist sehr turbulent und laut, der Empfang am Sonntag morgen, war so unfreundlich, das wir einen sofortigen Check-Out vorgezogen haben und im Charlottenburger Kiez an der Ludwig Kirche gefrühstückt haben.

Wenn man was bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es, dass wir um ein Zimmer hinten raus gebeten haben, wir aber nach vorn untergebracht wurden…

- susan (7/5): For the calibre of hotel we were disappointed with some aspects that outweighed the advantages. - very good location for main attractions and public transport very quiet location very pleasant staff bedroom very comfortable The quality of the towels. Quite 'worn' for the calibre of hotel Very challenging to get a decent amount of the liquid soap out of the containers in the shower. Breakfast - hard to find a table for 2 in the mornings- the staff worked very hard clearing and re setting tables. It would seem not enough tables for the volume of covers at breakfast time The restaurant for the evening lacked ambience so we opted not to eat there. It was dark and the neon lighting made it look very like a night club.

- Maree (10/5): Lovely hotel with fantastic staff - The hotel was lovely - beautiful foyer with comfortable couches, a pianist, exceptional reception staff. The bar was really great and the restaurant was excellent, especially for a hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. But the standout feature was the staff - without exception they all went above and beyond in making our 1-night stay very good. We arrived early and they found a room for us. Our flight on the day of our departure was not until the evening, but when we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, they gave us the use of the day spa facilities, so we were able to shower and change before our long flight. nothing :)
- Paulius (10/5): Perfect Hotel. - Breakfast-Perfect. Location-Perfect. Gym-Perfect, you will find everything you need like in a regular gym (it is really rear in the hotels). Piano playing live at reception area in the evenings-amazing. The bathroom a bit too small for two people (regular room). We didn't find hair conditioner in the bathroom. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion only.

- Angelica (10/5): Freundlich, sauber, sehr gute Betten. Gerne wieder. - Ruhiges Zimmer und super Lage. Klasse Fitnessstudio, alles da was man braucht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Vielfalt vertragen. Es war standardmäßig wie überall sonst. Etwas mehr Fantasie wäre schön, schließlich ist der Aufenthalt nicht günstig.
- Daphne (9/5): A great hotel in the perfect location. - The location is perfect to visit central Berlin, the museums, Jewish memorial, Tiergarten and Checkpoint Charlie among others, yet it's in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. It also had a lovely bar, one of the few open late in the area and with great staff. We were told twice our breakfast wasn't included when I had in fact paid for it. Everything else was excellent.

- Lu (10/5): - Top Lage, Super Preis-Leistung, Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber, schönes Duschbad, tolle Lobby mit Zitronenwasser und Äpfeln, Spa sehr einladend im Preis inklusive. Das Frühstück war fürstlich! Alles, was das Herz begehrt, Sonderwünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt. Das Personal ist einfach unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle!

- Diliara (10/5): Отель рекомендую - Останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи в апреле. Удобная локация. Приветливый персонал. На ресепшен была русскоговорящая девушка. При заселении берут депозит. Номер очень уютный. В ванной комнате косметика Rituals. Вечером попробовала коктейли в баре, очень вкусные) Единственное скудный набор в ванной комнате. Не оказалось кондиционера для волос и зубных щеток
