• Getaway23283096448 (10/5): Amazing customer service! - Love this hotel!!!!! I stayed over the weekend. Rooms are nice but what made our stay even better was the amazing customer service!!!!!! There were a group of kiddos running around like crazy and I had a small experience with one of their moms. The front desk rebecka handled it swiftly and assured us if we had anymore issues that it would be taken care of. We felt taken care of and heard. That to me is one of the most important things at a hotel. Other than the little rascals I can’t complain. Bartender Eddie was really nice. My friend sat there and had a couple drinks and we had a nice conversation with him. Food is excellent!!!!! We WILL be staying here again when we come back down.

• P6617WDstephanieb (10/5): Best rooms with amazing customer service! - Both the Rebeccas were amazing! (Yes they have two! One checked me in and one was my bartender!) Rooms are clean, quiet and everyone is so friendly! I definitely will be back I just won’t make my reservation through a third party again. It’s a nightmare so if I were you call the hotel and ask to speak with someone directly. It will be so much easier & hassle free!

• Lauren (4/5): Did not feel valued, appreciated or welcomed. - Clean air room. Comfortable bed. Staff did not do what they said they would do. When they told me by phone on day of arrival that I could check in early, at 2:00 pm, when I arrived I was told I had to wait an hour. I expected a room with a bathtub, but did not get it. They gave me another room at same price, but not with bathtub. Then I was expected to leave at 11:00 am, but housecleaning came at 10:50 am, wanting to hurry up so they could get in to clean. My son, who came to help me load up was literally ob the way up with a cart. Staff does not provide this service as income hotels. I paid about $200.00 for this room and expected better service. When shared my experience at desk at check out, I got no apology. Hotel took no responsibility/ownership even they it was their desk that assured me I could come in at 2:00 pm, then told me to wait an hour. Then miraculously, a room became available within 5 minutes, but not the room with a bathtub. As far as they are concerned they met all their responsibilities.

• celeste (6/5): Conference week - It was a nice and clean room. I enjoyed the buffet. It was the same thing everyday. Maybe try bacon instead of Italian sausage. I had a horrible night sleep both nights. I had teenagers screaming and yelling thru the hallway. Cussing and banging 11 at night. Hard to get to sleep and go to a conference refreshed. I finally called the front desk. He knew of the issue and said he comforted them the night before and will do it again. He also apologized. Beds where not that comfortable. Otherwise hotel was good. Easy to get into and park.

It snowed on January 10th so since I work nights I decided to stay the night in Murfreesboro. Jacqueline at the front desk is wonderful! She is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

• snowtraveler49 (10/5): thank you for good experience for group on graduation weekend; look up Fri/Sat bartender Izzy for fun & great svc - 3 generations of family/friends (college age to 88) had 4 rooms when in town for nephew MTSU graduation; reservations were made about a year ahead but adjusted multiple times in month before; Jude was great for my sister to deal with regarding every detail & change; frustrating that room price jacked up for graduation weekend but assume par for course; frustrating also that hotel "oversold" & we received a call as we pulled into the parking lot to check in w/the proposition of us going to another hotel at Hilton's expense; we refused; facility very nice; rms correct & all together; front desk staff pleasant/helpful; lobby restaurant menu limited but food good; Fri/Sat bartender Isabelle/Izzy all kinds of fun, excellent at what she did, & a master of customer service

• Amy (8/5): Nice property and room. - Location was goods. Outside sitting area was nice. Breakfast was $10 a person which is ridiculous since I had 2 kids that eat toast. It should be included or have a kids rate. Breakfast was not included. For the price of the room, I felt like it should be. This was one of the most expensive HGI I have stayed in.

• Anne (2/5): Disappointing for Hilton - We were able to check in early which was convenient. Later in the afternoon a strange man came in my room with a room key. He told me they had just checked him in and gave him this room. Front desk called and wanted to move me since they showed me in a different room. I told them that wasn't going to happen so they just moved me in their system. Tv wouldn't stay on a channel. After 15 minutes would go back to the Hilton honers screen. Staff had to come up and fix. Two weeks after our stay i discovered that my ear buds were missing from the case. I knew that the last time I saw them was when I moved the case from the table in our room to my suitcase. I called to report to management they said someone would reach out to me and no one has.

• 509rosemaryk (8/5): Awesome area, great staff! - We have stayed here a few times on our travels through the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean & comfortable. It is close to many restaurants that we have walked to. Very nice area. The reason we did not give it 5 stars was the breakfast bar and coffee bar. Eggs were cold and had been sitting awhile. The coffee pots were dirty and the coffee was also cold. If not for these 2 things it would have been 5 stars. We will continue to stop here.
