Went to the front desk and she admitted they knew that they didn’t work. Finally was able to move rooms. It was a hassle. The hot tub hasn’t worked in almost a month. The guy in the front the next morning wasn’t friendly nor helpful.

Tabbymama (4/5): The breakfast was the only redeeming factor... - My daughter had reserved multiple rooms at this hotel for out-of-town guests to stay during her wedding the weekend of March 21, '26. These guests included her many friends and family. The 3 family rooms were NOT tended to, at all. One room had missing lightbulbs in the lamps. Another had holes all over the walls and what looked to be a defunct, carbon monoxide detector. My room was filthy; stains of blood or feces on the shower curtain. A leaking bathtub that spilled water under the wall and soaked the bedroom. Spots that hadn't been dusted in ions. A broken coffee machine that was never replaced, for the front desk said, "We're phasing them out". A missing coffee table in the suite living room. Empty soap & shampoo bottles. Outside of the rooms only 1 elevator worked. Only 2 ice machines worked in a hotel of 4 floors. The pool was filthy & unusable. Doors that couldnt' be accessed from the outside, for the keyfab machines were broken. Plus, a night attendent who turned all the lights off at the front desk, to appear no one was there to help guests, while he was hunched over in the corner doing nothing but scrolling on his phone. I gave this hotel 2 stars for the breakfast provided was always warm & fresh, even if parts of the dining room hadn't been dusted in years. This hotel should really just shut down, sell and find a buyer who is really interested in hospitality. Should we need a group block of rooms in Norman, again? It will NOT be this Holiday Inn Express.

Graham (4/5): Needs work and mattresses that are tollerable. - Location; pool and hot tub; clean. Went with a group, renting a lot of rooms. I got a 1 bedroom suite w/king bed and pull out couch, for 3 occupants. No bedding was provided in the room for the ancient pull outs and they were the poorest quality we have ever encountered. Springs wrapped in cheap, stained cloth. No extra mattresses or rollaways available. My kid slept on the couch. The lobby bathroom door sticks and is set to be too heavy to be ADA Compliant, but no one knew how to fix them during our stay. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked on check out day, meaning lines were too long. Elevator doors kept closing on people, and hit kids.

Took two hours to find another place.

Stoppkotte (2/5): - Room smelled moldy, could not get an ice bucket, staff said they were all out. Had a suite with 2 tvs but only had one remote, staff said that's all they had. Smelled moldy and floor felt damp. Couldn't keep room air regulated. We all woke up stuffy with put eyes burning. As soon as we checked out that morning early,as we were to stay another night, all our symptoms cleared up. Has to go across the street to another hotel and pay more due to late booking. But had no issuses there. This was one of the worst places we've stayed and we travel alot .

Love (3/5): It was not the best. - The close proximity to what we needed. One bed at our room was falling off on one side. We were transferred to room 125 that was completely terrible. Was smelling of dust. The vacuum was still in the room. One side of the curtain was falling off. Informed the front desk and the person told us that we could only stay in that room or go back to the room we had come from and that the bed would take time to be repaired. As we were deliberating on going back to the room we had come from, a maintenance personnel came and reported to us that he was in the process of working on that room and that no one needed to be there. Eventually we were given another room. The breakfast was the same thing everyday.

Andria (10/5): Always a great choice - I was in Norman for a medical procedure, which left me exhausted. The front desk staff allowed me to check in early, and I was very pleased with the room selected for me. I was done with dinner, changed, and in bed by 7. I slept straight through the night and did not wake up until 7 am! The peaceful room allowed for the rest, which was precisely what I needed. Thank you!

ANTHONY (4/5): - The property isn't bad but beds I and my family slept on were very uncomfortable. We could barely sleep. The recliner sofa that my son slept on was worse. He woke up feeling pains all over. He actually slept on top of a spring with no mattress
David (10/5): - Loved that we were able to stay in a suite with our kiddos. The hotel was clean. Most staff was friendly. The only issue we had was there was some kind of leak in the main bedroom by the vent in the wall. Otherwise it was a really nice suite. The breakfast could be a little better but ive seen worse.
Cathy (10/5): Best stay ever! - We went to the nomad convention that was held across the street… we called them to late to get a deal at the host hotel.. what a blessing! I can not stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay with Holiday Inn! We by the luck of the draw got a first floor room, we could keep an eye on our car and also see all the cars across the street while staying out of the crowds… we could sit in our air conditioned room and it was close enough for me to walk to when I needed a break… we were the only ones in the hot tub both times we used it… the breakfast was great and I was pleasantly surprised to have our room cleaned when we returned in the afternoons (not all places do that if you are staying for a few days)…the price was much better than we would have had across the street… everyone we delt with was super nice… we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much

Stephanie (8/5): Holiday Inn Express Norman - Very nice hotel!! Large room, but the toliet paper was low to begin with. No hair dryer in the room, you have to ring the front desk and the in-room phone didn't work!! Sent the kiddo to fetch it!! All worked out. The indoor pool is only open till 10pm, so late night swims are out. Opens at 10am so early morning swims are out as well!! See above comments!! Breakfast was good overall except the pancake machine was down. Should have had a waffle maker!!

HappyK_12 (2/5): Continue to send me folios of other guests for 3 years now with all their personal info on there - For 3 years they have been sending me other guest folios with all their personal info on it. I have repeatedly called to complain and they are rude and don't fix the problem. Stay here only if you want me to have your folio emailed to me only. I'll know your name, your address, the dates of your travel, and price you paid. If IHG corporate would like to fix this, look at the emails you sent for all your guests today and see which one doesn't match but matches a Platinum member in Oklahoma--a reward night. 3 years, they don't care and too incompetent to fix it. Mr Kresta, I have your folio you requested for your stay on June 10. I suggest never staying there again.

Once we arrived and got settled in our room we went downstairs just to find out that the pool was out of order. Very disappointed kids. Especially when we could have stayed at embassy suites right across the parking lot.

Colby (4/5): Hotel stay - I liked the beds were comfortable, staff was nice, the amenities worked, I didn't like that the breakfast wasn't out on time, and the taste was not good the eggs tasted burnt, there was no gravy for the biscuits. Some of the towels had stuff on them. Like they didn't get washed or something.
