I feel awful I forgot to leave a tip my last day!!! Please contact me if there is a way for me to pay them. Please!! Pool is nice. Bar at top of hotel has good pizza and drinks. Neighborhood was pretty safe. I was able to walk around through the night, but I wouldn’t recommend it and neither do the citizens. But there is a 24 hour farmacia on the same block and a larger one 2 blocks over to shop for items. Only bad thing is constantly being asked for money & monetary exchange services hours were pretty non-existent. But I recommend using Western Union to send yourself cash. It’s much cheaper than $$ exchange or ATMs.

- Scott (10/5): - The property was safe, quiet, and the room service was very good. I ate one of the best hamburgers I ever had and called room service to compliment the staff. There was a problem with the safe however it was fixed right away so I was able to use it. There was always someone on site who could speak English which was nice. I rinsed out the coffee pot while it was still hot and it cracked. I informed the hotel what happened and I had to pay 80,000 COP for the pot which was a little high but at the same time, the rules are different in other countries. The room was clean and the water wasn’t hard and drinkable with no after taste. There were approximately four English television channels so if you don’t speak fluent Spanish, you may want a different hotel. The location was right on the boardwalk which is great for dining and sightseeing.
- RICARDO (4/5): - Terrible mattress and pillows, terrible conditions, they do not have the quality standard of Holliday Inn, I did not get any rest and barely slept in intervals. They urgently need to change their mattress and good quality pillows immediately.

So the rude man at the front desk covered up his name tag with cord so I could not read his name but I think is Carlos. So this man said there was construction on the top floors and he made a terrible move gave a room in the top floor. My conclusion and that the front desk does not like AMERICANS and he used his position in the front desk to set me up

- Omar (4/5): - My wife got robbed last month and all documents were stolen, including identification. We file a robbed report in fiscalia and had documentation on the report. New identification takes around 6-8 weeks to be issued. Upon check-in I was not allowed to enter with my wife because she lacks identification. We explained the situation why she didnt have identification and provided photo of the fiscalia report as well as picture of her stolen ID. Nevertheless, they still refuse to let her stay by order of onduty manager. He wanted a physical fiscalia report. They said it was a hotel requirement but i never saw a written statement on ID to all guests in the room. As a frecuent traveler to American hotel properties its never been requiere ID to all room guests; only for reservating guest. I believe its a lack of consideration for oncomig guest being exhausted after 12h flight to be treated the way we did. Its very dissapointing! Coarse inhability to solve this situation. Finally we have to drive over an hour to get the physical fiscalia report. We had a horrible experience. I believe this situation needs to be diligently address honoring the great reputation of property name!
