Also, there was a dripping sound in the vicinity of the shower. Couldn't see the drip. Seemed to be behind the wall. Both noises made it extremely (no, impossible) to sleep. I told the front desk and they said to contact Booking.com. So, is there the possibility of a refund?

She was making out in the Sundries with a guest that came in with 5 ish young boys. This he opened when we were checking in. Complete turn off. This would not have happen in a decent hotel.

- LaSandra (1/5): I will not be returning to this location! - The bed was comfortable. All three front desk clerks were unfriendly. When I first checked in, she never smiled. Wasn't welcoming at all! Later, I went down to fix a cup of coffee. Clerk looked at me through the glass and looked back down UNTIL a man walked in, she asked can she help him FIRST. He looked at her sideways and said she was here first. She never spoke just looked at me. I asked how much was the Excedrine, she told me, I said put it on room #409. She never asked my name or for I'd. I could've been anyone! Then as I checked out, no good morning, how was everything, no smile. So unfriendly! The ac was loud, woke me everytime it came on and went off. Dirt build up around outside of shower. Bathroom sink stopped up. I was planning to use this hotel every 2 weeks for a year until I move there but I'll choose another location.

- Mark (3/5): Very disappointed - It was clean great location Me and My Wife stayed here. I had it booked for our 15 year wedding anniversary weekend and when we got there, I asked if the pool was heated as she said yes our pool stays at 87° all year round ,which it wasn’t. It was cold and I thought oh well I will make the best of it. Then after we got back to the hotel room from trying to go swimming the TV didn’t work. It was purple every channel. Then I asked if they can switch the TV for us and she said she will call the maintenance man. See if he can come exchange the TV for a new one and will call me back and she never did so it ended up calling the front desk again and ask her if she got a hold of maintenance man she said no she couldn’t get a hold of him. She didn’t even give me a courtesy call back like she said she would then I ask her if we can switch rooms and she said no so I decided to cancel the room. And find a different hotel which was an inconvenience. I was very disappointed and a hotel to me didn’t even seem full. We always stay at the Holiday Inn express I don’t know about this one. The lady at the front desk act like she had no sympathy about any of this. And rather just boot us out of there and give us a refund then deal with the problem

- Jennifer (6/5): Could use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent place to stay with clean facilities. - Breakfast offered several choices, and were plentiful. The facilities were clean and staff were friendly. The shower in our room leaked and that was very noisy. I put a towel under the leaking shower head to dampen the noise. The vent in the bathroom banged constantly. Made getting a restful night's sleep challenging. When I talked to the desk clerk the next morning, I was told to just leave the bathroom fan on to prevent the banging noise, and that did help.

- Latressa (3/5): Just okay, after killing the ROACH… time to go! - Great location and staff was nice. The bathroom sink and tub drained poorly. Although it appeared cleaned, there were dirt splatters in tub( I cleaned before using). I was only staying one night so it was manageable, but that morning i noticed the ironing board cover needed to be replaced and I had to kill a ROACH. That killed it for me and front desk was at a loss as to what they could do for me???

- alyssa (6/5): The hotel is ok. - Micha at the front desk was super nice and was able to give a great recommendation for dinner. I had no problem getting late checkout when I asked. They are in the process of making updates (carpet, paint). This wasn't the least expensive hotel in the area so I thought I might have been nicer experience for the price. The pool was cold and the water was murky, the bed was hard, the breakfast was not the best (but my kids were happy ~ the French toast sticks on the second day of our stay was nice for the kids), and I dislike Dove (personal preference I know but that is the product they were using during my stay and I didn't bring my own soap or shampoo). I chose this hotel for the indoor pool because there was rain in the forecast for our stay. We will stay elsewhere on our next trip to Hot Springs!

No communication about pool beig closed for 2 days. we made special arrangements so you guys communicate about at least check out and got approved. I got an email saying was approved, but obviously they advise that you guys didn't tell them about the late checkout. So I had six people knock on my door after 11 AM on Sunday, six people we were up late. We had an appointment out of town, knew we drove back.But we were trying to sleep, and we had six people.After we told them we had late, check out, check with bookie dot com.Nobody talked nobody.It was most unprofessional place ever been of my life. beds

I understand it may have been them that triggered the fire alarm on Friday morning in the wee hours by dropping a sausage or something somewhere, but I forgive them. I lifted one of the beds and it was filthy underneath. The cover for the kleenex was broken and I slightly cut myself. Pool had some green susbstance on the walls near the shallow area. Fire alarm at zero dark thirty on Friday morning was not the greatest.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area was constantly cleaning and keeping the area stopped. The air conditioner vents really need to be cleaned out, there was black and brown gunk in between the slats. The other needs to be cleaned or the filter needs to be changed. A little concerned that I was reading that air.

- Blake (6/5): - Beds are a little firm. Lobby was uncomfortably very warm during breakfast time. It was cooler outside then it was inside the hotel.
- Karla (7/5): - It’s in good location The bathroom had mold and no shower curtain. So the water from the shower was all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippery and dangerous. And the room had a chemical smell.
