• Esther (8/5): Erfüllt Alles was ein Flughafenhotel auszeichnet - Nähe zum Flughafen London City Wir sind spät eingetroffen ca 23.00 weil der Flug in die Schweiz nicht durchführt wurde. Haben gesehen, dass wir noch etwas Essen können, um diese nur noch Toasties...Chicken Toastie leider mit Käse und so gettig, dass wir das stehen liessen....und Pizza Nicht so unser Fing und um diese Zeit schon gar nicht mehr

• Faty (6/5): Accueil et satisfaction client à améliorer - La situation pour un évènement à Excel London. Le confort du lit de la chambre. L'accueil désastreux à la réception. La difficulté de disposer de la chambre avant 14h alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein. Il a fallu négocier longuement sans résultat !!! Puis la réceptionniste m'a demandé de remplir préalablement l'adhésion au programme fidélité à la suite de quoi la chambre était devenue disponible. En raison d'un départ très tôt, je ne pouvais pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. J'ai donc demandé un panier petit déjeuner. Ce panier petit-déjeuner était catastrophique : quelques mini viennoiseries + fruit et c'est tout ! Décevant !

• David (9/5): Great London Marathon weekend. - Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Chloe and Susan did a cracking job behind the bar on a busy weekend. The showers are a little strange, as the are open (no partitions) with just a curtain.

• Avril (9/5): Great Location, Fabulous Staff - The location was great for ExCel and the DLR. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the breakfast hours being modified to accommodate London marathon participants. But easily the best thing about this place is the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
• JanValRok (8/5): O něco lepší než jiné hotely stejné sítě. - Výhodou tohoto hotelu je blizkost vlaku DLR, který má konečnou na Tower Gate a možnost pozorovat letadla na letišti London City. Při slunečném počasí je to velmi zábavné. Snídaně je jako v jiných hotelech Holiday Inn, tedy velmi prostá a nikdy není např. k toustu sýr, přitom v Anglii mají výborný. To je celková slabina. Nikde v blizkosti není obchod s jídlem, s tím je nutno počítat.

• Kacia (10/5): My Hotel stay Review - I liked how clean the hotel room was how kept it too good clean standards, friendley amazing staff good use of the kettle nice 2 cups of tea I had.the shower i i dont really use showers in hotels but the shower was amazing and the breakfast abousltey delcious bed and sofa was comfy the hotel stay was that amazing I wouldve loved too stay another night. I loved the first floor since I don't really like heights😅good spacious hallway I would deffp recoomned this hotel 1,000% forsuree I liked most things everything i liked about my hotel I would deffo go too this hotel again if i could I 1000% Reccmoned forsure
