- Rebecca (7/5): - There were quite a few breakfast selections but the quality was not the best. The muffins were most definitely not Otis Spunkmeyer. Everything was only slightly warm. We had to switch rooms because the automatic curtain in the room we were originally assigned did not work and there was some problem with the drainage in the bathtub.

- Alice (1/5): Worst hotel I’ve stayed in - Nothing This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, and we travel A LOT. My family had to be split between two rooms and the one I stayed in was awful. When we first got there, I noticed the toilet was dirty, the hand soap dispenser on the wall was empty, the tissue box was empty. My husband messaged them to fix these, which was done. In my husband’s room, the lamp shade to the big lamp was missing. So they took the lampshade from my room and put it in his. Then, later, I noticed there was this brownish tan stuff on the back of the bathroom door that I had to wipe off. In the shower, the water never got hot, just warm, and the shelf in there was halfway falling off the wall. And there was a short, dark, curly hair on the shampoo dispenser. It’s like they never even cleaned the room after the last guest left. My husband had a better experience with his room, but for the price the we paid for this hotel, every room should be consistent and clean.

Repairs are horrible and make the room look even more trashy. Decided to stay at my house thats under renovation with no electricity and no water instead. Would not return to this Holiday Inn.

- Brittany (6/5): Over priced and under-cleaned - Spending almost $300 for one night, I would think I could at least have a clean room. Bathroom had boogers on the wall, every corner in the room and bathroom had dirt buildup, the window curtain was falling apart and covered in holes and stains, food on the walls. The digital temperature display lights weren’t all working so you couldn’t tell what temperature you were setting.

- Lindsey (4/5): - We asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and they told us they didn’t have any. There was no body soap in the dispenser. Easy to the worst holiday inn we have stayed at. Everything just felt dirty. The beds were comfortable.

That was disappointing and at and when I talk to the person at the front desk they told me it was a sweet with two queen beds and that booking was a third party and the don't check with the hotel for making reservation. So we stayed and the sleeping arrangements were very uncomfortable. I don't know what happened, but I hope it don't happen again. Stephen Reed

- Sunshine50754794999 (4/5): Needs Updating - Our room was terribly humid. The hallway on 3rd floor and our room smelled like the hotel was trying to cover up a smell. Room was depressing and needs updating. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good, however, will never stay there again.

There was hair on shower walls. We found medication in the floor that turned out to be a muscle relaxer. Luckily I don’t have a young child. Terrible experience. The manager was apologetic but told us that she couldn’t do anything to make it right because we booked through hotel.com

The staff was so nice and ready to help. I would definitely stay there again. There was some leaking during the snow storm and water had to be turned off so it could be fixed, but again, it wasn't a big issue.
