adityan0810 (2/5): Terrible Experience – Not a Real 4-Star Hotel - We stayed here as a family with two toddlers on July 2–3, 2025, and it was a nightmare from the start. We arrived late at night and were given a room (1624) that was already occupied! After waiting 20 minutes, we got another room (1608) but it was dirty, with yellowing sheets, an unclean shower, and an uncomfortable bed. When we asked for a small late checkout after a long drive, we were rudely denied. Even worse, no one came to help with our luggage despite our request, so we had to carry everything ourselves. This place lacks basic hospitality and cleanliness. It felt more like a cheap motel than a 4-star hotel. Do yourself a favor—skip this place and book somewhere else. We left early and will never return.

arie438130 (6/5): Not too great, only near to mall, thats it.. - Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in the city center and connected directly to Jogja City Mall. While the mall itself is a nice mall, but the hotel itself is not nice at all. The room is spacious, but old and all the furniture are outdated. The room is also smell like its being ages. The room need rennovation. Nothing special in the restaurant. The food taste average, and some of the utensils are old and some of them even broken and not eligible for a 4 star hotel. In the hall, i even see a cockroach. That is a horrible thing. Please renovate immediately. Thank you.

Pdr102 (10/5): The best Receprion - The best guest relationship and front desk at yogyakarta, thans to Kak Vanesia, kak Jessica and Mas Adi, they are really helpful in every condition, they help me and my friend to change the slippers, my friend slippers us broken 😭 but, jessica so helpful and keep smiling, and vanesia also. Security guard are helpful and housekeeping. Best view hotel, and connect with the mall (yogya city mal). The location very strategis close with tugu trainstation, and malioboro the iconic place here. Will be back here with my extended family.

Ji (4/5): Disappointing - 房间宽敞，床比较舒适，卫生间也很干净。 I'm going to tell you about my bad experience at this hotel, I hope it doesn't happen to other people. I booked 4 nights, and I received a strange call at 7 o'clock the next night. It was their internal phone number. I picked up and said hello. The other party hung up, and then at 1 o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on my door, and it was very clear. I was very scared at the time. I asked my friend to contact the front desk, and they said to ask the security to come and check, but they didn't even call me. The next day I found the hotel manager and told him what happened last night. Many security guards came to check CCTV. They replied to me that they didn't see anyone knocking on the door, but I heard it very clearly, it was my door. Anyway, I didn't dare to stay there, even though the hotel manager found me another room. If you are a woman traveling alone, you must pay attention to this. It's really scary to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night!

Then we got moved into different room which the AC is working but the walls are moldy. Do you really call this is a 4 stars hotel? Man you need to re review this hotel. I suggest you to look for a better one than this. This hotel used to be a good one but now guess it's been peacefully dead. RIP 4 stars.
Kurnia (5/5): Not recommended if you concern about the cleanliness and noise - The location is great, near essential amenities (Jogja City Mall). Cleanliness - many small crockcoaches and few big ones in my room and my parents’ Noise disturbances in late hours from another room- we complained about the noise from another room twice to the receptionist and we even invited a security staff to come to our room to listen the noise, still they did nothing. We could not rest well despite having to wake up early for our sister’s wedding.

It is next to mall, and many good small restaurant around the hotel. The service from the reception also good. But bathroom need to be renewed, shower pressure also week.

Zahri (10/5): Comfortable, Friendly and strategic location. - The hotel is located just right beside Jogja City Mall, there is hotel entrance you can use to go to the mall, Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, Room was comfortable, the view of Mt Merapi from my room and the restaurant is also an added bonus for me. For you party heads, the hotel is close by to a club call Boshe just across the street. Amenities is close by (walking distance). Taxi is also available without any trouble, the concierge will gladly help you to get one. Special thanks to Nona from the reception for helping me out. I will come and stay here again definitely.
