• Liew (10/5): A memorable stay away from home. - 1. Service : very polite and helpful staff. Check in and check out was a breeze ie very efficient and attentive staff. 2. Location : Swiss Garden Hotel is strategically located ie close to various places of interests. For example: The Oceanarium is just next door at The Shore; Kampung Morten is just across the Melaka River where the Hotel is located. 3. The view : I booked the Premium King room and the view was good. Also, the unit comes with a private balcony where we can relax and enjoy the beautiful skyline especially in the evening and at night. 4. Parking : convenient and free parking. 5. Breakfast : good spread of food provided. 6. Cleanliness : the room that we stayed in was spacious, clean and well maintained. Practically none for this period of stay.

• Muhammad Asyraf (10/5): Affordable, luxurious hotel with good location and breakfast. - Clean and luxurious feel stay but affordable price. The lobby smells nice. The breakfast buffet spread is good with a lot of food choices. The nyonya laksa is so good and a must-try. The location is within walking distance to the jonker street and dutch square, and right by the melaka river. Plenty of complimentary car park for the hotel guests available at the property. Very fast checkin and checkout procedure. The lift can take awhile some times during the peak hour such as when checking out and during breakfast. I noticed the total price if i book the room with breakfast included is slightly more expensive (or very minimal difference) compared to if i book the room without breakfast and pay for the breakfast separately as walk-in price.

• GOH (8/5): below explanation - locations the socket near the coffee area was non functional, cannot fixed the boiler socket, only one socket near the bed for the lighting we have to use multiple puck to use for lighting and handphone charging etc very troublesome and the whole socket kept dry out the room slipper provided was too slippery for the room many times nearly slip and fall the toilet was never really clean up since the first day we check in till the last day (5 nights stay) especially the bathing area have many black color debris. I cleaned myself on the 1 day but next day still have on the 4th night one of the glass in the bath area drop and after repaired was told not to put anything for a few days but next day the cleaners still put things on top

• NUR ZAHIRAH (10/5): - Swimming pool & breakfast The only complaint i have for this venue is they only provided 1 access card for 1 room which is really insufficient and inefficient for the guest . As sometime guest maybe needed to go to 2 different places and the only access card provided is not enough. As the lift required access card to reach other level.
• NUR ALLYSHA DAYANA (7/5): all good - Overall, the stay was satisfying. The room was comfortable and the aircond was very cold. The pool was clean and kids-friendly, which we really appreciated. Parking also okay. The location is okay, but traffic can be quite heavy during public holidays. Just a few areas for improvement: the water heater was inconsistent — sometimes too hot, and when adjusted to warm, it suddenly turned cold. There was also some stagnant water in front of the toilet area the pool. The lift was another challenge during check-out as it was crowded and took almost 30 minutes to get down.

Swimming pool nearby construction look dirty, tiles in the pool also missing (some part) and the bed is like many bed bugs...my son & myself keep scratching....toilet cant flush immediately after used. Need wait certain time only can flush. Balcony door cant open.

• Dean (8/5): Quality hotel located on nice curve of the river and walking distance to tourist spots. - Room size excellent, we were on the 26th floor and views were great looking out to the strait and along the river. Shower was huge, great water pressure and heat. Our room had a nice lounge and table/desk to work on. The hotel is attached to a large but quiet shopping centre. Pool/s had two infinity pool areas, water very refreshing, large kids pool area as well. The beds were hard, felt the springs in the matteress. We decided to pay for the buffet breakfast on our last day - it was disappointing as all the food, tea and coffee were luke warm.

Breakfast spread offers quite a wide selection and taste good, despite the queue for breakfast, the hall is actually big enough to accommodate the crowd. Overall it’s good value for money. Only issue we had was there seems to be water leaking issue with the bath tub tap, making the floor wet

• Carl (9/5): A good location, nice modern property with great secure parking options especially for solo motorbike riders - Great location, good size room and a very good buffet breakfast. I was a solo motorbike rider and for a small extra fee I was able to park directly in front of the reception overnight with even more security, the staff were very helpful about it. Nothing comes to mind to be honest
