- Georgina (10/5): A beautiful, clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment (townhouse) in the perfect location for exploring Quinta do Lag - As per all previous visits to Vilar do Golf, the property was beautifully clean, comes with everything you need and is really spacious. It is perfectly located so you can access the main amenities within a few minutes! Some of the pathways and steps around the resort area itself are tricky in parts.

- Antonius (9/5): Heerlijk zonnig in het voorjaar. - Hele mooie grote villa. Aan het zwembad kan je lekker in de zon uit de wind liggen waardoor ook in het voorjaar heerlijk genieten. Het zwembad water was nog wat frisjes in april maar je kon ook het binnenbad gebruiken.

Weather was great. Indoor pool was cold due to malfunction. Used the Patang court but it was overgrown with weeds and my wife got quite a few insect bites on her legs. Not all facilities were open (eg around outdoor pool) probably due to low season!

Vilar do Golf is in a prime location with lots of services nearby and beach. Prefect for families. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn’t hot this time and I believe the check out time is very early (10am).

- Pollyanna (10/5): Amazing stay- we will be back! - We had such a great stay and can’t wait to come back next year! The indoor pool was a great- warm and perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff were friendly and really helpful the whole time. Our villa had everything we needed, and the washing machine was an absolute lifesaver travelling with a baby. We also loved having Koko coffee shop just across the road- it was our favourite morning stop. Already looking forward to our next visit! Nothing- they had thought of everything!

- Sarah (10/5): - A beautiful oasis of an apartment. We only had one night over winter there - would have made it longer had i known how lovely it was. The staff were fabulous and very helpful. There apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a sense of luxury.

- John (8/5): Nice Getaway over New Year Break - The Standard of the Executive two bedroom villas was very good. The two bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs are excellent. The indoor pool mat this time of year is great facility I think they need to give you a choice of paying extra to have your bathroom towels to be changed every day by the facilities house keeping I think this option would be a great step forward

- Claire (4/5): Standard villa old and dated - The location of vilar do golf is great Unfortunately we had a bad experience this time which is a shame as we love vilar do golf! We booked a standard one bedroom villa and I have to say I was very disappointed. The villa was quite old and dated. The couch was filthy. It was also very cold and when I asked reception for a heater they delivered one very quickly but the heater gave off a an old musty smell. We actually ended our stay early because we were uncomfortable in the villa. I was very disappointed
- Ricardo (7/5): Misleading advertising on the website for facilities that are not available. - The apartment is good quality and surrounded by a golf course, it's quiet and reasonably equipped. The inside pool was nice in the winter. It was not crowded. The check-in process was bad, slow, and without providing information like even a map of the resort. Disorganized and not professional. One of the beds had old mattresses that are not comfortable. The sauna was working "only for women" but that information was not provided during the bookng, wcich is obviously misleading advertising and I personally consider a fraud. The staff just said "it's closed", but there was no mention of a refund or a discount. Nice business model, to advertise some facility that doesn't exist.

- Vânia David (10/5): Prime location - We stayed in a premium two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great in Quinta do Lago. My son used the indoor pool and the temperature was very enjoyable. The check out it’s until 10am and that’s too early.
