• HENRI (6/5): Encore pas mal, mais pas sur la bonne pente... - - - Nous venons une ou deux fois par an dans cet établissement depuis 5 ans. Le rapport qualité/prix reste satisfaisant, pour l'instant, mais ... (voir la partie "ce que nous n'avons pas aimé") - Propreté - Chambres ENORMES (40 M2 !!!) - Existence d'un "coin cuisine" (évier, étagère) mais sans équipement - Proche commerces Phra Ram 9 (10 min à pied) ou "street food" / restaurant locaux (dans la rue en bas de l'hôtel) - La récente "rénovation" de l'hôtel est venue avec, à notre avis, une dégradation des prestations. En particulier : - il n'existe plus aucune chambre équipée de "grand" (ou "vrai") frigo : les nouveaux tout petits frigos genre mini-bar sont très malpratiques sinon quasiment inutilisables si vous voulez y stocker quelques denrées en plus de quelques boissons - l'élément de cuisine avec porte situé au-dessus de l'évier a été remplacé par une simple étagère. Pourquoi ? C'était bien mieux avant !!! - la rénovation de l'hôtel n'est malheureusement pas venue avec la rénovation des climatiseurs (vieux, bruyants, parfois poussifs, télécommandes au fonctionnement aléatoire sinon défecteuses) - avant la "rénovation", avec la bouilloire et les deux tasses, il y avait deux dosettes de café soluble et deux cuillers; ... maintenant, les deux tasses sont toutes seules, on ne peut donc plus se faire un café en arrivant - après la "rénovation" de l'hôtel, il ne reste quasiment plus de rangements pour les vêtements ; on doit donc quasiment tout laisser dans les valises ou sacs de voyage ou ... au sol ??? Quel gaspillage de place dans une chambre de 40 M2 !!! C'est le grand vide autour du majestueux grand lit :-)

• Fatykhov (10/5): - Отель классный, удобно расположен, рядом метро Phra Ram 9. С аэропорт по метро с одной пересадкой и вы на месте, время в пути 30 минут. Рядом огромный торговый центр 😁, а также напротив отеля рынок и местные кафе. Очень удобно около гостиницы маркет 7/11 и поблизости еще два! В номере нет стульев и утюга!

• Pornchanok (4/5): - They let us check in early and staffs very nice. The bed is too old and very hard like sleeping on the floor. Also the air con really noisy. The room is really old I think pay 1,400 B should get better room than that.

• Amit (1/5): גרוע - בבקשה להתרחק המקום התנהל בצורה הזויה המלון היה בשיפוצים אף אחד לא עדכן אותי מראש לגבי זה סגרתי את המלון לשבוע שלם וכל בוקר החל מהשעה שמונה התחילו לקדוח לי על הראש הם לא רצו לפצות אותי ובקושי התייחסו אליי אחרי כמה ימים העבירו אותי בסוף לחדר אחר שהיה מסריח לא הרחתי מעולם דבר כזה והמיטה היייתה מאבן וגם לאחר זה לא הסכימו לפצות אותי חוויה לא טובה בכלל

• toniworthless (8/5): Praso ist Top... - Alles bestens wie immer.. Praso ist sehr günstig mit einer guten Lage. Die Zimmer sinf einfach, aber trotzdem sehr gut. Sehr groß, alles sehr sauber. Gutes Bett und Badezimmer. Und ansonsten alles vorhanden. Sogar kleiner Balkon und Küchennische. TV hat geschätzt 200 Sender. Top.

• Soroush (6/5): Good for your budget and for few days. - clean common area good for budget for a night. near main market street in Bangkok. you cant take the bottle of water out of room. it is is refill bottle of water and you need to return the bottle later ! not that much hygene if I knew its second hand bottle I wont drink water at all. very noisy near street, upto the morning you hear traffic noise and cars in your bed as no soundproof in case. average bed and matress Aircon not working at midnight suddenly!

• Quan (1/5): Bad - Staffs refuse to help issue tax invoice. I called and email help service from Praso to complain about the tax invoice problem but no one reply for almost a week. After the long time I try to contact them, I receive the answer from property that I need to request the invoice from Booking. And booking I can not provide the tax invoice. What an experience!! :(

• Naruth (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good: It's a short walk to Fortune Town and MRT Rama 9. There are plenty of convenient stores, coffee shops, massage places, and cheap restaurants nearby. The walls are thin - you can hear doors banging anytime day or night. The water pipes are loud - anytime someone above uses the sink, you can hear it. The shower's water pressure is also a bit low.
