- Balisunriseholiday (6/5): One of good hotel in legian - This hotel is also one of the good ones in the Legian area near the club and party places. A clean and comfortable place of course. But it is very unfortunate for the security staff who do not care about drivers who miss and want to park in the lobby and please give directions. It is very unfortunate if there are habits like that. I only suggest, not badmouth because all humans are not free from mistakes.
- katewZ1436PT (2/5): Don’t stay here - We had this hotel booked for our first stay in Bali. We arrived at Kuta late and exhausted and checked in to the hotel from hell. This should not be classed as anything other than a 1 star Faulty Towers. Do not be deceived by the entrance and the lobby. The rooms are in DIRE need to a revamp. The room stank of mould and we don’t think it had actually been cleaned. There were bugs in the room, stains on the sheets. The bathroom was filthy. We managed to find a last minute booking at MAMAKA hotel which was on the beach front and we would 100% recommend that instead. The Fashion hotel is just grim. Don’t ruin your holiday by staying here.
- Lou (6/5): - Hotel itself wasn’t too bad. Bathroom sink and shower dirty. Breakfast not the best. No butter. No milk. No knives coffee was disgusting. Staff were nice even though not many spoke English. Great pools and convenient location for food and shopping and not to far from beach
- qveexe (4/5): This kind of thing won't show up in a photo on the website - The room was acceptable (you can sleep in it) but not at all what we expected: Pluses: - Cleaning every day, along with this they bring water, tea, coffee, sugar and towels to the room - Comfortable enough bed - There is warm water (sometimes there were interruptions) - There is air conditioning - There is internet - The location is quite convenient: near the beach and a lot of cafes, stores, but... leaving the hotel, you get literally to the bazaar, where everyone wants to sell you something unnecessary or even deceive you: an abundance of massage parlors of unknown quality, shops with clothes, etc. at prices x10 from the prices in the shopping center, where even haggling can not buy a bargain, drug sellers, bike rentals and continuous traffic of bikes and cars on Legian street, a bunch of cafes with loud music until the night (which was great to hear from our room). Minuses: - Cleaning is mediocre: As I understand it, the bed linen is not changed (it is made but does not smell clean), towels, perhaps, similarly - The room is tired, the photos were obviously taken after the construction (2014?): in the shower all the shelves for shampoos are ripped out of the wall (there are traces). On the mirror were incomprehensible marks right in the center. The towel drying rack is practically falling off the wall. If you hang anything larger than two towels on it, it will probably fall off. The toilet seat is scuffed and yellowed (no odor, but not pleasant). - There is no bathroom (we took a regular room with a friend). According to the photo did not give it much importance. However, this is ABSOLUTE minus: the window directly into the room. Although it is blurred, but still quite well visible. If you are traveling as a couple, it is not so bad, but in our case (2 male friends) it is at least strange. And due to the lack of a full bathroom, the audibility is just amazing, all the sounds from the toilet can be studied with maximum detail. - Audibility. We lived on the 5th floor across from the pool. We had the impression that there was no wall in the room. You can hear everything that happens outside the room, and since the pool is opposite, you can hear everyone who is swimming in it or sitting near it, listening to music, watching movies, etc. (they may not even be staying at the hotel, anyone can go upstairs). Our hotel stay coincided with a choir that rehearsed singing right by the pool, i.e. our room, at 5:40am for two hours, which the hotel management ignored. After complaining on the second day of rehearsals (also at 6am) they were dispersed. - Internet is mediocre. Mobile internet is faster. - There is a huge number of people sitting at the hotel entrance and in the lobby all the time. The reason for them being there is unknown, looks strange. - Breakfasts are mediocre. The choice is quite small, the menu does not change, a lot of tasteless food, flies fly around the vegetables. By the middle of the stay stopped having breakfast in the hotel. - There is no refrigerator. Under the table is a cupboard with a light.

The room was clean and comfortable. They just finished renovation. Also you can see the sunset from plunge pool on 5th floor. Overall fantastic.
- sastria2024 (10/5): Great experience pool day pass - Ms. Citta warmly greeted me upon my first visit to the hotel, extending a friendly welcome and smoothly assisting me in obtaining a day pass for the pool. The pool area had a pleasant ambiance and was impeccably clean, making my swimming experience enjoyable. I appreciate the hospitality extended by all the staff members, who were kind and friendly throughout my visit. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

- Keith (4/5): - Flogged out, noisey and broken. Perfectly situated for schoolies but not families. Didn’t feel safe leaving anything in the room . I remember when this hotel first opened, and it looked awesome, but now years later and staying there for the first time, I guess, as they say, don’t just a book by it’s cover.

- 202declanb (2/5): I WOULDNT PUT THE HOMELESS IN THIS HOTEL - This place is horrendous. We lasted 12 whole hours before zipping up our cases and running for the hills. Honestly, I’d give this place 0 if I could. It’s outdated and run down, both pool areas are just abysmal. All furniture around the pools aren’t fit enough for dogs to sit on. Empty bottles, cig butts and tissue in the pool is just a few of the issues with this place. Walking into our room you’d think we had just stepped into the Amazon rainforest, there was more mosquitos in our room then what we’ve seen within the last 10 days in Bali. No wonder we also had a resident lizard in our bathroom. Our bathroom was fit for a maximum security prison, intact I think I might be to polite in saying that, a prison has much better facilities. The noise on the corridors is crazy, all night, it never stops. Banging and shouting even at 4AM. You’d think you was in the middle of magaluf. If you’re from Europe and used to travelling to places that are 4 stars in places like canaries etc. then don’t be fooled by the 4 star rating of this place. It’s 1 star at best. Maybe once upon a time (when it first opened) it was 4 star. Now it’s a run down hell hole. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
- Sitdownshutup (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Terrible hotel. Room was run down and scruffy. Pillows looked they had ejaculation stains on them and had to request for new ones as soon we got there Dusty and dirty room. honestly would not recommend staying here this is no where near a 4 star standard you would expect in UK/Europe. I would say this is more around a 2 star Noise in the hall way is unreal. People running up and down the hall from 4am, room service ringing people’s alarm and shouting “room service” from 5 AM !!!! Had to tell our next door neighbours to shut up as they were shouting on early in the morning. Location wise 20 mins from beach and local restaurants and bars all close by. Avoid.

AC doesn’t work and the whole first floor smells like a sewer including the hotel room 🥴 Close to everything in Legian and kuta if that appeals to anyone (it sucks tbh) Go to Ubud instead!

- hopelesnomad (10/5): Excellent Service - It is located in the center of the nightlife in Legian. There are many restaurants, massage parlours and Kuta beach in walking distance. The interior is good. The rooms are clean and tidy. The swimming area is maintained very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I lost my mobile on the Legian road. The hotel staff arranged a hotel car and a security assistant to assist me in filing a complaint in Kuta police station. The security person was very nice and helped me in the police station as well to convey the info to the police. I've stayed here twice and every time the service is exemplary. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel
- LDFerrara (10/5): Above and beyond - I have just return from a 3 week holiday in Bali. I stayed at the Love Fashion Hotel on jl Legian for all of my time in Bali. On the third night, while crossing the road to the hotel, I had a terrible accident, damaging 2 of my fingers on my right hand very badly. The manger of the hotel comfort me all the way to the hospital, while the assistant manger drove. They stayed with me for over 3 hours , and they security manger was also there. The staff of the fashion hotel went above and beyond to make me comfortable. From security racing out to stop traffic (even when there was none) to the staff that would come to my room to open my bottle of water, or open the packet of my tablets. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I dont understand how travel agents can recommend places like this, most certainly they didn't personally stay here. This is nothing more than a 2 or 3 star place. With a lot of jacking up we managed an upgraded room although the roof leaks with the rains.
- CaroleA953 (6/5): Good location - This hotel is well situated in Legian and about 1/2 hr from the airport and within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. However, it is nothing like their website pictures which seem to give it a grandiose appearance rather than a true one. Our first room had a brick wall for a view so we asked to be moved which was done the same day. The rooms appear dated with very little storage space which is ok for a short stay of a couple of days but not for a fortnight. Our room also needed a good lick of paint as it was shabby and dusty. The beds however were exceptionally comfortable which promoted a good nights sleep. The fridge and safe didn’t work but were replaced immediately when reported to reception. We also found the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room properly leaving dusty tops and unclean floors the whole of our visit.The roof top pool water was superb for the first 4 days before becoming very murky (never cleaned) and the other pool by the restaurant had lots of tiles missing off the pool floor. There was also no shade at either pool which was badly needed in 35+ degree sun. The restaurant provided breakfast which was acceptable but frequently had very excitable, noisy guests. The staff on reception, in the bar and in the restaurant were friendly, professional and very helpful at all times and a credit to the hotel.

We arrived and from the outside the hotel looks run down compared to the photos they are using online. We got to our room, it was very small & dirty, the aircon didn’t work and it had a horrible smell. At check in we were told this was us upgraded. We spoke to our travel agent as we felt we couldn’t even stay there, eventually 2 days before we were leaving we got moved room to a bigger and cleaner room, aircon still temperamental. Has two pools, no shade, 5th floor pool is good onlooking then street and has bar with light bites etc. Breakfast was good, can be very busy and not enough space. The staff are lovely and it’s in a great location for bars and restaurants however needs some renovation work especially considering it’s meant to be a 4 star
- O4640TPamyw (2/5): Really bad hotel! - My parents have recently just got back from this hotel and I'm 100% sure they will never stay there again paid alot of money for holiday including this hotel, it being that bad they had to take money from their spendings to eat out and also pay for another hotel as it was dirty the room that they where in, pool was dirty, food was basic and very limited of choice for evening meal there is a Cockerell chickens and dove coup opposite the hotel so don't expect to have any sleep during your stay! Id highly recommend the adidama Hotel instead of this one

- Magpie65 (2/5): Don’t Stay Here !!!! - Just checked out from the Fashion Legion following a terrible stay. We would have checked out sooner but we were on a package holiday. At first glance the hotel looks smart, with the fascia and reception modern/chic but don’t be fooled by first impressions (fur coat and no knickers) springs to mind. The rooms are shabby, boxed in holes, overlooking a property filled with chickens and cockrells that crow from the wee small hours, until after sunrise. Granted not all rooms come with this complimentary alarm clock. We must have been upgraded!!! The roof top pool pumps out gansta-rap, was dirty and unsurprisingly deserted. Over the previous two night the room next door was inhabited by a group of young Indonesian lads, on a jolly. Don’t get me wrong, boys will be boys and I was their age once but letting out rooms to large groups of kids, in a hotel inhabitted by families with kids is a big No!No! In my book. The lads managed to slip a local prostitute into there room one night, heaven knows how they slipped past reception unnoticed and with an inter connecting door between the two rooms, we may aswell of been in there with them. Added to this, when packing to leave my wife noticed that her nike trainers were missing, pressumed stolen by the room maids, who pressumably pay little regard to karma, for which, so much of this beautiful island uses as a code of conduct. Thankfully there are many fabulous hotel in Bali.... so please don’t, wharever you do, book here!!! Don’t say you weren’t warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- mayurpandey (8/5): Rooms not very big, but comfortable - We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is located in the hotspot of kuta, with so many restaurants nearby. Sky garden, a main attraction is just walking distance from here. The rooms though were quite small I would say, hardly enough space to open two trolleys. But comfort wise, they were second to none. Complimentary breakfast had decent vegetarian options.

But turned out to be better in the long run. For three days they couldn't fix the problem. Everyone was nice at the hotel. The hotel manager at the end tried to charge me for the last night when he clearly realized all of the issues was the hotels issue and not mine. I left and will not recommend this hotel to business travelers who need high speed wifi, hotel is not equipped with this.

- Thomas (6/5): Looks fancy, but room itself was poor. - Entrance way to the hotel looks fancy, but this just leads to false expectations as my room was not great. The room could definitely do with soundproofing as a lot of noise is let in from the doorway, walls, and the windows. I wasn't that close to the elevator but could hear the chimes constantly, and the room needed some plasterwork doing. Also, the lighting was very dim in the room. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. The windows don't have a view of anything other than a hallway which is quite strange. So you end up with the curtains drawn all the time so that people in the hallway don't see straight into the room. Rooftop pool is actually rather nice, and the one on ground level seemed nice as well but I didn't use that one. Buffet breakfast was also good. Hotel is on the main street and not too far from anything. Though the local area itself wasn't really something I liked.

Everything was dirty even the hallway floors and walls. Worst property I have seen in Bali.

One thing that really annoyed me was they have a card to leave on your bed if u want fresh sheets i put on bed and not get as there was lipstick on sheet and did not change.. The music from street not notice so much but the doorbells they have are more annoying as can hear 3 /4 rooms down Overall i would stay here again for the price we paid AUD$35 but i would not spend a $ more at there high season rate Location is good if want to he close to nightclubs in legian street kuta not to far to walk maybe 3 or 4 mins

- brooke (10/5): Amazing services and a fantastic comfort - I chose to stay at the love fashion while I was in Bali in November. At the time Mt Agung was active and unfortunately I did get stuck in the country for a few extra days. The staff was fantastic and more than happy to accommodate us to the conditions. They gave us a free room upgrade and we were able to stay in the same room when our flights got cancelled and had to rebook a few more nights. The house keeping staff where amazing to keeping our room clean and did those cute little swans, and the chiefs cooked us the best steak in Bali when we ordered room service. I appreciated everything they did for us, out standing service and fantastic facilities. Only bad thing I really got to say is, when your certain isn’t open the rooms lighting is a bit dim, but other than that my hotel room were better than all my friends (which we all stayed at different hotels).

- Verified traveler (2/5): Great location, everything else was horrible! - Upon arriving our first day, we were told we were early and could not check-in until 2pm, although we arranged early check-in the day prior. Upon entering our room, we saw dirty handprints on the wall and immediately knew it wasn't clean. Then, when entering the shower, we were shocked to see black mold on the shower curtain, edges, and floor, even around the toilet. Then, when entering the bed, we were blessed with bloody sheets, said in all sarcasm. I arranged laundry service the second day, trusting it more than a place on the street, that was an immediate regret. The laundry form states that you turn it in at 10am and get it returned by 7pm. My laundry hadn't arrived by 9pm, so I called the lobby. They promised my laundry by 8am the next day, already out of compliance. My laundry was not available at 8am the next day either. I didn't have time to deal with it as I had a scuba diving trip planned 3 hours away. When I arrived home at 8pm, my laundry was still not in my room. I want to the lobby to inquire and was told that my laundry list was lost, causing the delay. After an hour of complaining, my laundry was brought to my room with a missing female romper and male long sleeved shirt. They also brought a "made up" laundry list reflecting what they found, not what I had given them. I then showed them a photo of the laundry list that I gave them, which I recommend you all take a photo of your laundry list if you get it done here, otherwise they'll screw you over. After anot

Their night club was closed(and plans to remain closed for sometime. They don't highlight this in their advertisement), their buffet breakfast was very ordinary. We booked room with view(charged extra) and the windows of room opened to a wall of the adjacent building. They acknowledged to change however they said they didn't have any other room with view at that point. And they also mentioned that our room was considered a room with view which is a joke by any standards.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Beware of loud music!!! - If you're looking for peace and quiet in your holiday, this hotel is now for you. First of all they couldn't find my booking was I arrived at 11pm so had to wait for a while to get that sorted. At this stage I was a bit annoyed by the service but anyway I got upgraded to the suite on level 6, only to find that there is a club on the same level with not so perfect soundproof facility. I could clearly hear bass pumping in my room so I complained to reception asking for a different room or refund. They won't give refund, so they reluctantly moved me to level 3 which I thought would be better. Little did I know the new room was directly below the club which made it worse than previous room. At this point I just gave up and was kept awake until about 2am when the music finally stopped. Other faults: the phone in my room rang around 7am the next morning (I didn't pick up possibly reception?!), shower was dirty for a supposedly 4-star hotel, no sunlight coming in the room which gives me cabin fever, there is hot exhaust air coming out in the pool area which makes the outdoor area incredibly hot it's impossible to relax and chill. Overall this is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Kuta/Legian. Next time I'll stick to Seminyak.
- Rebecca (8/5): Great location, savby upscale hotel - Overall the hotel was great. So convenient having the nightclub upstairs, which had nightly entertainment and fashion shows. Location was excellent, walk straight out your door to shops and only a short walk to the beach. Security was great which made us feel safe throughout our holiday. In terms of the room, the bed was super comfy although I did find a used q-tip in between the sheets (which was from the previous quest). Aircon was great, free mini bar was unexpected and a nice addition. Before booking I saw many negative reviews about the noise but honestly I had no issue, if you don't like a hotel with a nightclub not sure why you would chose to stay there anyway. A holiday is what you make it!!!
