I feel it needs a temperature regulator My daughter found out how v v hot the water was - it could have burnt her had she put her body in directly to the shower

The chair cushions were hiding a lot of food crumbs, peanuts etc. balcony needed sweeping, bathroom needs an update. The unit was not up to a 4 star premiere standard as advertised, gardens are nice with 2 pools and location is good.

- Alison (7/5): Convenient, spacious, good heating with bathrooms in need of repair and updating. - Convenient, spacious, good heating, excellent jets in the spa. Facilities need refreshing.. mould in bathroom grout, broken tiles in spa, old/inefficient tap ware and shower nozzle with water that leaks and spurts in different directions. Additionally could have added extra touches to make the stay easier such as body soap in sauna shower and olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen.

- SANDY (8/5): - This property is in a very good location. The room was satisfactory except that it did not have a table and chairs. Essentially it was a bedroom with very limited space. But, everything else was excellent. Staff were excellent. They were very friendly and professional.

The room was very small and definitely not value for money. The carpet was dirty. The TV did not work properly. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling. The supplied soap/body lotion products were finished and not replenished prior to our stay. All in all very disappointing.

The room was lovely, a little small if you are thinking of bringing your own food, but still made it work. The pool/tennis courts/gym facilities were all excellent! The room was a little pokey but still quite comfy.

Really disappointed that pool/spa advertised to close at 8pm, but when we arrived just before 7.45 we were turned away as they were locking up early. Just wanted a quick spa to finish the day, was disappointed that we'd made the effort to get ready and get there in time then missed out.
