R2120QWsw (10/5): Luxurious Haven in the Heart of Saigon - We almost didn’t book The Reverie Saigon because the photos made it look a over the top for our taste, but the excellent reviews and central D1 location convinced us to try it - and we’re very glad we did. We stayed in a Panorama Room with incredible views overlooking Nguyen Hue Walking Street. From arrival to departure, the service was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As we were celebrating our anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated on arrival, and later that evening a bottle of wine and sweets were delivered, which was a lovely surprise and made for a special first night in HCM. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches including his-and-hers sinks, a heated toilet seat, and luxurious Frette linens. Evening turndown included chocolates each night, which was another small detail we really appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning. While the décor is certainly opulent, it feels elegant rather than overwhelming, and there is something beautiful to notice in every corner. The tile work and marble finishes are incredible. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection as well as an à la carte menu for additional made-to-order dishes. All of the staff here from check-in, to breakfast, and even the doormen, were friendly, welcoming and always had a smile for us. After exploring the city in the heat of HCM, Reverie Saigon was a luxurious haven to return to each day. We would happily stay here again and would absolutely return on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Despite numerous calls to the airline and the airport, we couldn't find them. Fortunately, Mr. Loc from the hotel was incredibly helpful in assisting us in recovering them. He handled everything professionally and provided excellent support throughout the process. We sincerely thank Mr. Loc and the entire hotel staff for their outstanding service and kindness!

We also appreciated that the refrigerator was replenished daily with water, beer, and other drinks, so we did not need to go out to a convenience store. Another highlight was the excellent service from the hotel. We were grateful that the staff kindly offered us a late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. The concierge service was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. Nothing in particular. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Located in district 1, close to many sights, food, bars and the river. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable, bed and pillows were great. A pillow menu was also available if you needed something more. Breakfast was a wide range of cuisines catering for all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10. Well done team ❤️❤️

40girl (10/5): Fabulously opulent! - We wanted a spectacular finish to our 3 week Vietnam trip & our travel agent recommended this hotel. It’s a perfect location, just outside the door is Nguyen Hue walking street, numerous restaurants, shops & tourist attractions. As soon as we arrived our jaws dropped at the opulence. Everywhere we looked was incredible. So over the top, but it worked! It wasn’t at all tacky. We had a warm welcome from the staff with a welcome drink & an upgrade. Our room was on the 34th floor with amazing river & city views. Took our breath away! The room was spotlessly clean, we loved the bath with TV & neck cushion, the bidet loo, double sinks, complimentary mini bar, coffee machine, slippers & robes, turndown service with chocolates, comfortable bed & amazing sheets, a separate dressing room & the TV that went up & down so as not to spoil the view! We were lucky enough to have the best view of the reunification day fireworks! Breakfast was amazing with a buffet or a menu to order from. We enjoyed fruits, cereal, eggs to order, steak, waffles, fresh juices & smoothies & coconuts. Honestly spoilt for choice. All of our interactions with staff were excellent, polite & professional & friendly. This is really what makes a stay in a hotel like this extraordinary. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

anhfl (10/5): All around excellent service. - I have a very nice experience during my 8 day stay here. The interior is exquisite and luxurious as a 5 star hotel should be. A quasi dark elevator is kind of peculiar to say the least. My corner room is very nice with a sweeping view of the Saigon river, spanning from Tower 68 all the way to Landmark 81 tower. My daily interaction with the hotel personel revolves mainly around the breakfast buffet. The crew there is very friendly, professional, attending to all requests with utter politeness. Special commendations to Mr. Huy, Miss Vì and Miss Thi.They make my time there every morning really enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. The buffet is adequate but is enhanced by an inclusive a la carte menu . I would recommend the steak and egg and the cappuccino with the Reverie insignia on the top .

Booked 4 nights using Chase Travel points. Got a great redemption deal. Location: You really can’t beat it. Situated right in the heart of District 1, the hotel is within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It made exploring Ho Chi Minh City effortless. Room & Comfort: We were upgraded to a King River View on the 39th floor, and the room itself was excellent. The layout was thoughtfully designed with a separate closet and bathroom area, giving it a spacious, suite-like feel. The bathroom stood out—dual sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower and commode, along with a high-tech toilet featuring heated seats and an electronic bidet. Water pressure was strong (always appreciated), and everything felt premium. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillow menu was a nice touch for dialing in your sleep setup. The room also had centralized controls for lights and curtains, responsive air conditioning, and a functional work desk with American plug compatibility—useful for international travelers. Amenities & Service: The minibar was refreshed daily with water, beer, and soft drinks, which added a nice layer of convenience. Evening turndown service with truffles was a small but memorable detail. The gym is well-equipped with late-model Technogym equipment—one of the better hotel gyms you’ll find. The pool area is equally impressive, featuring a main pool, shallow kids pool, two hot tubs, plus complimentary access to a sauna and steam room. We also had drinks poolside—around $8–9 USD per cocktail, but strong pours and a 2-for-1 happy hour made it great value. Design & Atmosphere: This is where the hotel really differentiates itself. The decor is intentionally extravagant—think bold Italian design, with standout pieces like the ostrich leather sofa (one of only two in the world) and a striking custom gold and malachite clock. Disneydeb328 (10/5): 5-star experience at the Reverie Saigon - We stayed at the beautiful Reverie Saigon as part of our Mekong cruisetour with Avalon Waterways. The hotel was 5-start to say the leaset. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. We loved the walk throuch closet area and the heated seat bidets (the US could learn from the hotels in Vietnam). We agreed with others in our group that said this was one of the nicest and She-Shest hotels we had ever stayed in. The included breakfast buffet had wonderful choices from Asian to Us and European. There was something for just about everyone. The hotel was in a wonderful location within waling distance of great restaurants, a Pharmacy (yes I caught a cold), shops and more. The staff were gracious and helpful in providing directions. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel in style and feel pampered.

LE267 (8/5): Beautiful hotel with a few drawbacks - This is a beautiful hotel - the decor is over the top, and if that’s your style, you’ll love the design. I found it fun to look at. Staff is very nice, the breakfast offers a large variety, the room was comfortable, we had an incredible view from our window, and I appreciated the free mini bar items that were regularly restocked. There were also some nice turn down gifts and everything seemed very clean. It’s also well located for top sights in the city. I echo other reviews that there are two problems, which could be major or minor depending on how you feel. There is a musty smell to the room and everything feels damp after a while - shoes, paper, sheets, etc. Despite trying to fix with the AC, we weren’t able to do so. There is also a loud party outside every night. Our room was at the top of the building and we could hear it clearly. I bring a sound machine when we travel and my husband sleeps with earplugs so it didn’t bother us much, but it may bother other guests who are unprepared for the noise. The breakfast service also depends on how busy the hotel is. One morning I had to wait 20 minutes for coffee, and another morning it was less than 5 minutes. Not a big deal, but something to note.

Foodwise (4/5): Too loud and mildew smell in some rooms -- Very nice hotel staff. - The hotel is decorated nicely and the staff try really hard, but the location at night is unreal and not in a good way. The loud music that plays until unknown hours has a bass, piano, and other instruments that can be heard above the 20th floor. I've never stayed in a 5 star hotel that was this loud. Additionally, our room smelled of mildew or mold and not sure where the source was. The bathroom grout could be alot cleaner as well. The dehumidifier I requested filled in a half a day and when emptied it had scum in the resevoir as though it had not been cleaned in a while. The nice touches were the beverage bar that was refilled each day, the welcome note from the manager and fresh fruit. We also had a washer and dryer in the unit. The cafe on site had very nice coffees and desserts. But you come to hotel for rest in a clean enviornement and this was not delivered despite the high price tag. The 2 rating reflects a "Poor" room experience that was barely rescued from a 1 by excellent hospitality overall.

-MyLifeOfTravel- (6/5): Just short of luxury - Hotel is visually appealing, if not a bit over-the-top Vegas-styling. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I wish they'd spend less time trying to appear luxury and focus on the details of the room - ours smelled musty unless the AC was on full and the shower valves were in need of maintenance. We hung our bath towels so they would not be laundered, instead they ended up refolded, and wet. The breakfast buffet was vast with choices although it took 15 minutes to get a cup of tea. Great location, walkable to all the sights.

Good was delicious. Most helpful and gracious was the Concierge LOC, who answered many many emails in the weeks prior to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bindiya_Murgai (10/5): Grand, Glamorous Luxury with Spectacular Views at The Reverie Saigon. - A spectacular luxury stay with one of the most extraordinary views in Ho Chi Minh City. We stayed at The Reverie Saigon, and it was a genuine pleasure from beginning to end. From the moment you walk in, the hotel feels dramatic, glamorous and unapologetically grand. The hotel sits in one of the best parts of Ho Chi Minh City, making it an excellent base for exploring. We booked the Panoramic River View Suite on the 29th floor, and the view across the river and city skyline was breathtaking — easily one of the finest vantage points in the city. The Reverie clearly understands luxury and delivers it beautifully. The arrival and check-in experience are seamless, and the enormous orchid displays throughout the hotel add to the sense of theatre. The décor can be a little over the top, but somehow it comes together in a quirky, playful and memorable way. Our suite was extremely comfortable and indulgent. There was an espresso machine, fruits, chocolates and a fully complimentary minibar, along with excellent turndown service. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of closet and storage space, and the staff were happy to provide additional luggage stools when needed. The concierge team was excellent, offering great recommendations, arranging reservations at some wonderful restaurants, and even booking our tickets to an opera performance. Breakfast was exceptional — one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spread is enormous, with both Asian and Western options: sparkling wine, fresh tender coconut water, excellent coffees and teas, beautiful cold cuts and cheeses, freshly baked breads, and a wide selection of dishes. There’s also an extensive egg menu including eggs Benedict, Florentine and steak with eggs. Having stayed in many luxury hotels across Southeast Asia, The Reverie stands out for its sense of theatre, attention to detail and truly indulgent hospitality. Best for: travellers looking for grand luxury, spectacular views and impeccable service. We would happily stay here again.

Global28796379537 (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic Stay! - My stay at the Saigon Hotel was truly memorable, especially thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast — the spread was fantastic, with an impressive variety of options ranging from fresh local Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. Everything was well prepared and constantly replenished, making it a great start to the day. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The concierge, Loc, deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond with his recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. Thanks to him, we were able to attend the AO Show at the opera house — he arranged the tickets for us and even informed us about the welcome activities happening there before the performance. Loc was also incredibly helpful with tips about shopping, local customs, and places to explore in the city. Anytime we had a question, he was quick with thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our visit. Overall, the hospitality, flawless service, and personal touches made this stay exceptional. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and would definitely return.

Cuong and his team provided excellent service, finding seating for you, and then taking breakfast and drinks orders. The fruit area of the breakfast buffet and the coffee were outstanding.
Stejwaring (10/5): Fabulous hotel - What a fabulous city-centre hotel! From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything was absolutely exemplary. Our room was spotless, and the views over the city truly blew us away. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable – easily one of the best we’ve ever had – and we slept beautifully every night. The Reverie’s location is perfect, making it easy to walk to most attractions in District 1, with plenty of great bars and restaurants just steps away. Breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful à la carte selection, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for the team. A special thank you to all the staff who were excellent throughout our stay. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!!

tornado78 (4/5): Soulless, tacky and gaudy - The title says it all. Hotel patrons are vulgar, loud and lack class. The hotel is decorated with what some perceive to be expensive furnishings, be that as it may, there is no design implemented here. They have literally thrown expensive pieces together with an overall cheap and tasteless aesthetic. The executive suite is spacious but the decor, like the hotel, lacks any identifiable design cue. The executive suite has loud patrons, the pool area is essentially a smokers pen. I have already stayed at the Park Hyatt but they were out of rooms. There is no comparison to the class of the Hyatt and it’s guests. 2 stars for the very friendly and attentive staff. Especially Sara in the spa.
vinode429 (10/5): Fabulous experience at The Reverie Saigon - Our stay at The Reverie Saigon was a fabulous start to our Vietnam holiday. The hotel was well located, the rooms were well appointed, the food fabulous and the staff hospitality exceptional, right from the reception staff to the staff at the restaurants. I would take this opportunity to call out Phu Nguyen whose proactive and exceptional support helped us recover some of belongings which were left behind in the hotel during our stay there.
Branton-Speak (10/5): Best view and most opulent room I've stayed in. - The view from the 35th floor. The quality of the room, chandeliers, full panoramic windows. It is the most beautiful hotel room I've stayed in and most stunning view I've had. The desire for the staff to get it right was fantastic. The marble bathroom. All exquisite.. Small issue checking in. Despite my trip having been paid for 3 weeks prior to my arrival staff wanted to take the money again. Being called twice in my room to ask when my "do not disturb" sign would be turned off - thereby negating the essence of "do not disturb". Small things, just irked me a bit. Everything else was exceptional.

The location and facilities are incomparable to other hotels in HCM. I have been coming to the Reverie since 2016 and it has maintained its beauty and professionalism. Please visit Nghia Trần at the concierge desk. Since 2016, Nghia has helped me with tours, restaurants, doctors when I needed, and so much more. He is available to assist with anything, and he is so knowledgeable and understanding to western needs. He is the upmost professional amd he truly cares about your Vietnamese experience at the Reverie and beyond. Also- treat yourself to their spa services- amazing!!!

pdxworldtravler (10/5): A beautiful luxury property in Central Saigon - The Reverie is likely the most opulent property in Saigon. The modern high rise property is centrally located with expansive city and river views. The first floor reception and 7th floor front desk areas are over the top beautiful. Our exec. suite was beautifully furnished with great views and large marble bath and lots of closet space. The mini bar is complementary which is a nice perk(no wine or spirits ). The exec lounge is beautiful and well staffed. For breakfast it is full a la carte rather than buffet. The cocktail hours does have a buffet of canopies and many other bites as well as a full hosted bar service. The staff are very attentive all day. The Reverie is a great base for a Saigon stay.

Said (10/5): Grand Deluxe Room Kingsize-Bed (6 nights) - Our stay at The Reverie Saigon Hotel was simply perfect – it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The service was exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. Every single member of staff made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are breathtaking – luxurious, stylishly furnished, and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. They are exactly as pictured on the website. The view is spectacular. Everything is spotless and maintained to the highest standard. The room service (e.g., makeup room) is truly outstanding. The breakfast is absolutely perfect! A huge selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. Whether you prefer Asian or international cuisine, there's something for everyone. The value for money is unbeatable. We stayed at this hotel for six nights and, should we decide to return to Vietnam, we would definitely choose this hotel again, and perhaps even stay longer. Absolutely nothing to complain about

Eero (9/5): 4 nights in Saigon - Loistava sijainti district 1:llä keskellä kaikkea. Lähellä ostoskeskuksia, nähtävyyksiä ja naapuritalossa hauska pieniä kahviloita täynnä oleva tornitalo. Erittäin pätevä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Huone oli siisti, upeat näkymät ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Myös sänky erinomainen. Aamiainen oli hyvä mutta olisin toivonut hieman enemmän valikoimaa erityisesti vietnamilaisissa ruuissa. Menusta löytyi kyllä kaikki länsimaiset ruuat mitä voi haluta ja paikalliset myös, mutta olisi kiva kokeilla pieniä annoksia erilaisia lokaaleja erikoisuuksia joita voi ensi tutkiskella buffetissa. Tämä enemmänkin kehitysehdotus hotellille.
