Threatened to call police and kick us out of the hotel over an issue we did not cause with a stain on towels. Staff not accommodating whatsoever, they made basic needs feel like a chore was being asked.

On mange super bien pour pas cher et à toute heure. Chambre confortable, hôtel calme. Nous avons passé 2 semaines super. Hôtel familial. Personnel toujours à l’écoute. La piscine, le restaurant, le parc et le quartier

Beautiful pool area. Friendly staff. Lots of street vendors just minutes away. And the birds were an added bonus

- bjorkbacka (1/5): - The place is far from everything. The nearby landfill smells disgusting. The bed in the room (the most expensive one possible) was really hard and it was impossible to sleep in it. There is an aviary and birds roam freely in the area. Peacocks and cranes screamed all night, the place is not soundproofed. So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, don't go here. Also, the staff was rude and for example in the restaurant they didn't speak English so the portions were what you get. We stayed there for one night and left, we lost money and a night's sleep here. I can't recommend it.

- Mohammad (1/5): Forfærdeligt - Rengøringspersonalet var smilende og rare at hilse på men der skete en episode hvori jeg kom til at spilde noget på gulvet sent om natten og da jeg intet havde toilet papir havde tilbage (allerede samme dag vi checkede ind) var jeg nødsaget til at bruge et mindre håndklæde, som endte med at blive sort pga gulvet ikke var vasket ordenligt. De ville så have os til at betale 300 baht for håndklædet, trods at det er deres gulv der var snavset og jeg d måtte handle hurtigt da jeg intet papir. havde, der var ingen forståelse og da jeg valgte at sige jeg ville klage tog de den ned på 200 baht. Dårlig service fra dem der arbejde ved skrænken. mug på toilet, påfugle der skriger natten lang. Jeg spørg om noget underlagn der kan gøre sengen blødere men bliver ignoreret. Jeg bliver bedt om selv at gå rundt og lede efter rengøringsdamen så jeg kan få noget toilet papir. Dårlig air condition.

I slipped and hurt my knee and leg quite severely.

- Jamie (6/5): Could do with some maintenance but was ok, area is out of the way for all touristy parts - Food at the restaurant was nice as was the staff all around the resort. So many cracks in the bathroom to allow for ants and other insects to get in and climb around, gaps just needs filling and it would be a lot more desirable place. Location isn’t great if u want easy access to restaurants and bars.
