I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your property. Date & Time: 31 October 2025, 23:19 (local time) Location: Reception area Staff Member: Manager — Mr. Qamal Sohail Guest Name: Maksim Sulimov During my interaction with Mr. Qamal Sohail at the reception, he unexpectedly raised his voice at me and refused to assist with my request. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable as a guest. Moreover, The water from the bathroom leaks onto the floor every time I take a shower. There's a lot of dust in the room. They forgot to provide us with a foot towel on two occasions, and they never provided us with a face towel. Only one of the power outlets in the room works. The breakfasts are not very tasty. They even have a broken coffee machine, and no one is willing to fix it, despite my numerous requests. I found it extremely uncomfortable to stay in this 4-star hotel. I booked this hotel from October 28th to November 1st. And I booked the same hotel again from November 1st to 3rd on trip.com at 8:00 a.m. on October 31st. I have already paid for the reservation and received a voucher from trip.com. However, the hotel has not received a booking confirmation email. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation during my travels. All the hotel staff refused to help me in this situation, citing that they could not extend my stay until they received a confirmation with 5 digits. Despite my numerous requests for assistance, as this was the first time I had encountered such a situation, the staff did not provide any service or help me. As a result, I wasted my money. I was also very stressed. My wife also experienced significant stress due to this incident with the hotel. She is currently ill and should not be subjected to such stress. Dubai is globally known for its high standards of hospitality and respectful guest treatment. I trust that this situation does not reflect the values and service philosophy of Pearl Swiss Hotel. However, the AC wasn’t cooling properly, making the nights uncomfortable, the towels were quite worn out and need replacing, and the TV lacked YouTube, which would have been helpful for families with kids.

The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to extend my special thanks to my great friend Manoj for his outstanding care and attention. He treated us always like his family, and his warm, genuine service made a real difference during our stay. Thank you once again to the entire team at Pearl Swiss Hotel. - workr2025 (2/5): Running the hotel down to ruins - New management, utterly disappointed. Especially Jaffar (manager) , Saiful Islam (executive) are running and will run the hotel down to ruins. Greedy and whole layers of lies. Didn't assign the room which we booked and were lying the whole way. When countered with truth and receipts, just were bouncing around the same lies and finally blamed it on management. 100% you will hear more of this in future, just want to take more money off you. Don't believe any online portals, even though they are legit but at the desk, management & their employees will try to skim you off with greed. We were regulars, sadly not anymore.

Das Housekeeping war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, aber sie haben keine Ahnung vom Putzen, obwohl ich extra Trinkgeld für eine gute Reinigung gegeben habe. Die Handtücher waren nicht richtig gewaschen. Ich war so froh eigene Reisehandtücher dabei gehabt zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, aber auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet. Mich hat das nicht gestört. Ich fand es wirklich gut. Für unempfindliche Gäste ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool fand ich auch ausreichend für eine Erfrischung und zum Sonnenbaden, aber auch nicht mehr.

It made inconvenient my booking because of negligence. The night receptionist named Mohamed helped me to amend my booking. It was only take a while. Every process went smoothly within an hour. I really appreciate for the service. I really recommend that my stay met beyond expectations. I gonna give 10/10.

- shaibayanc (2/5): Just an ok Hotel - 1. Horrible experience at check-in. If it was not for MakeMyTrip customer care we would have been left hanging. May be looking for a room with a much higher price. 2. We booked a Deluxe room with King bed. We found that two beds were somehow joined into one and that too were not leveled. 3. The staff behavior was also extremely rude. The one at the reception initially looked at me, asked for my booking number and simply said that my booking my cancelled. He didn’t even make any effort to check at all to ensure what exactly happened. 4. Once MakeMyTrip sorted it out he tried to blame it on their reservation team. Mind it that even when MMT talked with their Reservations and said that everything is fine the rude receptionist didn’t budge. Finally after multiple iterations we were allowed to check-in. 5. Room was of very poor quality. Just had only one set of pillows when most hotels have two sets. 6. No bed side table on one side of the bed. Even this is also very common and the hotel photos had those in their photos. 7. Some of the light switches were broken and could not be switched off even with their remote switches , let alone the normal switches. 8. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. 9.Internet was slower than a tortoise. Couldn’t do basic stuff with their wifi internet. Overall I will not recommend this hotel at all. Poor in all aspects. And I generally don’t write negative reviews.

Our group briefly gathered for a pre-assessment meeting, fully aware that we wouldn’t stay overnight or exceed the two registered guests. Despite this, security abruptly forced us out, giving us no time to pack up properly. The acting manager was rude and inflexible, offering no solutions other than making us wait in the lobby while our teammates scrambled to collect our belongings from the room. Even a simple request to change the name of a registered guest who wasn’t staying was denied, with the manager insisting on extra charges. This hotel’s approach to guests is unwelcoming and purely profit-driven. We were only allowed a short extension to sit in the hotel restaurant, and only if we ordered drinks. The lack of hospitality and the manager’s rigid attitude made us feel completely unwelcome. If you expect even a basic level of understanding or respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- daverN4743CF (2/5): Traumatizing Experience - I visited 2 of my friends in this "Pearl Swiss Hotel" in Dubai in the afternoon of Novermber 3, 2024 when the hotel manager named "Waseem", who seemed to have "NO HOSPITALITY TRAINING" demanded me and the rest of the visitors to leave the room to face him and talk to him at the lobby. As per the hotel manager, it's not allowed to have too many visitors for each room of this pathetic hotel. We were not treated as guests. We were treated as strangers who erroneously occupied the room despite the fact that the main occupant are my friends and we were invited to come over for a visit. They paid for a stay. It was a very disapponting experience. The main guests were even requesting for switch of occupant so that the husband of the main guest can have the priviledge to stay in the hotel since it has already been paid. But Mr. Waseem, the manager declined it in a very rude manner. The hotel manager did not even allow us to get our things in the room. until my friends (main guests) have decided to just leave the hotel. They were never given any refund. This is the WORST hotel I've ever visited.

- njekaam (10/5): Great experience - We loved the Pearls Swiss hotel. The booking process was swift and they kept updating us on the status of our booking and checking in time. When we got there, we were received with very warm smiles, the staff are very kind especially the concierge gentle man who helped us in doing the Arab head scarf and we baptized him Habibi, he was always happy to see us. Mridul Bas was our butler and he made sure that we never run out of supplies in our tea station. Every morning, he made sure that before we go out, we had had enough of what the hotel can supply. He did his job diligently for keeping our room clean and neat. I would recommend this hotel because of the service and the staff they are excellent.

The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with chipped tiles and a musty smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the Pearl Swiss failed to meet even basic expectations of cleanliness and upkeep, making it a regrettable choice for accommodation. This hotel should be 1.5 star and not 4.
- Lilly (6/5): - I liked the fact that it was walking distance to the city centre. I didn't like the fact that I had to queue for long at reception to be served. Everyday there was always a crowd of guests to be served at reception. Service too slow and lighting in room poor. Some light were not working and TV was also not working
- 501faridehm (6/5): Not bad - The hotel rooms are nice and big enough. To me, a kettle in the room is important so I was satisfied with that :) The neighborhood is quiet and nice but I think many Indians live there so it is maybe an Indian neighborhood...

- sadTabriz (8/5): Good service for a reasonable price - It's a good hotel with a very helpful and nice staff. From my point of view the hotel needs some renovations, especially the bath tub of our room was old and the towels were old but clean. The room was fairly clean (it was acceptable but could be cleaner, especially the windows and the mirror, but bedsheets were clean). Although its location is in a very busy and somewhat low class district, but it's very good location for using public transportation, near two metro stations, one of which is the union station that joins two metro lines (7 mins. On foot). There are several bus stops for different districts, in 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast also was good and had a good variety of hot and cold food.

- 191daminim (10/5): Such a homely stay - So me and my husband visited pearl swiss for 2 days initially but than looking at the homely and comfortable environment we extended our stay in Dubai,specially the staff service a sir named SATYA is a literal angel the way he takes care of your needs before even asking him was expectedly outstanding and coming to room cleaning we left our room in a mess everyday but everytime we came back it was like we just checked in ,Mr Satya surely knows how to fulfill his duties. This was our best stay in Dubai ❤️ I would highly recommend this hotel .

The staff (Namely Srijith, Azhar and Anas) is perfectly groomed to give you the best of hospitality experience which you can ever find with a Smile. It is centrally located and convenient for all to reach anywhere in the city. Cudos to the management. Cheers
- Yousuf (2/5): Rude staff - Guys beware of this hotel if you are bringing your car. They don't have their parking. They will ask you to park in someone's hotel basement with a lot of charges. They don't provide breakfast and do not get mis-leaded on the hotels.com add "Free breakfast Included". Its all lie.

It is super new and fresh everything. THE staff is so polite and kind and helpful. So really happy to stay here

- Amir (2/5): - Well, there was no internet, like never, not even for a minute. At this time and age that equal to not having a roof. The most bizarre thing was that they either wouldn’t, or couldn’t call taxi for you. They would send one of the bellboys to wait for a taxi outside and, due to some sort of event going on, there was literally no cabs. Once I waited for an hour and when the cab finally showed up a family with babies showed up so I let them go. This place is not on a map, literally. The address reads “behind comercial bank”, and that’s it. I mean, why would Expedia list a property that literally doesn’t have an address?. So, yeah, there is some weird business going on there.
