• Bethany (6/5): - It was clean, the communal areas were well equipped and the property was centrally located. The booking specifically stated that the room had a window, there was no window and the room seemed to be underground. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel the slats underneath through the mattresses. The reception closes at 3 and the hostel had emailed the entry code, just it didn’t work because they hadn’t enabled it, I’m not actually sure what we could have done if there hadn’t been a man sitting on a bench on the other side of the road who seemed to be connected with the hostel somehow.

• SEDEF (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing There aren’t windows on the rooms and also there are a lot of homeless people live there and the beds are really bad uncomfortable I don’t like this place yes it’s cheaper than the other hostels but please give more 10 euros and stay the comfortable safe and clean place
• Harry (1/5): - Nothing There were no staff around, the place smelled awful as it was filled with drunk homeless people. The 'kitchen' area was filled with drunk people asleep on the counters, and the man in my room repeatedly made sexual advances on me. The lockers are not safe as it's just a cupboard with everyone's bags stored together so anyone can take your belongings (there's even a sign from the hostel claiming no liability for theft) and the bathroom was barely usable as a bathroom and was filthy. I expected the beds to be awful as its so cheap, but the mattress and pillow etc were all covered in someone else's hair. I didn't even stay the night as I felt so uncomfortable due to the people there, and no staff available to assist with the situation. Would NOT recommend, even as emergency accommodation (which it was for me!)

• daniel (2/5): Very basic and not worth the price. Only the clean sheets and nearby grocery store are positives. I wouldn’t stay here a - The sheets were clean, and there’s a grocery store right across the street, which is very convenient. The rooms are very poor. There’s no ventilation at all, not even windows, so the air feels bad. The bathroom is inside the room with no real separation, so you can hear everything, which is uncomfortable. For €25–35 per night (depending on demand on booking), I expected more. I understand Stockholm is expensive, but at least having staff on-site would help. It’s a self-service hostel, which sounds nice in theory, but if you have a problem with another guest or anything else, there’s no one to talk to. When I arrived, my bed didn’t even have a pillow. I had to sleep without one at first, then later I took a pillow from another bed once I was sure it wasn’t occupied. The beds also don’t make sense, top beds have no curtains at all, while the bottom ones do. You feel exposed. For nearly €30 a night, it should at least be decent. The bathroom was in bad condition, with water everywhere. It seems they rely on guests to clean after themselves, and we all know that usually doesn’t go well. Honestly, for this quality, I wouldn’t pay more than €6 per night. I really don’t understand how some people rate it highly.

• Osmani (1/5): AVOID. Not female friendly. Room 11: the cleaning cupboard. - Nothing. There is nothing positive to say about this place. I wish I had read the warnings before booking. This place is not safe for women. I want to be direct about this. The atmosphere is unsettling. There are people present whose behaviour inspires distrust, and there is no supervision, no control, no sense that anyone is responsible for what happens inside. I did not feel safe. I am not the only one: there are multiple previous reviews on Booking from women raising exactly the same warning. This establishment has been flagged repeatedly and continues to operate on the platform without any action being taken. That is also Booking's responsibility. No woman should stay here. Please read the reviews before you book, and if you are a woman travelling alone, keep looking. Room 11 is a converted cleaning cupboard, next to the room where they wash the mops. Cold, draughty, inhumane. The room was dirty at check-in — nobody had cleaned it. It smells bad, the ventilation pipes are loud and constant, there are exposed pipes everywhere, the mattress is in poor condition, and it is a thoroughfare with automatic lights that switch on with every movement. The bathroom door slams repeatedly against the wall with every single use. Sleep is impossible. Rest is impossible. What is impossible to ignore is that you have been put in a service room and charged for it as if it were a real bedroom. The bathroom is right next door — both are converted service rooms that have never been properly cleaned. Being close to the kitchen makes it the bathroom every single guest uses constantly, all day long, coming and going. There is no curtain or screen: showering floods the entire floor and it stays wet all day. You are walking through water every time you use it. It smells. There is no privacy. There is no basic hygiene. It is not a bathroom — it is a wet, shared, neglected space that no paying guest should have to tolerate. The hostel is in a basement. The same people are always there, sitting in front of a blaring television until late at night — not moving, not speaking, not acknowledging anyone. It feels less like a hostel and more like walking into someone's living room uninvited, except nobody wants you there either. The kitchen was never clean during the three days I stayed. Nobody greets you. Nobody receives you at check-in. You are invisible unless something goes wrong. There is a serious personal data exposure issue: guests' full names are displayed openly on the front desk for anyone to see. The system already uses individual codes to access the hostel and the rooms — there is absolutely no justification for displaying full names instead of room or booking numbers. This is a privacy risk that should not exist in any accommodation. AVOID!

• Anita (1/5): - Toilets and bathroom were the only thing good about this hostel... Very uncomfortable rooms, bed, mattress and pillows. Female dorm room had many older people who were not able to tolerate simple things (like using the hairdryer, offing the lights on time, leaving early or late even if our flights were at odd times). This hostel felt more like an old folks home than a travelers hostel. Maybe give the older guest(above 50) a different room and below 50 guest another room.

• Katjana (8/5): Great place, value for money. - Although there are no windows, it's a cozy atmosphere and pretty clean. There are good kitchen facilities and the bathroom was good. It felt safe and welcoming enough, even including linens without extra charge 😄. The bed was painful. The mattress was as thick as my palm (as a not so big lady) and squished down into nothing. You could feel every piece of wood in the bed frame. I thought that would be alright but there was a particular problematic piece of wood sticking above the rest that went side to side right under butt. Everything was great except that bed 😅. If you're alright with that then this place is great. Hopefully everyone else gets better beds than I did XD.

• Emma (2/5): Beyond disappointing - I liked the keyless entry for front door and bedrooms, kitchen was also useful. Supermarket across the road and train station (Openplan) a few minutes away. I've stayed in hostels on every continent, this one was the worst. There are three elderly ladies living in the female dorm permanently, they are rude and unwelcoming, talking amongst themselves at all hours of the day and night, snoring so loudly they keep you awake, rarely leave the room and then shush you if you arrive home late and you just feel like you are in their way. Permanent residents should be in a separate room to guests. Secondly there is no bar or alcohol allowed on the premises, no group activities or anything fun or social at all, this hostel is for old people honestly, there are creepy old men everywhere.

• Vetea (10/5): L'endroit parfait pour un encrage afin de découvrir Stockholm pour une première ou une seconde fois. - Intimité respecté malgré le fait que ce soit un dortoir, c'était bien entretenu, la douche été toujours chaude, l'établissement est proche d'absolument toutes les commodités ! Une télévision accessible sous-titré en suédois, c'est parfait pour apprendre la langue ! Le personne est très agréable. Les habitués de l'auberge également, tout y est appréciables, sincèrement ! Le service est tellement superbe que j'y ai fait laver mon linge malgré un prix élevé par rapport aux environs. Des casiers sont à disposition, évidemment, aucun vol malgré le fait que je n'avais pas de cadenas. Des réfrigérateurs sont a dispositions et même un tiroir où les résidents peuvent partager la nourriture. L'établissement se trouve près de là où a vécu Astrid Lindgren (autrice de Fifi Brin d'Acier). La poignet de la douche qui est glissante lorsque l'on a du savon, c'est la seule chose que j'y ai relevé de négatif.

• Elizabeth (8/5): A great, convenient stay with everything we needed. - Well-located, with a perfect room for three people, complete with a private and clean bathroom. It exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price and location—it was even better than I imagined. There's a large supermarket across the street where you can find everything you need, and the shared kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

A bonus is the hot water/coffee machine which both are actually free. The beds are comfy with a nice sideboard for personal belongings or in the evening a place to put my phone watching ’The Minions’. The grand prize goes to the gentleman I talked to the most at the reception. Supergreat service and clear about how things work here. I will recommend this hostel (not to be compared with the movie) for anyone looking for a calm peaceful stay.

• Ahmed (9/5): Its a great place to stay both for leisure and work purposes - Location and the service were great. The access and code base locks are very good. The shower needs a stand & the bed mattress needs a replacement. Everything else is just fine. Annoying people sitting & walking in the hallway/kitchen. Person or staff is not present during the evening. Staff is there until 15:00 but that is when most people hasn’t arrived. People check in after 15:0 so someone should be there till 20:0 or so.

Og flytt den gjerne til et sted hvor man ikke føler seg beglodd når man står ved oppvasken eller preparerer mat.. og skulle gjerne sett flere ladestasjoner i oppholdsrommet
