- Cathy (8/5): Close to Piedmont Hospital - Location was perfect since we had a family member at Piedmont Hospital. Since there was a snow & ice storm we needed to be close by. Finding everything initially was a bit confusing. The unit was everything we needed. Living room furniture not super comfy, but we were hardly there. The fees and taxes pretty much doubled the price of the room from the starting price, but still not a bad price for what you get.

- ana (10/5): - Stayed during winter storm. Mom had surgery at nearby hospital. Was walkable despite the snow. Great having the kitchen...really came in handy given the weather. Well appointed unit. Would highly recommend. There are some homeless nearby, but still felt safe.
- Antonio (6/5): booted if you don't make it during office hours - I arrived to the property after closing hours of the office. So I followed the instructions that were sent to my email. I parked in the 20 minute free parking space, I got my keys and parking pass from the locker. I immediately put the parking pass in my rear view mirror. I moved my vehicle. Then I went up to my rented apartment. When I got inside, I proceeded to follow the instructions left on the island in the kitchen. I put all my vehicles information on the website and then submitted my information. After that me and my son headed out to get more belongings out of the car. As we approached the car, a guy was booting it. I explained to him that I have a parking pass in the rear view mirror, and I also had one in my hand. He goes and checks his phone and says my vehicle is not in the system. I told him I just put my information in. And then I told him what's the purpose of a parking pass if I'm still getting booted. He then goes in his phone and says that particular parking pass is not in our system. So I explained I wouldn't have these keys if the establishment didn't provide them. Then he tells me to take it up with the property. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off. I had to wait until Monday to plead my case with the property. They told me I would get a refund. And I have yet to receive it. One of the main reasons I chose this property was bc of free parking. And I still ended paying the price. I very disappointed with that whole experience. Other than that

- Veronica (8/5): - The property is absolutely safe. My son and I stayed there for about 3 weeks for a local summer camp at a college. We brought an air mattress for him. There are minimal towels provided and we did not receive the request when we asked for extras so I would plan to bring what you need if you have an extended stay. Everything was walking distance except for grocery and things were very quiet. The laundry facilities on-site are subpar and priced higher than other local facilities. The location is super convenient and I just wish we were notified there was construction going on nearby. Overall great spot.

The studio was clean and comfortable save for some dust here and there. The parking is plentiful as well. My only problem was that there were quite a few stairs that I was unaware of when booking. You may need to reach out to the company directly if you're looking for something on the ground floor.

Only one mirror in the bathroom and a floor mirror in the hall so if several women this could be an issue. Walking distance to food and metro which was convenient. If needed to stay in this area again would go back. Definitely worth the cost.

I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost. Oh yeah, my car got booted because I thought that I parked in P1 but it was just the first floor of the garage. I couldn’t find the lockbox which is in a separate room so it took me a while to get my key. I requested to check out late the day before my check out I didn’t get a response until the next day and so when I was trying to leave, he saw me in the hallway with some of my stuff and from there he asked me for the key so since I was checking out late, of course I gave him the key thinking I could continue to remove my stuff my room. Then he said that he didn’t have all the keys. I told him I had to get the key from my son and he said well he will hold onto my belongings until he until I get the key which is unlawful. He cannot do that. So if you choose to stay here just know that Michaelis the property manager that did this.

The stay was good with the kitchen facilities adequate for cooking, except the lack of a kettle for water boiling. The coffee machine is just too small and inadequately heated to boil the water to reach boiling point, hence often cause stomach problem. We later switch to boil water using pan but the odour left from food making renders strange taste!

Off-street parking in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

- Susan E (6/5): Online check-in was a hassel. - The apartment was in the heart of Buckhead/Peachtree/downtown Atlanta. There were plenty of restaurants Nd shops nearby with easy access to interstate 75. The location next to a somewhat busy street so the traffic noise was apparent. This accommodation reminded me of a motel off a highway. The accommodation was clean. Checking in was a complete hassel. Checking in is completely on-line and initially very lengthy. I attempted to check-in 9 (nine) attempts. I d sad like with the Concierge over the phone a few times before it was decided they check me in online themselves. I was supposedly sent an email after finally checking in. I never got it. The Concierge ended up texting me my door code and gave me directions to the apartment over the phone. When I arrived my code did not work. It was discovered I was given the wrong apartment number (typo). The Concierge did meet me at the apartment to let me in. The Concierge was always within a phone call away and always happy to assist.

It's very nice cozy and small place, but over all it fit the purpose and I was pleasantly please. Would I booked this again, most certainly. I do enjoy cooking so this was definitely a plus to have the cooking facilities in the room. Tight bathroom though. NYC visited

- Rachel (6/5): Adequate, worn down, and poorly lit - I was surprised that this studio had such high reviews. The inside of this studio was pretty nice, but there were a number of things that made it an unpleasant stay. 1. It is not clear from the pictures that this is a motel-like layout with the door to the unit opening into the dark back yard. ("Yard" is a little generous.) My unit was in the back corner of a two-building property and opened into a field of weeds. I had to walk up several sets of stairs behind two buildings to get there, and it was pretty dark. As a woman traveling solo, I felt unsafe. 2. The deadbolt on my room door did not work, which added to my feelings of discomfort. 3. The studio was extremely humid, and the window, doors, and door jambs inside of the bathroom were rusty. 4. The linens and towels were clean but very old and seemed generally dingy. 5. The refrigerator was so loud it sounded like an elephant and woke me up every hour. I had to unplug it my second night. 6. I thought the pillows were really uncomfortable. That said, the place was very clean when I got there and was fully stocked with everything I needed. It wasn't a terrible place to stay, but with a rating of 8.8, I expected much more.
- Thomas (8/5): Amazing Location. Strange Rules. - We stayed for three nights in two room. The check in process was super clear and easy. The bathrooms are a little out of date, but they were clean (you need to bring your own shampoo if you're staying a long time because they don't restock). The main advantage of this place is location. You're literally a 5 minute drive from downtown Atlanta and positioned in walking distance of several good restaurants in Buckhead. The only downside is the bevy of unusual rules you have to follow. Stain the towels when taking off your makeup? There's a fee for that. Forget to take out the trash before you leave? There's a fee for that. Take the shampoo with you when you leave? Another fee. Forget to wash the dishes? Fee. They should invest in a proper cleaning / restocking service if they're going to list their property on Hotels.com.

It was clean and just what I needed for convenience back and forth to the Shepherd’s Center where my son was.

- Colleen (8/5): Good but not great - Although I was comfortable, the price was fair and location & access was very convenient, I’m not sure I would stay here again. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to love the apartment. Since there is no onsite management, there is a bit of a delay in getting answers to your questions. For example, there were detailed instructions (along with a LOT of very specific rules repeated multiple times) on how to use the television yet they were incorrect. There was no signal and therefore, the TV was in operable. I called at 9 PM after I checked in and didn’t receive an answer until 6 PM the next night. I never did get the TV to work. Also, the air-conditioning was not the best and, although I appreciate the need to be environmentally conscientious, providing one small single use body wash for 2 days is inadequate. And you must use scissors to open it – hardly convenient when you’re already in the shower.

Turns out it was close my own old neighborhood so it was a great stay for me. Access to good food and shopping including a few old standbys that are still around from the 80’s and 90’s. Felt like my own studio, I loved it. Do take extra towels and essentials if staying more than 2-3 days.

The room appeared to be clean but the bathroom floor tile grout was so stained that I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. While the room's furniture and fixtures are updated, the bathroom is not, and therefore, the stained grout from many years of use. The people I dealt with via email regarding my booking were very responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.
