Room smelled like urine, like someone had peed on the bed. Also, there was a smear on the ceiling above the bed that looked like a blood stain. Also, while not as important, the concrete all along the porches outside was poorly patched, so it was rough and easy to trip, slip on.

They may have put newer carpet down, but that was about it. They moved me to a different room, but I checked out the next day as it was too dirty and disgusting to stay there.

The bathtub was dirty and looked very dingy.

We stayed at this facility a year ago and were very pleased, hence our choice to return. That probably will not happen again.

Dirty and moldy in places. We didn't even bring in our luggage. We was in late so we stayed but I would not recommend this place unless there was nothing else available.

There were also patches of black mildew near the tub. The beds were hard, and there was a cigarette burn hole in the top of one of the sheets.Walking inside the main hallway from the lobby to the rooms, the carpeting looked awful, with numerous large stains. It really needs to be cleaned thoroughly, or replaced.That alone would make the inn look so much nicer. Because of a late check-in, we did not know that breakfast ended at 9:15, which is a very odd time, and was disappointing. Our party was going to swim in the morning, but the pool was locked for the season (even though the days are still warm), and looked very dirty. The staffmember handling check-outs was very pleasant. The property is near the Kittery outlet shopping area and felt safe. Great proximity to I-95.

The parking was very accessible bc it was right in front of our door. The room needs to be updated; the bedding and towels need to be replaced with new ones; the fitted sheet had the little balls that aren’t too comfortable to lay on, and the towels, although they may be clean, they don’t look white anymore, and they’re rough on the skin. The restroom facilities such as the tub and tile around the tub are rusty and not clean looking.

The air quality in the room was poor and the a/c unit & refrigerator were the loudest I've ever experienced. I literally had to sleep with a pillow covering my ears. The desk staff were pleasant enough, though. Check-in and out were easy. But I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.
