Guest Reviews
- Peyton (1/5): Walked in to the room and immediately walked out. Was in room less than 5 minutes it was disgusting - Nothing. I’d like a refund. It was infested with roaches, two spiders, and bugs in the bed.
- Jeanette (2/5): - Do not stay here!! First I booked through Expedia but when I arrived the front desk person charged me again AFTER I showed my receipt. She didn’t tell me she charged me I looked at my bank after the fact then went down to show her she charged me and didn’t tell me. I stayed a week ago and I’m still trying to contact someone to just get my refund for the fraud double charge.
I also noticed the doors do not properly lock. They removed all the deadbolts so it’s just the keycard lock. I checked out before I even spent the night because there were men who seemed to actually live there, they had old posters in their window which seemed weathered. I did not feel safe once they catcalled me and were staring at my room when I would leave. I addressed this with the front desk and they did NOTHING to help. Do not stay here!
- Pat (4/5): - The property is very old and bathroom toilet barely flush, you have to wait 30-45 before you can flush again! It says breakfast included but when I got there they said no breakfast! Will not come back again in the future 😢
- Otis (8/5): Very good - N/a That the HDMI didn't work on the tv that was in my room
- Escareno (1/5): Bad -
- JERRY (6/5): - Not as advertised on the internet.
- Craig (8/5): - Nice experience
- Diane (1/5): Bad -
- Andrew (8/5): Price is good for the room - Was surprised, pleasantly, the rooms are fairly large. Next door is a large buffet, we checked in super late, (after midnight) it was below 32 degrees. So, we had to check in outside, it was locked for safety, which I understand. The man who checked us in was pleasant, absolutely no issues. The room was clean and large. No, coffee, which because of checking in so early and leaving early would have been nice, but overall not bad for the price. We would stay again if we're ever around that area
- Mary (10/5): - The staff was great
- Kelly (8/5): Worked for what I needed - Close to where I needed to be Older, little run down
- stevebL9415HH (2/5): Worst ever. - This place is nightmare fuel, on fire, bugs, people with illegal 'jobs' all over the place doing nefarious things. I would never stay at a Days Inn, or Wyndham associated facility for the rest of my natural born life. I can't even disclose how bad it is there, my reviews keep getting rejected despite not using disparaging language.
- Marjorie (2/5): Do not stay here - The room was clean but the outside was so dirty and dark a bit scary. There was supposed to be breakfast but none available. Dark and dirty
- Lorna (2/5): -
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The experience was nothing short of terrible.
First, the security of the room was a major concern. The door lock was completely busted, making it feel unsafe from the start. Adding to the discomfort, the guest in the neighboring room appeared to be engaging in questionable activities, and it was clear that this was not a safe environment for anyone.
The room itself was in deplorable condition. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in days, with visible grime and substances on the bathroom walls that were truly unsettling. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.
To make matters worse, the hotel looked absolutely nothing like the photos online. The actual condition of the property was far more rundown than advertised, which felt deceptive.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Safety, cleanliness, and honesty are basic expectations for any establishment, and this hotel failed on every level. My advice: avoid this place at all costs.
- justin (2/5): - The past several different nights i have stayed here every single room has had roaches in it, the last time i stayed i opened the door to leave for work in the morning a whole buch scattered every where from the door,
- Tamara (4/5): I will go back for the convenience - The rooms were very spacious and full kitchen with large fridge. The room had not been swept. The tv was small and they lied about free breakfast.
- Dianna (2/5): - Worst I have ever experienced
- Laura (2/5): - I didn't like the fact that there was people just hanging around outside by your car all night long trying to sell you drugs! The room was very nasty and I had the vibe that someone had died in our room. It was NOT homie feeling and everything was dirty!!
- Bonnie (4/5): - I needed a reasonable room at the last minute the room, bed and bathroom were clean with new floors however the fan in the bathroom was filthy with lint falling on our heads and I was very disappointed to find out there was no breakfast in the morning which the ad says there was one. This is the main reason I picked this motel.
- Mylinda (10/5): - The staff are awesome , i wouldn't have stayed if it hadn't been for them. The place is nice during the day. But sketchy at night , but i dont mind that so if you dont either then this place is for you.
- Tay (1/5): Nasty never again - I left I did not stay Bugs crawling all over the beds and pillows and condoms wrappers all outside
- Sorensen (2/5): Very poor -
- grovegina991 (10/5): Days inn NW expressway - Very nice clean friendly place to stay I give it 100 out of 10 that good workers are so nice always smiling with a kind word
- Brian (4/5): Slum - This hotel felt like it was a drug facility and also had a prostitution ring working there.
- Leann (4/5): On our next trip we will look for another place to stay. - The convince of being able to park at your room door- a lot of shopping, restaurants in the area. We had a very strong feeling that the back of the hotel (Just down from our room) was being run as a pay as you go or weekly pay stay, a lot of foot traffic around our room/parking lot. The first room that was given to us was in the back of the motel down a long dark corridor with trash, dirty diapers and not so pleasant smells we refused that room basically for our safety and was given another room which was adequate it was clean I'm not sure this establishment offered things like room service but If so It would have been nice to have clean towels or our trash taken out since it was a 3 night stay. We were also approached in front of our room from someone wanting a cigarette and another fella wanting to store his bike and sleep in the back of our truck on our Saturday night stay. I guess our first indication of disappointment should have been the 2 folded blankets and pair of boots laying in the middle of the parking spot just by our second room. It also struck us as odd that a Days Inn with as many rooms as this one seem to have had very few cars in the parking lot (at all times) other than the 5 or so cars that seem too "live" there! I also should mention that we made this reservation 3 weeks in advance knowing there was a large event going on in that area, so we knew there were very few options for us to try and find another room at that late notice! This place could be a very nice experience a lot of rooms with a great location! We have stayed at a lot of Days Inn on our travels and sadly to say this was a bit of a disappointment!
- Otis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holland (1/5): Bad choice - We wanted a downstairs room cause we wanted to watch motorcycle we rode here and was told there was no empty rooms but there was plenty empty
- Nugier (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (3/5): it was just a place to sleep - This was close to my location. No breakfast no phone no light bulbs
- Fred (2/5): - Got to the location and it was nothing like it said it was no breakfast no pool and the location was fulthey let alone the room smelled like ash and ass stans on the bed burn holes and bleached beadeding and difficult staff
- Verified traveler (2/5): NOT HAPPY - Horrible, this is the worst hotel experience we have ever had! No swimming pool, no breakfast and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and there was a cigarette butt on the floor and cigarette burn holes in the bedspread!!
- Jacob (2/5): - The room was musty and sickening. When i tried to plug in a lamp 30 plus roaches exploded out and ran all over the room. It was disgusting and a danger to my health. The level of infestation and smell was not just a few weeks, or months of neglect. It showed years of neglect and unconcern for the health of people. Profit over health. Expedia should be ashamed to associate with this hotel.
- Frank (2/5): - My room was filthy. I have some sort of flea bed bug bites all over. (I took pictures) the inside of the mini fridge was cover in red liquid and smelled. I didn’t event want to shower in there.i left the minute the sun rose.
- Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aree (5/5): Passable -
- Domoinque (2/5): Just bad - When I got the room it was a smoking room with no ask tray ( I smoked outside just didn’t want to feel weird lighting it inside) no ice bucket and bugs galore. I bought a pizza and ate 2 slices when I turned off the light to try to go to sleep I got back up 30 minutes later to use the restroom and the box was full of roaches all over the pizza so I had to throw it away and I left after that. I booked the room for 3 days and stayed in it for 5 hrs I couldn’t get a refund so I just got a room somewhere else .
- Susan (4/5): - They advertised breakfast and a pool, neither of which was available. In addition, the door lock was iffy and the neighborhood wasn’t as safe as expected. The room had an odor. I do not recommend this property.
- blumba459032 (2/5): Find a better place to stay. - No breakfast and not clean. Noisy location. Staff was friendly, but not to interested in making it better. Others were complaining also.
- Jarod (8/5): just a quick overnight, but we werent disappointed in the stay. - neighborhood isnt the best, but for an inexpensive hotel it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was good bed was hard, not enough pillows.
- Susan (2/5): - This property was disgusting, from the lobby, to the parking lot, and the rooms. The room was filthy. Comforters had cigarette burns, sheets and towels were stained and we found ashes on the floor in our room which was non smoking. Would never in a million years stay here again. Also people outside yelling about stabbing each other.
- Shannon (1/5): Bad - Roaches everywhere! Changed rooms twice. Don’t get a smoking room they are crawling w roaches!!! Facilities are old and worn down, pool closed no breakfast at all, beds are like a wooden springboard, like old af. The only good thing about the third room we stayed in that night, was the chair next to the bed ❤️😊 other than that the dog next door barked all night and morning!!! 🤬😴🤕
- Pam (1/5): Bad -
- Nikki (8/5): Very good -
- Monique (2/5): Worst trip for a funeral ever! - We stayed for 3 nights for a death in the family. We got in at 130am the first night and showered. At 4pm the next day when asked for clean towels we were told they would be brought to us (room hadn't been cleaned and no towels) my husband showered with a dirty towel of ours so we could do to urgent care to get staples. Got back room was never cleaned. We were given dyresh towels only after I handed them the dirty ones from first night. Not one day did they come tidy the room or clean up the trash. We were only given clean towels ONE TIME for a 3 NIGHT stay!!!
Also was advertised to have complimentary breakfast items on both hotels.com and their actual website. There were ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKFAST ITEMS! This was a factor we specifically considered when planning the trip and our finances for the trip.
- Justin (2/5): Terrible - Terrible. First room no microwave, second large white body fluid stain on chair, thurd room toilet broken, no water to toilet. 4th room good but the person above moved furniture, wheeled back and forth in desk chair paced back and forth all night. Very loud and got no sleep. On Sunday they found rstcsaid we'd have to move to our 5th room but instead moved the people above us that were so noisy.
- Jen (4/5): - Staff was rude. Rooms were extremely run down and dirty
- Ashleigh (4/5): - The staff entered the room at 9 am while we were still asleep & rushed us out. Check out was at 11.
- Aibertunia (1/5): Bad - Thre is nothing good I regret spending a night there
- Travis (2/5): - There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The property was very dirty. The rooms smelled of smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. The smell of marijuana was very pervasive.
- Brenton (2/5): - By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No water to the toilet. No hot water in the shower. Door has gaps all the way around it. Used condoms laying on the side walk. Very horrible hotel.
- Patrice (10/5): - Always nice
- James (8/5): - I like it it was nice
- Terri (2/5): WORST STAY EVER - This was the worst room i have ever stayed in. There was NO TOILET PAPER IN MY BATHROOM, i went & bought my own. The sheets were stained, the bed cover had cigarette burns all over it. The lights were broken & just hanging ther, the paint where the sink is was coming off the wall. The second night i was there i seen coach roaches crawling on my floor which i killed. This hotel REALLY NEEDS A MAKE OVER. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
- José Pedro (2/5): - Staff not friendly. And. No breakfast and no swimming pool. In the app Say. Free breakfast and swimming pool. And non of those are .working
- Jeffrey (2/5): - The room smell like smoking when first checking in. Had to plug a/c unit in. The output for bathroom didn't work. One of the lamps had a missing light bulb. Some kids were knocking on door 3 times thru out the night
- Althea (6/5): - It was an average almost poor stay people arguing and fighting all night it was lots of running and shouting and a few weird humans just lurking around
- Tunebabi (6/5): - Eh not to bad
- Patrice (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (5/5): Passable -
- Mercedes (2/5): - Rude staff, roaches, no heat in the room sink leaking to point of constant puddle.
- Shyla (10/5): i was overall satisfied with my stay the employees were rude as always and over charged my card - it was quiet and i got a lot of rest it was clean i saw one roach and my card was over charged
- Mercedes (6/5): - They do not offer breakfast, but it's listed that they do.. don't clean a spill or they'll tell you to wash the room towels
- Tracy (3/5): Poor -
- LIYUN (8/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Meeks (9/5): Superb -
- Zoua (2/5): - Will never ever be back
- Patrice (10/5): - 😊
- Blaine (2/5): - BEWARE! BED BUGS! ROACHES! UNSANITARY ROOMS! AVOID!
I booked this hotel through Expedia and checked in on the evening of November 22nd, 2023. The room seemed dirty and the smoke detector was broken where there were just some wires hanging down. I used the bathroom and noticed ROACHES on the ground. This alarmed me, so I checked the bed for BED BUGS. A couple fell onto the floor. I have shared photos and video of them here. I lifted up the mattress and was greeted by a DIRTY USED DRUG SYRINGE and TOURNIQUET under the mattress with BED BUGS crawling by it. At this point I was totally disgusted and just wanted to leave. I informed the front desk and the lady would not refund me and make it right with me. I took my complaint to Expedia and they were unable to immediately make it right with me either and are having to escalate the matter to Wyndham. I've had two previous, unrelated problems with Wyndham hotels in two other cities (2017 and early 2023), so I'm not confident Wyndham will make this right either. I hope Expedia figures out how to refund me. Definitely AVOID this Days Inn Hotel as well as anything related to Wyndham, because they will not make legitimate concerns right, even with proof. I understand a "no refunds" policy for personal reasons, but an UNACCEPTABLE, UNSANITARY ROOM with ROACHES, BED BUGS, and USED HAZARDOUS SYRINGES should be an exception to this. I hadn't even got in the bed there, yet after I left the hotel,I discovered a BED BUG CRAWLING ON MY LEG
- Jodi (2/5): The whole experience was sketchy at best - It did not start until 8:30 - way to late for working people When we went to check in, they do not want you to enter the lobby but rather check in through a little transaction window while you stand outside. On top of taking my credit card they wanted a $50 cash, refundable deposit. The location is sketchy, at best. People walking around all night long, standing outside by the cars - who did not appear to be staying at the hotel or have any connection to the hotel.
- Abdul (2/5): Worst place Ive ever seen. - Was very disgusting, roaches in the room on the bed. They dont clean what so ever. Service bad.
- James (2/5): - The door was locked and had to call the hotel to geto someone to let me in. The place had an uncomfortable feel. There were no towels in my room. It was not a good experience.
- Patrice (8/5): Very good -
- Patrice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meeks (8/5): Very good - The room was clean maybe a iron could be available. Alittle on the loud side, other guest
- Cathy (1/5): For the price should have been a lot cheaper and more reliable - Bedding strained and cockroaches everywhere microwave makes a bad noise loud screaming every night very scary Nothing
- Paul (2/5): - Property was cringeworthy in terms of D-I-R-T-Y. I found hair inside the sheets, cigarette burns in the bedspread, and dead insects within the room.
- Jerry (9/5): Superb -
- Michele (1/5): Bad - First, there were homeless people right outside our door. Before bringing our luggage into the room, I immediately checked the bed. There was hair on the sheets and the fitted sheet was covered in black spots. We immediately tried to call the office but the phone didnt work. We just got back in the car and drove around to the office and demanded a refund.
- Nicolae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Atila (8/5): Very good -
- Shayla (2/5): - Several dead crickets in our room, loud surroundings (people yelling outside the room all hours of the night), rude afternoon staff, cigarette holes in our sheets, dirty towels (stained) and filthy room.
- Sheila (2/5): Don’t book this hotel! - Dirty. Sketchy people roaming around property. Dog poop by door and lots of trash on grounds around property. Door had big gap. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Toilet was wobbly. We were told breakfast was open at 7am. Door was locked and no one there at 7:15.
- Mac (1/5): Bad - Nothing All
- Mac (1/5): Bad - The staff and room
- Lorenthia (1/5): Bad -
- Karen (4/5): Very disappointing - Graffiti on walls, not clean, bed and pillows uncomfortable, noise from upstairs could hear wvery little movement.
- Grover (4/5): Disappointing -
- Christopher (1/5): Don't stay here! - It was clean inside. There were crackheads running around and arguing in the parking lot all night.
- Emma (2/5): - We will Not ever stay here the area was not safe. There was alot of people outside shouting, fighting and being rude.
The bathroom sink was clogged the toilet didn’t flush … terrible experience!
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Diane (8/5): Very good - Big room & very comfortable bed Got a smoking room but no ashtray. I was surprised the room cost $10 more on a Sunday night than on Friday night & it was the same room
- James (6/5): Its ok. - Nothing special. It worked for sleep. That is all I really needed.
- graciela (2/5): - The property was dirty
- Víctor (2/5): - Room was not very clean and bed had bedbugs.
- davidlS6230BO (2/5): Drop the Wyndham name. Embarrassing for Wyndham - As a former Wyndham employee of 18 years…..Wyndham needs to remove their name from this hotel. Does NOT meet standards. Condom wrapper in the trash can upon checkin, no hot water at the sink, bread and only four small muffins on the breakfast. Juice machine did not work. Room are lacking much needed maintenance on the A/C units has not been done. Property needs MUCH work!!
- Isaiah (10/5): - Quick and friendly
- Yeager (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (2/5): - The checkin was terrible. I had to stand outside for an hour because of something tgl
- Antwon (9/5): Superb -
