Pero, mala experiencia al hospedarme - Desayuno La calidad de servicio de la persona encargada del check in, nada servicial, no daba información y se desentendió por haber separado desde al app, solo decía que vuera todo desde el app, NADA SERVICIAL. Nunca me informó que la habitación solo era de varones y nunca guió al respecto. Simplemente TUVE QUE seguir con el hospedaje porque ustedes como Booking igual me iban a COBRAR Que las habitaciones compartidas no estuvieran a un 100%, no funcionaban los enchufes, por supuesto que presioné los botones de activar la corriente, pero no funcionó Que los lockers no cierren Que el baño común esté muy mojado

lauranne (3/5): - The location is great. The bed was good. My experience with Naia was disappointing overall. I had requested an airport pick-up in advance, but it was never arranged. As a solo travaller this was not how I envisaged my arrival in Lima. During my short stay, my key card stopped working and a technicien had to fix this. Moreover, they put me in room 411 (a standard room with private bathroom), which had a (locked) connecting door to another room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor, and I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversations. On the last night, they were partying/laughing loudly until 2:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the room did not look nearly as nice as it appeared in the online photos. It clearly needed a renovation (especially the bathroom). Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet my expectations, and it ended up being a bad experience.

Super Frühstück! Beste Lage! Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu deponieren! Stylisch Nettes Und aufmerksames Personal Standard Zimmer ohne Fenster und Fön Flur je nach Stockwerk und den anderen Gästen und deren Verhalten zum Teil laut. Deluxe Zimmer oben ruhig!!

Fui com minha mãe e fizemos um passeio que saía de madrugada e disponibilizaram um lanchinho que estava com capricho de mãe p/ filho. AMAMOS! Voltaria novamente e SUPER recomendo! O único contra é que o café da manhã fica em outro prédio, o que pra quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade, pode atrapalhar. O que não foi o meu caso.

Harjan (6/5): Niet kunnen douche in eigen badkamer - De leuke inrichting van de centrale ruimtes en de algemene keuken. De waterdruk in de douche op de 13e versieping was zeer laag. Zo laag zelfs dat het warme water niet eens voldoende gekoeld kon worden met het koude water en dat de douche alleen maar druppelde, in plaats van echt douchte. Zeker gezien de regendouchekop, die suggereert dat er een lekkere straal uit de douche komt, was dit een enorme tegenvaller. Uiteindelijk heb ik moeten douchen in de algemene doucheruimte, die bovendien vies, terwijl ik wel de prijs van een kamer met eigen badkamer heb moeten betalen.

It was loud due to construction, the plumbing was not good the shower drain was plugged and took hours to finally drain, the toilets barley flushed and the staff did not seem interested in a answering any questions. No air conditioning in my room which made it really hot.

Nosotras éramos 4 personas, las camas individuales bien pero la litera, sobre todo la zona de arriba es difícil de acceder. Para el último día pedimos el desayuno que teníamos incluido para llevar, tanto en persona como por WhatsApp, y no nos lo prepararon. Aún siendo error suyo y teniendo los mensajes del día anterior, nos ofrecieron ninguna solución/compensación.
RUTH (6/5): Suelo sucio - El tamaño de la habitación de dos camas dobles. El desayuno está muy bien. Agua caliente muy caliente. No habían limpiado el suelo de la habitación ni lo limpiaron al día siguiente. Estaba tan su io que se pusieron negras las zapatillas. Mucho calor. Aunque hay un ventilador, hace mucho ruido y no se puede dormir con él. Las ventanas son una hoja de cristal que no quitan el ruido.

Súper bien en ese sentido Me quedé en una habitación no compartida en un edificio colindante al hotel principal, lamentablemente justo en el piso de arriba estaban reparando o haciendo arreglos, y era muy desagradable, ya que el ruido era demasiado fuerte, si bien el hotel brindó disculpas al momento de ingresar, era muy desagradable… quizás haber considerado esto… Debo añadir además que no sé si fue producto de los arreglos pero, encontré una cucaracha viva en la habitación, eso igual me generó mucha inseguridad, pero creo que fue algo puntual, por qué no volvió a suceder

Claudio (8/5): Encuentras todo en NAIA - Me gustó mucho. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia: camas confortables, espacios cómodos, rico desayuno, cafetería , bar , etc. En la habitación para 4 deberían haber lockers donde dejar bolsos con candados, ya que el espacio da para aquello.

Desde el personal que te recibe en la entrada hasta los recepcionistas que te prestan la tarjeta para que uses el transporte público y los chicos del bar, todo excelente. La limpieza, la comida, la comodidad, habitación súper espaciosa y sobre todo la ubicación. La habitación era un tanto calurosa.

Rene (8/5): - Der Stil des Hotels war super. Das Personal sehr nett. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Love Park und Kennedy Park in Laufweite. Für den Rest kann man unkompliziert ein Uber nutzen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer könnten mal wieder überholt werden

Alexia (10/5): Perfect stay in Lima - The staff was very kind and helpful. Perfect room, location and on top of that a really great breakfast. The general vibe of the hotel was very cosy and it felt local.
Michelle (10/5): Nice private room in a hostel - Comfortable air conditioned room in building a few metres down the road. We had dinner from the pizza stand downstairs, which was thin, crispy and delicious. Was nice to have a welcome drink in the hostel bar.
