Nissim (1/5): - L’établissement ne prévient pas qu’il faut rendre la chambre à 10h du matin ( chose que je n’ai jamais vue c’est minimum 11 heures dans un hôtel ) à 10h03 qu’il fallait quitter la chambre et à 10h20, j’étais en bas à la réception, et ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient me facturer les 20 minutes de retard et qu’ils allaient les débiter directement de la caution de 200 € qu’ils prélève à la réception de la chambre Je trouve ça, inadmissible moi qui fait des hôtels tous les week-ends

Bérengère (9/5): Très agréable résidence dans un cadre calme et assez verdoyant - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre spacieux et tellement calme. Nous avons logé dans un véritable appartement doté d'une vraie chambre et d'une grande pièce à vivre où nous pouvions aussi bien travailler que dîner. Le bâtiment choisi ne donnait pas sur la rue donc nous étions vraiment au calme. La salle de douche pourrait être modernisée et le lavabo mieux entretenu car l'écoulement était difficile

Nadia (4/5): Séjour très décevant en raison d’un personnel désagréable et d’un manque de professionnalisme. - Personnel désagréable durant notre séjour. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre, puis le lendemain on nous a demandé d’en changer car ils s’étaient trompés. On nous a même demandé de payer un supplément si nous souhaitions garder la première chambre, ce qui est inacceptable étant donné que l’erreur venait de l’hôtel. Nous avons donc accepté une chambre plus petite. Par la suite, le personnel est revenu pour nous faire des remarques en disant que nous avions sali la chambre en une seule nuit. Avec trois enfants, il est normal qu’une chambre ne reste pas parfaitement comme à l’arrivée. De plus, la chambre n’était pas sale, seulement quelques papiers dans un coin, ce qui ne justifie pas leurs remarques. Expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Andras (10/5): - It is a great place to stay when you visit Paris. It is about 15mins walk from the subway in a charming suburban area. The staff is friendly the apartment is clean and confortable. The gym is flawless. Many restaurants, supermarkets are nearby.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful. We are seniors so we ended up taking ubers into Paris which became pricey. But, the rr and metro are only 20 minutes walk away. Nothing!

EDO (9/5): - Ottimo residence a 10 minuti a piedi circa dalla stazione metro Chateau de vincennes che permette di arrivare direttamente nel centro di Parigi senza cambi (linea 1). Appartamenti nuovi e puliti e personale gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo per chi arriva in macchina al prezzo di 15 euro al giorno. Consigliato.

Annegret (10/5): Eine super tolle Unterkunft - Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Kmgebung, sauber, gepflegt und sicher. Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Mit der Metro in 20 min in die Stadt. Der Fitnessraum hat auch allen gefallen und die Schlafcouch war bequem.

Personal bei Anfrage zu Late Check-Out zu 11 Uhr unfreundlich und ablehnend, obwohl ein Gast zwei Tage zuvor dafür 10 Euro gezahlt hat. Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, teils kaputt. Dreckige Fußmatten, stinkende Toilette, unbequemes Klappbett, Fön Katastrophe. Wurde beim Check-out gefragt, ob ich wirklich gezahlt hätte, da man die Zahlung nicht gesehen hätte.

Leny (10/5): Geweldig - De accommodatie was superschoon. Het matras niet te hard en niet te zacht. De keuken met magnetron en oven was zeer compleet; zelfs aan ovenwanten was gedacht. De badkamer was ruim en handig ingedeeld. Kortom uitstekend dus. Ik kan niks bedenken.

L'environnement est calme et malgré une procédure d'arrivée un peu longue on accède à la chambre Dans la salle de douche il y a une odeur très dérangeante de canalisation qui remontent, très incommodante. Les fournitures type sopalin, mouchoirs et papiers toilettes pourraient être modifiées pour plus de confort des utilisateurs (aspect écologique certes mais au détriment du confort) A bien noter lors de la réservation qu'une caution de 200euros est retenue le temps du séjour (indiqué dans les conditions de location)

Heiner (9/5): Ruhig, alles notwendige vorhanden - Das Apartment mit 53 m2 und Balkon war toll für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Personal versucht auch für Gäste die nicht perfekt Englisch sprechen alles sehr langsam in einfachen Sätzen zu erklären. In die hoteleigene Tiefgarage kommt man leider nur mit einem Fahrzeug unter 180 cm Höhe. Also müssten wir unser Auto 1 km weiter weg in der Tiefgarage eines anderen Hotels parken.
