• TAKESHI (4/5): 反社ポスターは悪印象。🔪 - 大浴場は良い。 ようやく再開業にこぎ着けたのは大変だっただと思います。少ない従業員でよく回していると思います。 部屋の調度品など、寛げる感じではない。ベッド、ソファなど高さがおかしい。ソファなどはシーツをめくると大変な様相だった。 ★反社組織の映画ポスターは感じが悪い。これ他のリブマックスにも貼ってあって、ゲストにガンをつけてきます。反社とのつながりがなければ外すべき。

• Setsuko (6/5): 大勢で泊まるには，便利で良かった。スタッフさんもみんな感じ良かった。 - 部屋が広くて、室内のお風呂が温泉水であること。とても気持ちよかったです。 残念だったのは、和室の敷布団があまりにも薄くて体が痛くなること。マットレスが欲しいです。孫は掛け布団も下に敷いてシーツをかけて寝ました。

• 正代 (8/5): - 部屋がとても広く、寝室のベッドも寝心地が良かったです。部屋にもお風呂はありましたが、地下にある温泉が気持ち良かったです。サウナは、アロマの香りに癒されました。ジェットバスは、水深が1,2メートルと深く水流も早いので大人でも危険な感じで、孫達は入れず残念がってました。 トータル的には、満足だったのでまた機会があったら利用したいです。 お世話になりました。
• JUNKO (7/5): 車があればロケーションの不便さは問題なく満足なステイ - ミニキッチンに電子レンジがあるのと、洗濯乾燥機が室内にある点、リビングルームにソファもある点 禁煙と喫煙の部屋の区別がなく、タバコ臭に悩まされました リセッシュスプレーを借りようと電話をしてもフロントに繋がらず、フロントに取りに行きました バスタオルなど部屋に置いてなかったのですが、フロント脇から自分で持っていく形のようで、その説明もありませんでした 部屋着や浴衣（パジャマ）の用意はなく、キッチンにお皿やカトラリーもありません キッチンを使う予定の場合にはナイフや紙皿、ハサミなど持参が必要になるので、その事がホームページに書いてあると親切だと思います 洗濯洗剤や食器洗い洗剤やスポンジもありません それでもビジネスホテルに比べたら部屋の広さ、室内の電子レンジや洗濯乾燥機など格段に素晴らしいです トイレの水漏れがありましたが、気にならない程度でした

• Garry (4/5): Good for a bed but not the advertised pool and spa facilities! - Space, price, free parking. If you need a bed in a spacious room that's reasonably priced then this place will do. We used it as a base for MotoGP. If you are looking for all the facilities like pools, slides, spas etc DO NOT BOOK!!! Dirty - needs a VERY good clean - my partner got sick from the dust. No crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided even though there is a kitchenette. Lounges are covered with clean sheets because they are stained! The property description is basically completely wrong and needs updating. Only the paragraph is right - Livemax Spa Resort offers suites with a living room, a kitchen and a washing machine. They are fitted with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and free wired internet, while the en suite bathroom comes with toiletries. There are NO restaurants, pools with slides, hot tubs, massages, amusement centre!!! Haven't been for years when you do some research after you've arrived!

With the 5D5N that we stayed there, nobody cleaned the room nor changed the towels nor empty the trash bins. There were no taxi around, even convenience store. I seldom saw the staff that when i needed someone to assist us, no one was in the front desk. We were not able to use the phone to call a taxi. Messages sent thru booking.com while we were there was not replied.

• Megrose (4/5): Not worth the money. - Space(64m2) and a free parking space. No housekeeping without additional fee, which was fine w/us. -The room was dusty and stuffy. Odd smell in the bath area and WC. It was obiously not renewed for many years; the curtains were ripped in the japanese style room, the sofas in the living room were terribly stained so they were covered by white bed linen. -The kitchen wasn't so clean and had only 4 glasses. No dishes nor forks, knives, no cooking utensils. Do we supposed to bring our pans and dishes? -There was no receptionist between 9pm till noon. We only saw a receptionist when we checked in. -Pity that Spa facilities and the restaurant were totally closed. Nothing to do in the area. -The room was rather noisy w/ highway in front of the terrace and there was smelly factory w/smokes in the view. -The towels were rather worn out, some stains. Bed linens were fine. You need to go serve yourselves at the reception area. We didn't have hot water for 1 day; they said they rembourse for that day.
• Shikataganai73 (8/5): Very good - Rooms were huge. There is a washer/dryer in the room. Airport bus stop is in front of the hotel. Room furniture, especially the couch is worn and stained. All dining, pool and spa are closed still since the COVID closures.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and Onsen only to be told at check in that all facilities were closed. The room was dirty, some of the future was old and in disrepair, the toilet was broken, and there were no towels or wash cloths in the room. There is no staff onsite from 9pm until after 10am, so late check in is not an option. We changed our stay to only one night and drove to a different city where we found a much nicer hotel with a working Onsen for less money. This is the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. We booked this hotel because of the pool and Onsen only to be told at check in that all facilities were closed. The room was dirty, some of the future was old and in disrepair, the toilet was broken, and there were no towels or wash cloths in the room. The sofas wet covered with bed sheets. The room was not clean. There is no staff onsite from 9pm until after 10am, so late check in is not an option. We changed our stay to only one night and drove to a different city where we found a much nicer hotel with a working Onsen for less money.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - コロナ禍で経営が厳しくメンテナンスが行き届かないのだと思います。部屋のお風呂の蛇口から出るはずの温泉の湯がタンクの故障とかで出なかったり、ウオシュレットの水が漏れたりしました。プールも点検？の日で使えませんでしたし、大浴場のカラン（蛇口）が何か所も壊れて使えませんでした。部屋は広くてソファーも大きくベッドの寝心地は良かったです。ミニキッチンと洗濯機は便利です。洗剤や食器、調理器具、紅茶、コーヒーなどは用意がないので持参です。地下の食堂のちょい飲みセットは安くて美味しかったです。レストランの生姜焼き定食とハンバーグセットも濃い目の味ですが安くて満足度が高いです。メンテナンスが行き届いてなくても以前より随分宿泊代が下がっていますし、（リピーターです）この宿泊施設は好きです。厳しい評価は、また利用したいのでメンテナンスの改善を願っての事です。

• YOSHIMI (6/5): 部屋は広くて満足 - 家族5人(中1,小5,0歳)で1泊しました。 子供2人がベッドへ、私達は布団に寝ましたが、敷布団がとても薄く畳に直接寝ているようでした。 浴室は広く温泉水も出ました。 赤ちゃんがいて大浴場には行けなかったので、良かったです。 でも、浴室のシャンプーなどが置いてある棚に髪の毛が落ちていたのはちょっと嫌でした。 ホテル内のプールは小さいながらも楽しめました。 ごはんはビュッフェスタイルのお店は営業していませんでしたが、別のお店で食べてとてもおいしかったです。 子供たちはまた泊まりたいと言っていました。 またこちらのほうに用があれば利用したいなと思います。
• Verified traveler (4/5): 待たされてばかりで残念でした。 - チェックインの受付時間が15時からなのに受け付けが、始まったのは15分も過ぎていました。それまで誰も出てこないので大勢の宿泊客が待ってました。人手不足過ぎなのか部屋に届けると言ったはずの領収書は来ないし…ようやく30分以上待って部屋に入ったところ、ベランダにあった灰皿にタバコの吸殻がたまっていたのにはがっかりしました。 レストランは閉じていたお部屋を開けていただきましたが、大変待たされ、料理がようやくバラバラにきてお箸もフォークやスプーンもなかなか来なくて、何度も取りに行きました。 翌日レストランに忘れ物をしてしまったことにチェックアウト時に気がつき守衛さんにその旨お伝えしたところ、鍵が開けられず9時半に来るはずなのにまだ来ないと言われ、忘れ物はあきらめました。10時がチェックアウトでも夜間から早朝は守衛さんだけの配置だったようです。 素泊まりで1人1万円と、決して安くないのに ただの貸し部屋なのでサービスは全くないです。時間にルーズなのは改善して欲しいです。 部屋のお風呂が温泉だったのはよかったところですが、大浴場が古くて残念でした。半露天風呂に夜間は照明がついてなくて真っ暗。ライトアップすれば古さをカバーするのに、こんなところを節約するのはいかがなものかと思いました。

• Verified traveler (10/5): ベリテンフェスで利用しました。 - ベリテンフェスの宿泊に利用させて頂きました。口コミにあるように広くて快適でした。寝室とリビング、キッチン、全自動洗濯機、レンジ、電気ポット、アメニティに、タオルセット、パジャマもあるので次回は荷物が少なくて大丈夫だなと思いました。 喫煙者ですが、キッチンに換気扇がついていてキッチンとリビングを仕切るドアもあるので一安心でした。チェックインがフェスの為に遅くなると連絡してあったのですが、確認の電話がきたのでアレ?っと思いましたがスタッフの方も優しかったです。フロントが2階でわかりづらいのと、トイレに手拭きタオルと、洗面台のそばにゴミ箱と、ベットの側にスマホを置ける台があったら嬉しいです。清掃や、家具についてはよっぽどのキレイ好きさんでなければ気にならないし、この金額でこのお部屋はすごいです。あ、お風呂に温泉が出るそうですが30分位だしておかないと温泉にならないそうなので使いませんでした。ドアは、カードキーのオートロックだし、宿泊者専用ドアもそのカードキーを持つ人しか開かないから安心です。インする時はサインが面倒くさいかなと思いましたが、帰りはカードキーを置くだけなんで楽チンでした。いつか、セレブになってこんなマンションの部屋に住みたいなぁ〜と、夢をみさせて頂きました。また泊まりに行って今回利用できなかったスパや、レストランを利用させて頂きたいです。長々すみません。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

• Verified traveler (4/5): ちょっと残念です。 - 翌日早朝に下野市内での予定がある為、近場で空いていたこちらのホテルを利用しました。チェックイン時の受付担当の方は非常に親切で良かったのですが、お部屋に入ってすぐに見えたソファーが全てシミだらけ、背もたれや肘置きの部分など穴が開いたまま、お風呂の扉や鏡など残念な状況でした。 近場に泊まれただけでも良かったと思えば良いのでしょうが、この様な状況で支払った額を考えると無駄に思ってしまいました。
• キャサリン (8/5): ついんりんくもてぎに近いので - 通常のホテルを希望している人には向かないけど、洗濯機があり、小さな台所がついているので長期滞在には向きますが、コンビニも遠く、車で全てを用意してくるなら、最適です。但し、掃除がホテルみたいにきれいでないので、蛇口の水垢などが気になります。次回泊まるときはオチケシクンもて行きます。
• Verified traveler (4/5): Dated rooms with no staff or other guests - We stayed here during MotoGP weekend at Motegi. While the hotel clean and safe, it had extremely dated decor/furniture and a very strange atmosphere. We didn't see anyone else at the hotel the first day, which gave it a very odd haunted feeling. If you are affected by aesthetics/design, you may find this hotel unnerving.
