Mai un cambio di asciugamani. Chiedono 1.000bath dí cauzione 😏I I proprietari della struttura asettici. Il prezzo troppo alto per quello che offrono.

• Romina (8/5): Buena ubicación, pero relación calidad-precio desequilibrada - Lo mejor es que está frente al mar y las vistas son lindas. Un punto a favor es el bar que tienen en lo alto (tipo casita del árbol), que está muy bien para pasar el rato y tiene buena panorámica. La ubicación es práctica: cerca de Haad Rin y del centro. A unos 5 minutos caminando tienes lo básico: un 7-Eleven, lavandería y lugares para comer. El restaurante del propio alojamiento cumple bien, la comida fue buena. Nos alojamos 5 días y no realizan el aseo de la habitación en ningún momento; faltó que pasaran al menos cada 2 o 3 días. En cuanto a la ropa de cama, solo había una sábana de base al colchón y una manta de polar pequeña; se echa de menos algo más delgado y acorde al tamaño de la cama.

• Alexandra (4/5): Not good ambassadors for Thailand - Liked it was on the beach Wasn’t made to feel welcome at all, the staff never smiled , they didn’t clean the room at all .. there was 1 towel and 1 hardly bigger than a flannel, they didn’t get changed either! The toilet paper was like tracing paper, so had to buy some, glad it was a 4 day stay , because no clean sheets or clean towel(s) no bottled water daily, no toilet paper … I’d never stay there again, was actually glad to leave … they need to up their game or employ someone that smiles and cleans the rooms , if they don’t want to do it, they shouldn’t be open for business…
• Gyorgy Vilmos (6/5): - Great location, easy access. Good size of room with plenty of space for our stuff. Comfy bed. We were allowed to check in early - a huge plus. A few cockroaches in the room, dead or alive. Sparks coming from the electric outlet while operating the microwave. Staff didn't speak English, so getting an extra blanket seemed a huge challenge. The hairdryer is mounted right behind the bed - no sense at all apart from falling to our heads two times during sleep. We checked out early, and even though we agreed the evening before, there was noone at the reception to get our deposit back (we got it back on PayPal later, but obviously lost cca 10% in fees)

• Маркова (10/5): Рекомендую во всех отношениях. - Отличное месторасположение - 15 минут пешком от Full Moon Beach, поэтому можно быть в центре событий, но при этом спать в тишине, 5 минут до фруктовой лавки, 3 минуты до 24 чаcа 7eleven. В бунгало все было новое - термопот, микроволновка, холодильник, мебель также была новой. В отеле классный ресторанчик с супервидом. Отзывчивый персонал, отличный интернет. Обязательно вернемся. Мои фотографии отеля говорят сами за себя - он супер. Все было супер.

Toaletten kunde inte varit städad på flera veckor. Golvbrunnen i duschen var helt igensatt med hår och smuts. Vi klagade på städningen men fick ingen respons.

My bungalow was spotlessly clean, super cozy, & had everything I needed to feel right at home. The real showstopper, though, was the view. Waking up to lush greenery & the sparkling ocean was absolutely priceless Martin and his wife are the heart and soul of this place. Their warmth & hospitality made me feel like family from the second I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay, always ready with a smile, local tips, or help with anything I needed. Whether it was recommending a hidden beach or sorting out a scooter rental (which is highly recommended) they made everything effortless. This place is a perfect blend of chill vibes & island charm, ideal for anyone looking to escape & soak in Koh Phangan’s magic. Phangan Rainbow Bungalows is a must stay I can’t wait to come back

• Hamedreza (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately, my experience at Rainbow Hotel was very disappointing. There was no proper reception staff upon arrival, and the hotel felt almost abandoned. The room lacked basic amenities: no phone, no toiletries, no bath towel, and no beach towel. Even a basic beach chair was not available. Facilities mentioned online were completely missing. One of the staff members was surprisingly rude and unprofessional, which added to the poor experience. Overall, the place felt unmanaged and far below any reasonable hospitality standard. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe other travelers should be aware of what they are getting. Definitely not recommended in its current condition Nothing

• Luisa (10/5): - Super schönes Hotel. Toller Ausblick, ruhig & sehr nette Inhaber. Man braucht definitiv einen Roller, da das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist. Dafür gibt es aber Rollerverleihe direkt um die Ecke :) Leider gibt es keinen Roomservice :/ war aber für ein paar Tage in Ordnung.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Location unbelievable, near the busy part of Haad Rin, but out enough where it's quiet at night, peaceful, whilst still flat and walkable to the main town, beachfront, stunning sunsets! Treehouse bar connected to Rainbow Bungalows, delicious cocktails (especially the Mai Tai!!) absolutely stunning views day and night, including gorgeous sunsets every day, lay-flat cushions all around the tree top bar, hammocks, the perfect chill spot!! The Rainbow Bungalow restaurant is AMAZING. Family run, family owned, homemade Thai cooking delicious, out of this world (Recommend the number #166 with Chicken and Holy Basil Stir Fry, with a fried egg on top!) Not just the authentic Thai food is a must, they also do the usual English Breakfasts, variations of eggs your way, bacon baguettes, omelettes, smashed avocado, French Toast, burgers etc, really broad selection but not failing in quality at all, fantastic bite to eat all throughout the morning/lunch/night. Opens early and usually closes kitchen around 8/9pm depending on business. (It is a family-run intimate place on the beach, ran from early in the morning by the same staff/owners, not a busy busy style restaurant with lots of waiters/waitresses etc). We cannot recommend this place enough, it was our first time here this year, and we've already made plans to come back to Rainbow with our family and friends next year! For the price, it's a no-brainer, if you're coming to Koh Phangan, you have to stay at Rainbow at least once! Me and my wife came here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon, they laid flowers out on the bed, a bunch of roses and bubbly ready cold, with 2 glasses (as a surprise), fantastic service! -

• Mari (7/5): Ok - First of all the bungalow room is clean. Bathroom clean is ok. Beds are comfortable. There’s a fridge and water boiler. You get what you pay for so the value is ok. Most of the guests are there to party so it smells like weed everywhere. The same goes to the treehut.

• Claudia (10/5): Paradise! - Beautiful cottages on the beach!! Mine was a cottage with sea view and a bit bigger than some on the back. Very spacious, clean, but no closet, nowhere to hang clothes. The restaurant only serves beverages and breakfast, but you can walk to a few places. Otherwise you need a scooter or a taxi. The owners are very kind and helpful. It's a truly beautiful place.

Close but far enough to the action. - Very close to Haad Rin main area but far enough so it’s not right on the street of the full moon party. We loved the tree top restaurant with the comfy seats, hammocks and decor. The really made this play stand out. Very chill atmosphere. If you walked down 50 metres you could visit another beach bar that had heaps of bean bags and chairs laid out to relax and drink along the beach. Had a lot of ants but they’re harmless. No beach or lounge chairs even though it is situated right on the beach.

• Katharina (3/5): The stay was ok, but definitely not worth the money. The owner seems very disorganized and pretty rude. Can’t recommend - The room was ok. While booking this property I wasn’t able to pay, which I thought was weird. Then I received an E-Mail asking me to transfer half of the amount or pay via PayPal, but the PayPal link was removed. It stated, that if I wouldn’t pay, they would cancel the stay. I messaged them and asked, if I could pay once I got there, they said yes. When we got there, they said paying via PayPal wasn’t possible and paying with a credit card would cost a 4% fee, which isn’t unusual and normally just added by the bank. In this case, the owner added the fee directly, which seemed sketchy. The towels provided were extremely dirty and had a lot of stains, so we hat to exchange them for fresh ones. There was no cleaning service, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. We only stayed 3 nights, so it wasn’t that necessary for us, but if we stayed longer, it would be quite nasty. One day before our departure, we asked, if they could organize a taxi to the pier the next morning. He said yes and to wait at the reception at the scheduled time. We waited there for 15 Minutes. Everything was still closed off, except for one side door being open. We called in, but no one answered, so we left and got ourselves a taxi.

• Ray (2/5): - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Arrived to find a deserted hotel. Initially thought great but then was told no restaurant in low season even though we paid for breakfast. Steep road to cabins which taxi drivers wont drive down and need transport to get everywhere from it, even to a 7/11 which was supposed to be 400m away. Ninas coffee shop was around the corner and lovely. Nina helped us get taxis and said that the hotel has always had problems, no one stays. Aircon was not working in room even though owner said it was. The sea was out quite far to go for a dip and no pool, very picturesque to look out but bitten to shreds, accomodation was poor and not as described. Holes in sheets on bed. Fridge was unplugged so no cold water. When plugged in it sparked very big. Very dangerous. We like staying in cabins on the beach but this was poor. We found luxury accomodation further around the corner for the same price. Dont risk this place. The restaurant was the owners family home with tables on the extended veranda. Was dirty and outdated with her kids sitting on tables. Asked to leave straight away and explained to expedia the situation. The owner became very aggressive telling us she was poor and would not refund. She lied to expedia and refused the refund. Told expedia there was a restaurant and it was open. Appalling service. Expedia honour the hotels over the customers Dont fall into the trap we did with this one. It was clear the owner did not want to open facilities to 2 people.

• R9864OCjohnd (10/5): Great spot ran by great people - We stayed in the budget room which were absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Clean and had all the amenities that were required. The place is a family run business ran by such genuine people that make you feel at home. The accommodation is situated right on the beach which is really nice. The food & coffee are excellent also. Would 100% return to this accommodation. Also really enjoyed watching all the dogs playing on the beach every day 😂

The hotel is super overpriced and not - There’s a bar in the center of the little property, it’s a tree house right by the beach, it is really cute and cozy. The lady who seems to be in charge speaks English pretty well, which is nice and uncommon. Way too overpriced for what it is. The bungalows are outdated, the AC is not strong enough, the location is pretty far from haad rin beach, about a 15-20 min walk (you don’t want to do that in Thailands heat, so it’d be better get a scooter, I guess). But even though there is basically not much going on, the music of the hotels around it is SO loud, you won’t be able to fall asleep. I also didn’t see a blowdryer, but also didn’t ask for one. Just FYI.

• Ansari (7/5): Good place for families - It is a clean beach, good for family. The swimming is accessible. It wasn’t rough water when we were there. The breakfast and coffee were good at the restaurant. The staff brought us what we needed when we asked for it, such as a broom for sand. Unfortunately at the end of our trip when we asked the lady there for a taxi for the next morning at 04:00 to catch the ferry she wanted to charge us 2000 baht. I walked to town and arranged a taxi for 600 baht. We were very disappointed she tried to rip us off like that. But the stay was pleasant enough.

• Shanti (10/5): Absolutely great, lovely property. - Right in front of the beautiful sunset beach. The food and view at the Rainbow restaurant are great. When I injured my foot they even brought the food to my room. The beds are s bit hard, but I just have a personal preference for soft beds.

They gave us helpful advise during our stay and easily let us book an extra night. Their beautiful dog Millie gave us endless joy. It is family run and a nice place to be. The bungalows are in a great location, the beach is stunning and your in-between the two main areas. You do need a scooter to get around but you can hire one next door for 200 baht a day. We would definetly stay again. Thank you!

Much better than spending a similar amount to be in a shared room at some hostel. Easy motorbike rental bery close by. I will stay here again if I visit this island again.

• Lars (10/5): Helt topp - anbefales 110% - Etter 4 netter på Haad Yao flyttet vi ned til - for oss - en ny strand. Pga gode anmeldelser valgte vi Phangan Rainbow Bungalows. Vi merket med en gang at her nede på Bankai Beach er juli «Low Season in Low Season». I tillegg var det varslet mye vind og regn så mange av strand-restaurantene hadde stengt. (Det samme hadde dessverre også restauranten på Phangan Rainbow - men de serverte frokost) Vi ble møtt av særdeles hyggelige Noi som beklagde (!) det dårlige været som var varslet. Vi sjekket inn i en ren og fin Beachfront bungalow med balkong (2 stoler, bord og hengekøye), kjøleskap, et bord og 1 stol - ingen vannkoker (men vi fikk låne!), 1 dobbeltseng og 1 enkeltseng - enkeltsengen ble brukt som oppbevaringsplass da det mangler skap og veggkroker. En dusj (i badekar) med godt trykk - deilig! (Må renne litt før varmtvannet kommer). Det varslede og etterlengtede regnet kom (har ikke regnet her på flere måneder) - og da kom (også særdeles hyggelige) Martin bort med paraply til oss. På denne siden av øya trekker vannet seg (mer?) tilbake nå på sommeren. Det stiger litt utover kvelden men det er langgrunt og ikke så egnet for bading på denne tiden av året. Martin forteller at vannet går helt opp til restauranten på vinterstid. Vi hadde 4 deilige og avslappende dager/netter her på Phangan Rainbow Bungalows. Noi og Martin er bare nydelige og vi kan anbefale stedet 110%. Vi kommer gjerne igjen - kanskje da rundt påsketider! Jane & Lars

• Amelia (8/5): lovely - lovely location and beautiful views of the beach and mountains bathroom wasn’t overly clean but it was good for money paid
• Sonya (8/5): Rainbow Bungalow was a pleasant place to stay. - close to the Full Moon Party and the view was lovely. The electricity was off for more than 30min.
• James (10/5): - The hosts are super nice and very helpful. Beautiful view, the sandy bay is like a bath tube and would be a safe place to bring small children.

• Rudolf (10/5): - Eine sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig gelegen, an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt. Für Party Gäste weniger geeignet, da zu Fuß nichts nennenswerte zu erreichen, trotzdem gute Lage, um die Insel mit dem scooter zu erkunden. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Unschlagbares Preis /Leistungsverhältnis

• Jasmine (9/5): Beachfront Bungalow was amazing for sunsets - We stayed in the beach front bungalow and it was beautiful watching the sun set each day. Room had a decent fridge and kettle, beds were big and air con worked great The hotel next door, Coral, played music until 4am on our first night and I think the speakers were very close to the room so we could hear it all night. Not the fault of Rainbow Bungalows but something to be aware of!
