• Jain (7/5): - location and proximity to places clean room very small and congested room. Kitchen is unnecessary. check-in could have been easier if the staff entertained us in person, but they asked us to use the machine instead. Also, no provision for early check-in.

• Yi (3/5): Convenient location but needs to be kept clean for better experience. - It was in a central location, close to gangnam station and easily accessible. It was good that they have a front desk who can help with check in. One of the bed was broken, so everytime I sat on the edge, the bed would tilt over. There were long strands of hair from other guests and a lot of dust that was not properly cleaned. Even saw footprint on the floors of the room.

El día que llegué, en la recepción, no me explicaron absolutamente nada sobre el funcionamiento del hotel (el piso que correspondía a mi habitación, que la habitación tiene wifi propio y cual es la contraseña, tema de lavandería…) . El trato no fue precisamente el mejor

• Hare (10/5): - Location is a short walk to Gangnam Station. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived very late but it was no issue they waited for us. The bed was a standard double, so it was too small for my adult son and I. OK for a husband and wife of medium or below build.

Clean room & comfy bed..There’s also gym facilities, but I didn’t use them so not use how it is. Very close to bus stop, a few mins to train station. Close by convenient CU store. There’s some smoke/cigarette smell in the toilet, feels like it came through the ventilation system from other room - but very faith smell.

• Blake (8/5): - The location is very convenient to Gangnam Station, I had eye surgery done and used this hotel. It was a 15 min walk from the clinic. The room was a decent size as well Very dusty in the room. Not ideal for eye surgery but the location was too good for my trip. Had 2 elevators but was split for odd and even floors so was very slow.
• Deniz (10/5): Excellent - Stayed here two times and I am always very satisfied. It's very central and bus stop and subway station are close by. The airport bus 6009 halts at a bus stop that is 2 minutes away by foot! extremely convenient. You have everything you need available in the room: kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, even a gas stove and seperate kitchen sink! The room is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable.

Shower booth has the door ( hard to find in Seoul with reasonable accommodation), room was clean. the location was great too, bus stop is very close ( even AirPort Express bus). I would definitely repeat! Nothing I didn’t like but it will be nice if there is microwave in a room !

• Bayar Ganaa (7/5): - Hi, This is the second time I reserved my stay in this Hotel. I lked the location as it was an easy way to go to COEX. Well, honestly saying, this time I was really surpised with the Receptionnist (The person worked on 2/08 in the morning service). Day before (01/08) I lost my key and I asked for second key. They kindly offered the second key. But on 02/08, when I want it to check out the receptionnist very brutally said that I have to pay 11.000W. I asked if it is written somewhere, but suddenly the Receptionnist could not understant English anymore. Normally it is should be written in Internal Rules that the lost keys may cost you 11.000W. I didn't have choice so I paid her. She just took my money and thank you and no receipt neither. Even not goodbye. Very disappointed. :(
• Xu (6/5): - Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.
