- Sarah (10/5): Beautiful stay in paradise - From the moment we entered the resort we knew we were in paradise. We got the room with the private pool, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had amazing sleeps in the bed! You can see the sunset each evening by the pool. The staff were very kind, I felt that we were treated like royalty, a service I have not gotten before. They helped us when we needed it and communication was easy. There was nothing we didn't like

- Hiroyuki (7/5): fairly good - Stayed at the Private Pool Villa. Since it was private, we used the pool and towels several times a day. The staff knew this and provided us with extra pool towels. The property is located in a quiet area of Ong Lang, between a hill and a beach, so there was no noise, only the sound of rustling leaves and rippling waves. Hot water is a kind of issue here. Since it uses a solar water heating system, hot showers are available in limited quantities and for limited times.

- Stephanie (5/5): Zoek een ander hotel - Het zwembad en het strand De rest. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Leer alsjeblieft een BEETJE Engels. In eerste instantie een andere (bad)kamer gekregen dan dat was afgebeeld. Daarna andere kamer gekregen. Kamers waren niet schoon. Voeten werden zwart. De wifi was non-existing. Aangekaart, maar niet verholpen. Restaurant is ook echt geen aanrader. Locatie van het hotel was ook echt bizar. Op een heuvel. Niet te lopen.

However the quality and service was very disappointing for a claimed 4 star resort. We ended up going to the restaurant at the resort next door. Which I highly recommend. Access from the beach.

- Nicole (8/5): Perfekt für schöne gemütliche Strandferien. - Das Beach Bungalow liegt ideal gelegen und bietet sowohl Privatsphäre als auch die Nähe zum Beachrestaurant und Pool. Das Bungalow ist hübsch eingerichtet und verfügt über ein bequemes Bett. Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt mit vielen bequemen Liegestühlen und genügend Sonnenschirmen. Das Morgenessen war sehr fein und sehr reichhaltig. Die Dusche sollte bald repariert werden und ist ein weiterer in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen der beiden Restaurants konnten uns nicht überzeugen und daher waren wir meist neben an. Der Strand sollte etwas mehr gepflegt werden so dass nicht überall Rohre und hervorragen.

- Jana (9/5): pokojný hotel priamo na pláži - Bungalov na pláži bola najlepšia voľba. Z izby sme vyšli priamo na pláž. Večer na terase počúvať more bolo super. Izba bola priestranná, v pohode aj pre tri osoby, alebo rodinu s malými deťmi. Kúpeľňa aj izba boli čisté, každodenné upratovanie a výmena uterákov. K dispozícii boli aj osušky na pláž, ktoré nám každý deň menili. Pláž bola priestranná, vstup do vody postupný, pieskový. Dalo sa perfektne zaplávať, neboli veľké vlny počas všetkých siedmych dní, čo sme tu strávili. Raňajky boli super, každý si niečo vyberie určite. Hotel je v blízkosti dedinky, chodili sme po chodníku cez vedľajší hotel Ancarine. Chodníček bol osvetlený, trvalo to možno 10 minút. V dedine je veľa možností na nákupy, aj reštaurácií. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý. Hotel je celý v kopci, do reštaurácie sa ide po schodoch, takže pre imobilných nie je vhodný. Má aj bazén, ale ten sme nevyužili, keďže sme využívali na plávanie more. Oddýchli sme si tu po týždňoch strávených spoznávaním Vietnamu. Je tu ticho a pokoj.

- Ngọc (9/5): Lovely time. Nice room and view - The area has a nice and quiet beach. We had a lovely time at the beach and the pool. The room we had is spacious with a big balcony and beautiful sea view. We can wqtch the sunset from there without going elsewhere. Staffs are friendly and nice. The resort is quite far from the centre so it will be suitable for someone who wants more relax and chill like us.

The reception staff were so so kind and polite, we needed help with our AC and they came and sorted it out immediately. There were also lots of wild animals (monkey) which was great to see. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and laundry service took longer than we were initially advised

You can watch a stunning sunset from the beach or the restaurant. And the location is good, in the middle of everything. Absolutely loved it! A little dust was coming from the ceiling on the towels but since it’s an eco resort it was fine for me

- Martin (9/5): - We had a beach villa with a perfect sea view; I definitely recommend this type of villa. The surroundings were peaceful, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was sufficient, we were satisfied, and the beach restaurant had a good location and a nice view. The Wi‑Fi was surprisingly good with reasonable speed. The staff were helpful. Lunches and dinners could have been of higher quality; in the end it was better when we went to the village or the town for dinner — higher quality and lower prices.

- Deniz (6/5): Unterkunft schön - Resort furchtbar - Das Resort ist wirklich hübsch und ruhig. Wir hatten eine Villa am Strand und dementsprechend eine tolle Aussicht und immer das Meeresrauschen gehört. Die Anlage selbst wurde auch stets sauber gehalten. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Resort war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, insbesondere angesichts des hohen Preises. Der Service war durchgehend mangelhaft. In den Restaurants kam nie ein Kellner an unseren Tisch. Wir mussten aktiv nach Personal suchen, Speisekarten selbst holen und zum Bezahlen zur Theke gehen. Gleichzeitig waren mehrere Mitarbeiter sichtbar mit Smartphones beschäftigt, führten private Telefonate oder schauten Serien im Gästebereich. Das war unprofessionell und störend. Der Strand war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Der kleine Strandabschnitt war stark vermüllt, sodass man beim Betreten des Wassers regelmäßig mit Müll in Kontakt kam. Teilweise haben Gäste selbst Müll gesammelt, was nicht deren Aufgabe sein sollte. Eine regelmäßige Reinigung wäre problemlos möglich gewesen. Das Resort ist stark eingeschränkt nutzbar. Es gibt kaum Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, besonders ab dem frühen Abend. Punkt 18 Uhr werden die Liegen unbenutzbar gemacht, Pool- und Freizeitbereiche geschlossen oder man wird aufgefordert zu gehen. Danach bleiben unbequeme Holzliegen – ein entspanntes Verweilen ist kaum möglich. Das Essensangebot ist enttäuschend und für vietnamesische Verhältnisse teuer (ca. 10–15€ pro Mahlzeit). Außerhalb bekommt man für weniger Geld besseres Essen. Zusätzlich ist man im Resort kaum flexibel. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Alternativen. Ohne Taxi kommt man kaum weg. Zu Fuß ist es wegen Lage und Distanz unpraktisch. Ein Shuttle-Service existiert nicht. Ein besonders negatives Erlebnis war der Checkout: Ein zugesagtes Golfcart erschien nicht, sodass wir bei Hitze mit Gepäck selbst zur Rezeption laufen mussten. Das unterstreicht den schwachen Service.

- Andrea (9/5): Super Relaxing! - We chose this resort to relax at the end of our holiday and it was absolutely perfect. We only left the resort a couple of times. We loved that you don’t have to rush around and there are plenty of sun beds to wander down at your leisure. A little more service on the beach would have been great but that’s only if you are feeling super lazy which is very easy to do here. It’s a bit remote but that’s why we booked it. It is a resort so has everything you need within the resort. We were very disappointed our “Panoramic Sea View” was really a palm tree view. However, once this was pointed out to reception, we were moved for which we were grateful.

Rolig hotell, ingen festing. «Langt» fra alt av restauranter og butikker, noe vi opplevde som positivt. God frokost, gratis utlån av kajakk, SUP, dykkemasker og sykler. Personalet i restaurantene kunne vært litt mer imøtekommende og hyggelige. Men de jobber frokost, lunsj og middag, så det er forståelig at de blir slitne.

Вердикт вернусь сюда Главное оценивайте дорогу в поселок где много ресторанов, примерно 600 метров через большую горку, но дорога бетонная, можно взять байк и кататься по округе.
- Rebecca (9/5): Amazing stay - Large room with views of the sea. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the private beach was amazing. The hotel provided us transport back to the airport too. Good location but you need a bike to get around as the hotel is a walk away from the town and tourist spots.
- Fynn (9/5): Schönes Hotel und traumhafter Strand und Pool - Der Strand ist sehr schön und privat gelegen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb sodass man sich am besten einen Roller mietet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Pool ist groß und mit direkten Blick auf den Strand. Der Blick von unserem Zimmer aufs Meer war einzigartig. Wirklich sehr schön alles. Die Dusche ist wirklich schlecht, kein Wasserdruck und nur wenig warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Preise im Resort für Getränke sind sehr hoch, sodass man separat Einkaufen sollte.

Gute Restaurant für Lunch und Dinner und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Meer war teilweise dreckig und steinig. Wofür die Anlage nichts kann. Einige Möbel und Ausstattung veraltet.

- Christina (9/5): - Die Bungalows direkt am Strand sind der absolute Wahnsinns, ein Traum. Der Raum ist sehr groß und die Bäder auch super. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal freundlich. In dem Resort sind immer überall Liegen frei. Der Pool hat einen abgetrennten Bereich in dem Kinder schön spielen können. Wenn man den Berg bezwungen hat, kann man zu Fuß ins Dorf kommen. Grab Autos fahren NICHT ins nächste Dorf. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön und gut zum reingehen. Das Frühstück hat täglich variiert. Es gab immer leckeres Obst, Hafer und Sojamilch und typisch vietnamesische Gerichte sowie kontinental. Das gym hat einige Hanteln und einen Tower den man einigermaßen benutzen kann. Das Restaurant am Strand sowie das Restaurant für den Abend sind absolut überteuert, sogar unverschämt und das Essen ist mangelhaft. Das Personal in den Restaurants ist wirklich unfreundlich.

- Monika (10/5): Erholsame, ruhige Oase - Wir sind schon das 2. Mal in diesem Resort und hatten jedes Mal ein Strandbungalow. Sehr komfortabel, gross, ruhig. Für uns das schönste Bungalow das so nahe am Meer war. Es ist jedoch ratsam eher ein Bungalow zwischen 102-112 zu buchen. Gutes Frühstück für jedermann. Kleiner Strand zum Schwimmen und Baden. Sonst nur Steinstrand.

Trodde jag skulle få se apor på området som någon skrivet om i sin recension men det gjorde vi inte. Stor säng men lite tunnt täcke skulle vilja kalla det mer ett överkast.

If the difference between the price of the food in the hotel restaurant and the village 15 minutes by walk wasn’t 2-3x we would probably spent more time in the resort and relax a bit more and hotel would have greater profit at the end. Also the fact, the hotel restaurant menu was wide, but when we tried to order, half of the options weren’t available didn’t encourage us to eat in the hotel.

- Anja (8/5): Perfektes Hotel, wenn man sich selbst zum Helfen weiß - Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und der Ausblick vom Pool fantastisch. Die Anlage generell wirkt gepflegt und der Strand ist sehr schön und man kommt problemlos ins Wasser. Die Anlage liegt am Hang und man muss mehrere Stufen auf-und absteigen. Vom Weg zum nächsten Ort ganz zu schweigen.. Fußmarsch 20Minuten bergauf..wer es mag.. Wir haben uns im nächsten Ort einen Roller gemietet (Moto Nomad bei Marc..ein netter Spanier mit unkomplizierten Kontakt) ansonsten funktioniert auch Grab einigermaßen gut. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und bietet abends keinerlei Unterhaltungsangebot Das ein kostenloser Flughafen Shuttle angeboten wird haben wir in anderen Rezessionen gelesen. Wir mussten das Hotel aktiv anschreiben dafür. Der Service generell ist sehr verhalten. Wir haben am ersten Abend dem Restaurant eine Chance gegeben und sind dann zukünftig in die Nachbarresorts ausgewichen (Mango Bay ist fantastisch) Schade das dieses Hotel sein Potenzial nicht nützt und seine eigenen Gäste zum Essen, Spa und Ausflüge in andere Hotels treibt.

- Agata (8/5): Ok resort in the forest - Nice private beach and swimming pool. Room was big and comfortable. Resort is between a forest and the sea. We had no mosquitoes or spiders thanks to the small house gecko living in our balcony. Staff at the evening restaurant were not paying attention to customers, they confused our orders twice. They were untrained and not helpful. Food was just ok.

- Sergei (7/5): - Отель расположен на первой линии со своим пляжем, бассейном. Территория зеленая, пальмы, цветы и тд. Отель подходит для тех кто хочет тишины и пляжного отдыха. Уборка каждый день с заменой полотенец и белья, отель предоставляет 1 литр воды в день, велосипед и каяк. Завтраки понравились базовый минимум есть. Хороший большой и чистый бассейн. Жили в номере с видом на море, очень красиво, красивые закаты. Номер просторный, с водой проблем не было. Чистая территория, везде вайфай. Отель оставил двоякое чувство с одной стороны природа, красивые виды, неплохие номера, тишина в то же время проблемная логистика , если хочется хоть куда-нибудь попасть. В отеле старая мебель, на ресепшене люстра в паутине и слишком строгий подход к той же аренде велосипеда, вы его можете взять на несколько часов но если придете незадолго до окончания выдачи вам его не дадут, хотя логики нет можно просто сократить время пользования. Не понравилось удаленность места от ближайшей деревни где находится магазины, массажные салоны, кафе, а так же остановки общественного транспорта. Отель не предоставляет транспорт хотя бы до выхода из отеля. Дорога до выхода из отеля длинная и в гору , для людей пожилого возраста либо с ограничениями тяжелая , учитывайте этот фактор. До остановки автобуса пешком минут 25. Либо вызывать такси , но бывают проблемы с вызовом такси через grab, как вариант ресепшен вызывает за двойную цену своих) если управляете байком то тогда проблем нет можете взять в аренду, но не все могут ездить на нем поэтому это проблема учитывайте при выборе. Вечером в отеле нет развлечений и в ближайшей деревне только массаж и кафе. Есть тренажерный зал но он номинальный по факту неочем , кондиционера нет, тренажеров мало, половина не работают, старые и ржавые. При проживании плохо работал кондиционер, починили только после трех обращений, телевизор так и не сделали стоит для сбора пыли и не только в нашем номере. На автобусе или такси можно доехать до города мин за 30 либо до винвондерса или сафари парка ехать примерно 1 час. Персонал не интересуется наличием проблем и по факту часть так и не устранил.
