Loved the kitchen and size of room for a family of six The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it and didn’t close all the way. The pool was pretty cold and they didn’t keep the towels stocked one day. Simply asking the front desk got some towels there right away. I wish we didn’t have to pay $65 for parking ($15/day + tax) or pay for room WiFi.
- Mary (8/5): Clean, roomy hotel with great amenities - Staff at check in was kind, although they could only get one key to work so we had to make do with one key. The rooms were large and clean. There was a little keycard to put in that turned on the electricity in the room so that was pretty cool. My girls loved the pool. Only getting one key. The pool areas entryway floor was falling apart so it was pretty painful to walk on/around. And the water was freezing cold.

- Chris (8/5): Decent place to stay away from Seattle - Staff was friendly, room was clean, although the soap in the shower was pretty much empty. Continental breakfast was good with several options. Parking lot needs to have their striped redone. There are lines next to faded lines, which clearly caused some confusion with some folks.
- Mary (7/5): This is a fine place to stay for work would not stay for vacation. - The lady at the front desk who checked us in was great! I wish I could remember her name. Also, when I called about a Broken window shade they had someone fix while we were out. It’s not close to restaurants, so you definitely need a car. The A/C was loud. Price was fair but hotel and location are unremarkable. Staff great!

- idahm2026 (6/5): Bad Timing - I only gave that rating because we went at time the hotel had new owners, so there was not breakfast, coffee. Some staff were friendly, most of the time wasn't greeted. I think once everything is in place it would be a better experience. I would stay again after they are 100 operative.

- Sunsetbum (2/5): Have not even arrived and already …. - I booked multiple rooms in November for a trip in May. I called the hotel directly prior to booking to confirm they offered airport shuttle. I was told it is slow season now but yes in the spring. So I call to confirm it’s up and running … I was told to speak with Nicole, which I did, I found her to be cold and rude. Yes we have a shuttle but not just for patrons only for our contract people. “Feel free to book elsewhere”. Seriously ?? So now I have a group of 12 to arrange transportation for. I hope Nicole learns that service is not only an adjective but also a verb “ to serve”. I usually love Hilton but super disappointed here. Nicole, get another job. One you enjoy.

Appears to be built in an old industrial park with inactive railroad tracks. Several restaurants are nearby. Great place to stay. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

I would encourage anyone staying in Seattle to use your facility. There was nothing I felt of concern. The place is a great place for short are long stay.
- Tricia (2/5): Its okay if you really need somewhere to stay. But for leisure not really. - I like how everything was neat . Sheets was a bit smelly , smells like someones body odor just stayed there. and also some of the utensils was still dirty , and had to rewash them again. Thin walls and quite noisy in the morning , you can hear someone flushing the toilet upstairs and vacuuming we barely have a sleep.

I did have a couple of issues with the room keys deactivating constantly, but front desk was more that helpful with getting it handled. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The living room sofa is aged. I understand it’s a sofabed but it’s very hard to stand once seated. It feels old, lumpy, uncomfortable and dirty. Breakfast “hot” items were cold.

- 643msr (2/5): UNHELPFUL IN SEATTLE @ HOME 2 SUITES TUKWILA - I rated this experience a 1 because the front desk staff is not friendly! Also need more training in customer service, their demeanor & body languahe was not welcoming. I won't even mention the run around about the manager asking me why I did nit have my physical credit card, when all she had to say was we accept digital forms of payment. But they were more interested in making sure I endured a 2 hourvl delay checking in. Never again !

- LaVerne (10/5): - This was perfect for overnight between train and airport. Nice exercise room, better than average breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Good airport shuttle. Only downside for us was lack of place to walk or spend time while waiting for late departure. Neighborhood is department stores and heavy traffic.

- Deanna (8/5): Great hotel, bad breakfast - Service was great, very friendly staff. Breakfast was not that good and seating arrangements were terrible. Not many food options and mostly picked over if you got to the buffet after 8am. You basically have to squeeze behind a large table of people to get your food and take it back to your room if you want a place to sit. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I do recommend getting food and preparing in your kitchenette vs the continental breakfast.

Top dat er een airportshuttle is van hotel en ook fijn dat er op loopafstand een bushalte is voor bus naar Down-Town. Het hotel ( net binnenzwembad, fitnessruimte ) heeft ruime suites waar je ook langer kunt verblijven. Er staat zelfs een , vrij compleet ingericht, keukenblok in. Het bed ( Kingsize) ligt heerlijk en de suites zijn voorzien van leuk zitje en verder alles wat je nodig hebt voor aangenaam verblijf. Badkamer ook prima! Ontbijt goed verzorgd en zeker voldoende! Het team medewerkers is vriendelijk en gastvrij! Ontbijtruimte vinden we een beetje ‘rommelig! Met al die verschillende stoelen , tafels en tafeltjes. Het heeft ook wel wat , maar is niet altijd praktisch .

Both went out of their way to help us. We travel to Seattle frequently and love to stay at this Hotel.

I don’t want to go into the details or throw anyone under the bus, but between their ineptitude in check-in (and allowing a stranger to access our room after we went to sleep) to being trolled at check-out and being weird about our shuttle to the airport, I do not trust this brand to maintain good standards in their staff.
- maryhear (10/5): Great hotel with 24-hour airport shuttle - The entire staff at Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport were wonderful during our two stays before and after an Alaskan cruise. In particular, Dionna and Yolanda helped make our stay a pleasurable one. We arrived the day before the cruise and were able to check in early. I realize this is not always a possibility if guests are late checking out and the rooms have not been serviced by housekeeping, but as our day had started 10 hours early in Atlanta, the early check-in was much appreciated. The area, primarily industrial, felt safe. We appreciate the full-size refrigerator and full-size microwave provided in Home2 Suites rooms. The bed was comfortable and the included sitting area and spacious work area gave us room to spread out. The hotel features a nice self-service laundry. Washers and dryers are free, only the detergent much be purchased or provided by the guest. It is next to a small exercise room. At the end of our cruise, my husband was feeling under the weather. We had originally planned to stay with my brother but at the last minute needed hotel accommodations before our flight two days later. I called the hotel from the cruise ship at 8 am to inquire about an early check-in. (The room had been booked online the day before). By the time we arrived shortly before 11, Dionna had a room assigned so we could check and husband could rest. The two nights we stayed and relaxed made our flight back to Atlanta much easier to endure. Yolanda was the driver of our airport shuttle and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to this delightful lady. Her advice about dealing with our luggage which had been damaged by the airlines (I'm sure she has heard it all!) was very helpful. The next time we are in the Seattle area, we will not consider staying anywhere else.

The walls are thin, so you know when everyone is up and about.we were anble to walk 20 minutes to an huge shopping with a lot of restaurants- at all price points. Felt safe walking. Overall this is definitely a great place to go for the night. A lot of cruise people in the hotel.
- Steve (10/5): Nice spacious and convenient hotel - Very nice hotel, and close to the airport. Area felt safe and had a bunch of restaurants and fast food near by. Room was spacious, beds were a little stiff and the pillows too soft. Staff were nice.

- 565christik (8/5): Clean Hotel - I spent a lot of time comparing Seattle hotels especially for location and the ease of getting around due to this being my first time in Seattle and traveling solo. Price mattered but this hotel was actually on the more expensive of many hotels. The reason I stayed here was because my husband stays at them often for work and really likes them for safety and cleanliness and the 24 hour shuttle. We even confirmed that the shuttle would pick me up when I arrived at 5 am and my bags would just be stored. I called when I got my bags and they told me to call back when I got to the pick up area. I did. It was 5:36 am. I was told that the driver would be leaving at 6. I called back around 6:30 and was told something else. I finally got picked up between 7 and 7:30. The shuttle driver, Yolanda, was absolutely darling! She’s amazing! I went to drop off my bags and was told it was $25 to check in early. I didn’t need my room that early and told them but they said they would waive the fee. I paid but didn’t get a receipt and fairly certain I paid that fee though I dropped my bags and didn’t return to the hotel until dinner time. I was told that shuttles leaving the hotel need to be reserved the day before and only are done on the 1/2 hour. Yolanda was extremely precise with her timing and does an absolutely fantastic job. The 2nd day when I called to be picked up at the airport I was told that they’d send the driver. The driver passed me 20 minutes later and I chased after him. He didn’t even know he was to pick me up and got the call to pick me up about 45 minutes after I called. Jared was the driver and was very kind. The third day another driver picked me up. He did not talk but that was fine. However he picked up an older lady who was having a difficult time getting into the van and offered no support. I couldn’t help due to my location in the van. When we got to the hotel he didn’t help her out and just stood aside the van. If the drivers can’t help then a little step stool is needed because the steps are steep. That night I reserved my airport drop off for the next day. He was the driver and did not look in the book to see that I was going at 5:30. He left between 5 and 5:30 and therefore wasn’t there until 5:45 pm and was shocked I was going to the airport! It was in the reservation book! When we got to the airport he dropped me off at arrivals and didn’t even tell me how to get to my airline. Having rode the shuttle a few times, I saw other guests dropped off with their airlines! I was nice to each driver and showed appreciation (and tips). But as a solo guest new to Seattle the hotel shuttle situation was not what was expected. The hotel is clean. My room was very cozy and clean. I slept well. The breakfast was definitely not as high quality as other Home2 hotels. For instance, the water was broken, there were no disposal coffee cups until the afternoon I was leaving (day 4), sometimes there were no forks, napkins or regular syrup and the counters were often messy. However, it’s a very busy breakfast area and likely hard for the employees to get around the guests. The variety of items was less than other Home2 hotels but it’s a nice perk of the hotel. The last afternoon I was there, there was one person at the desk with a frequently ringing phone and guests checking in, etc. I wanted to help by answering the phones as that is how often they rang, but I stayed in my lane and let the front desk person do her job. But at 4 pm on a Tuesday, I’d hope there was more than one person working to help her. There’s a lot of walkable shopping and restaurants near the hotel. The noise is low. Sadly in order to get to the link, you need to use the shuttle to the airport so for that reason I’m not sure I’ll stay at this hotel again.

- Lisa (10/5): - Love staying at home2 suites! The rooms were clean and had everything our family of 6 needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus. Shuttle to the airport was efficient and easy to schedule. Front desk was friendly and help us get into our room as quick as possible after our cruise.
