• Saket (6/5): - The exterior and entrance is unkept, with graffiti and semi roken door, as if it has been squatted by homeless in the past. That made me feel unsafe the first time entering the building. Though, otherwise it's safe. Noise from traffic is another issue. Some darker curtain can improve the sleeping conditions. Otherwise, good location

• Verified traveler (8/5): Fantastic, clean, pleasant room in CREEPY building - This hotel was a RIOT! Let me first say, would *absolutely* stay here again. Stayed with young kids in summer. Convenient location via subway/bus to train station, zoo/palace (15-min walk to edge of palace grounds), downtown, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood; grocery store just steps away. Had read reviews & knew the exterior of the building did not reflect the quality of the room inside. However, the outside & entrance of this building is SO rough & derelict-looking, that even our Uber driver wasn't sure if he should leave us there alone, after dark, with children. We arrived 9pm, & getting up to our room felt like a scene from a horror movie. There are NO LIGHTS on the outside of the building or in the entrance-way! Pitch black!! Had to use flashlights on our phones, all the way up to the 2nd-floor where our room was located. There is no lobby; received "check-in" instructions via email day before, which involved phoning a number while standing on the dark sidewalk; after 2-3 rings, no one answered, but the door magically clicked open. In thru the entrance, still using flashlights, past graffiti & garbage to a creepy old staircase (no elevator, you ask? HA - they don't even have LIGHTS); located our room on 2nd floor (hooray for hallway lights up there), and key was in lockbox on door. Imagine our surprise when the room was delightfully clean, pleasant, comfortable, welcoming, warm, well-stocked kitchen, with laundry machine! Had a great stay, and made for a great story.
• Melecia (8/5): - I was disappointed at first, the property is being renovated that we can’t find the number of the building and the condition of the main door is easily can be open by anyone. When we got there it looks like the building is not livable specially the condition of the hall way and it was dark but when we went inside the room, surprisingly it is has two bedrooms with comfortable bed neat and clean.
• Ajay (4/5): - We found grasshopper and so many insects in that apartment and we were with kids and it was very scary for me. So please consider my report. Second thing Apartment has no any elevator and lift so it was very difficult to go with strollers and kids in that apartment. It was very frustrating. Third thing building number was not visible properly so it was very difficult to find the apartment.
• Erin (8/5): - This was a sort of hidden Crystal if you will. Not quite a diamond in the rough, but a clean and very reasonably priced place. I read the reviews about the entrance to the building, and I thought whatever, but it really was quite an under-construction abandoned feel. So be prepared! But the flat was very comfortable, very clean, nice linen and great location with the station so close, also nice and warm considering the cold may weather we had! I did not feel unsafe at all in the area! Even going out alone as a woman. Some random spots on the walls etc but very clean where it counted. And some weird noises from the pilot light sort of re-lighting every 10 mins. But otherwise I would stay here again, ‘cause despite all this, the price and location were great! For 4 people in Vienna, we had everything we needed, quiet at night and clear and easy check in instructions. Thanks :)
• Erol (8/5): Teşekkürler - Öncelikle burası 1+1 apart daire şeklinde.Daire içinde fırın, ütü, buzdolabı,fırın aklınıza gelebilecek herşey var.Dairenin içi temiz, ve yeni ancak otel genelinde tadilat var.Ortak alanlar çok kötü durumda.Tadilat bittikden sonra düzelir diye düşünüyorum.Otelin konumu mükemmel.Metro durağının hemen yanında.Yakınında ihtiyacınız olan market gibi dükkanlar var.Kısaca değerlendirmek gerekirse diğer konaklama mekanlarına göre fiyat performans olarak değerlendirilebilir.18-20 Nisan 2022
• Andrea (8/5): Hodnocení - Chodba vedoucí k pokoji byla děsivá, a proto jsme se bály večer někam chodit, vracet se tam tudy večer bychom se opravdu nechtěly. Dům byl v opravě, z okna jsme viděly hlavně lešení. Pokoj byl ale pěkný. V noci jsme slysely sousedy, ale postele byly příjemné a pokud hledáte jen místo především na přespání. Super.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The only advantage of the place is that ir is close to a metro station, but is not close to downtown, old building, dark area at night, not recommended for families. Apartment esa not clean, blankets were dirty, heating system did not work out and landlord ese totally no present for us. Communication was terrible, we did not get the info with the apartment and we were waiting half an hour with 2 kids trying to communicate with landlords. Our worst experience in Wien...:(

• Elliot (10/5): Great place to stay would stay again - Great location located less than a minute walk from the tube station. Only 1 stop from one of the main palaces which is beautiful. Inside the apartment was very well finished and very clean.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und jeder Kontakt per E-Mail wurde sehr zügig und freundlich beantwortet. Leider fuhr die U4 nicht Richtung Stadtmitte und wir mussten den Bus nehmen. Was aber kein Problem war. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Anstrich im Appartement wäre mal anzudenken. Da es sehr warm war, hatten wir nachts die Fenster auf. Da war jedoch die Hauptstraße, was sehr laut war. Aber ok, wir waren ja im Stadturlaub😉 Für Stadtbesichtigungen ein prima Startpunkt und für uns als Familie in Wien zu finanzieren! Prima

Pour des personnes venant de la campagne le bruit de la circulation peut être gênante la première nuit, après on est tellement fatigué qu'on n'entend presque plus rien ...

• Verified traveler (8/5): Carino - L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo abbastanza vecchio, tuttavia in una posizione ottimale di fronte alla fermata della metro che porta al centro in pochi minuti. È tenuto molto bene , l’unica pecca è che abbiamo avuto dei problemi per quanto riguarda l’acqua calda, ma i proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili dandoci indicazioni per risolvere il problema.
• Saw (8/5): - とにかく利便性よし。駅目の前。数分歩けば数駅に出られる。水回りも清潔。たった１つ改善希望あり。通常使用方法でシャワーヘッド根元から湯の半分以上が漏れ始め、英文にて管理者へ告げた。「直ぐ行きます」と即返信あり感心したが、結局最終日まで来てくれなかった。結果、湯のタンクが直ぐ空になり冬場にかかわらず水シャワーのみとなる。
• Philip (8/5): Gutes Zimmer für den Preis (2 Nächte ~110€) - Positives: - Für die Größe und Zeitraum ist genug Platz im Zimmer/Kühlschrank. - Das Bett ist groß und bequem Verbesserungswürdig: - Der Toaster gehört erneuert - Die Herdplatte mit Touchscreen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - Wasserkocher gehört entkalkt. - Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht gut bis gar nicht.
• abdelwahab (8/5): - L'appartement est bien situé. Le palais d'été de Habsbourg est à 15 minutes à pied. Station de metro restaurants et Lidl ne sont pas loin. L appartement est bien équipé: lit parapluie, cuisine équipée télé wifi machine à laver etc... Deux points négatifs: 1 les draps n'étaient pas propres (il y avait des cheveux et des traces de sang). 2 le robinet d eau chaude dans la douche est très très chaud. Ma femme s'est brulée
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Zu Laut durch Straßenlärm (vielbefahrene Straße)der gerade Nachts sehr störend war. Leider mussten wir alle Fenster öffnen ,da das Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite und leider an der Straße lag .Aber trotzdem gibt`s einen Pluspunkt für den vorhandenen Ventilator.
• zachary (6/5): Convenient Location - Everything was clean, except for a strong odor in the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. The worst aspect of this room was the entry method for the building. Since instructions were unclear, we didn't know how to get in and this room is not ideal for someone without cell service
• Karl-Heinz (10/5): Schöner Wohnen in Wien - Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war völlig problemlos. Er war in einem Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt. Als Sonderwunsch wollten wir einen Zweitschlüssel. Der lag am Küchentisch. Das Bad war sehr sauber und relativ neu. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Matratze vom Bett könnte besser sein. Die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war für die 2 Nächte ok. Es gibt aber bessere Modelle am Markt. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber SEHR ZUFRIEDEN!
• Ulch (4/5): Nur schöner Schein - Von der Abwicklung her lief soweit alles gut. Die Anbindung mit der U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Auch dass das Wohnhaus von aussen sehr heruntergekommen ausschaut ist zu verkfraften. Aber dann... Wir hatten uns vorab für eine Zeit vor dem eigentlichen Check-in angemeldet und vereinbart, dass die Reinigungskraft öffnet und wir schon mal das Gepäck abstellen könnten. Soweit auch in Ordnung. Bei Ankunft meinte die Reinigungskraft sie sei fertig mit der Reinigung und wir könnten in das Appartment. Sprach's und klaubte mühsam einen Teil des zusammengewischten Drecks von Hand auf. Wie gesagt nur einen Teil... im Wohn- / Schlafraum lag auch noch totes Ungeziefer auf dem Boden. Der Teppich sowie diverse Oberflächen (z. B. Nachttisch) und die Vorhänge waren auch recht unappetitlich. Zum Glück waren wir nur zum Schlafen im Appartment. Aber angenhem geht anders. Wir können dieses Appartment aus den genannten Gründen nicht weiterempfehlen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung hin oder her. Wenigstens hat die Schönheit Wiens uns für diese Enttäuschung entlohnt.
• VINCENZA (8/5): Migliorate la pulizia - Arrivati al portone non si ha una bella impressione, è vecchio e mal tenuto.entrando in appartamento invece tutto é ben ristrutturato, carente é la pulizia, specialmente le tende e sotto ai letti pieno di polvere. La casa ha tutti i comfort e tutto funzionante.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good apartment. - The apartment is nice and everything is new like kitchen stuff. Bathroom is also in very good condition and beds are ok. The building is old and sordid at the entrance. Needs maintenance. Location is not the best but there is metro very near the apartment a few meters walking which makes it Ok. Area is not very illuminated but area is safe. There is a little store on the opposite corner which makes a convinient stay to buy things for breakfast.
• RSV (6/5): Affordable stay close to all attractions - Plus: Affordable and decent stay close to public transport. Close to all major attractions. Inside apartment was clean and comfortable. Laundry and dishwasher inside apartment. There are grocery stores near by. Minus: Access to apartment was creepy. We would finish sight seeing and come back late in the evening and entrance to building was dark. No lights at staircase.

Avainten luovutus sujui sovitusti, vaikkakaan sähköisellä lomakkeella ja tekstiviestillä ilmoittamamme saapumisaika ei ollut välittynyt asunnon luovuttajalle, joka soitti perään päivällä ennen saapumistamme. Asunto oli erittäin likainen, vaikka vuokran lisäksi perittiin erillinen "siivousmaksu" (35 eur käteisellä). Pyysimme palauttamaan maksun mutta emme saaneet vastausta. Sänkyjen alla oli runsaasti pölyä ja roskia, verhoissa oli reikiä ja tahroja, ja seinillä sekä katossa tunnistamattomia likajälkiä. Myös itse rakennus oli likainen ja hyvin huonokuntoinen. Alue oli muutoin rauhallinen ja muut rakennukset siistimpiä.

• Marco (6/5): Precisione e pulizia....missing - L'appartamento è spazioso con mobili recenti, la cucina è funzionale (es lavastoviglie) a parte il tostapane che collegato alla rete elettrica la mandava in cortocircuito. Peccato per il divano-letto, era rotto con molteplici tentativi di riparazione ma con il risultato che la base cadeva sempre e la pulizia nel dettaglio lasciava molto a desiderare, vedi armadietto bagno non pulito tra un cambio di inquilino e l'altro. Peraltro la signora delle pulizie è entrata in casa in nostra assenza per recuperare quanto dovuto (per le sole pulizie) senza lasciare la ricevuta, ma lasciando invece impronte di fango e neve lungo il corridoio. Organizzazione pessima, prima chiedono di comunicare l'orario d'arrivo con 3 giorni d'anticipo, poi non si presenta nessuno (aspettato 45 min. a -7°) ed infine dietro telefonata di sollecito, ti spiegano una sorta di caccia al tesoro per aprire l'appartamento in maniera indipendente.
• Diana (8/5): Good hotel, near u-bahn station - Nice accommodation near Schoenbrun Palace. We found free parking place in front of the building. The big minus was the cleanes. It was a lot of dust under the beds.
• Katja (6/5): Appartment mit Schwächen und guter Lage - Das Appartment ist in einem typischen Wiener Wohnhaus.Abends angekommen waren wir von aussen geschockt,der Eingangsbereich idt auch nicht einladend-aber das Appartment ging dann.Wir haten Top 12.Die Einrichtung ist aus modernen Möbeln,wobei manches schon abgewohnt ausschaut(Gardinen). Richtig sauber geputzt war nicht-wurde dann erneut erledigt,was sehr angenehm war. Die Lage ist gut,wenn man zum Schloss Schönbrunn,Naschmarkt und Theater möchte.24h Öffi-Ticket 7,60€ und direkt vor der Tür die U-Bahn ist ideal-gerade wenn man mit Kindern reist.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Entry can put you off, but a good place to stay! - Unmarked on the outside so it could be an issue for some, was for me as I did not know the area. Looked a bit dodgy on the entry but don't let it out you off, it's lol ok. Transit options across the street good for morning/daily drink, morning breaking, news, tabac/parking tix...etc. Room was quite spacious, and kitchenette very useful and clean. A positive stay and accommodation! Close to Schonbrunn (sp) by car; less than 10 minutes.
• man chiu (8/5): 位置方便房內企理的Apartment - Apartment位於十分方便的U4線上，距離地鐵站也只是5分鐘的路程！ 房間內十分整潔企理，所有家品相當齊存，適合一家大小入住！ 不過房間以外齊座大廈的外觀確實過於殘舊，難免會使人卻步... 加上大廈內沒有接待處，由入住到離開都沒有接觸過任何職員.. 全程用Email溝通，不過回覆確實很快！ 但如果遇上忘帶鎖匙或房內設備有任何問題的話，便有點麻煩了...

• Verified traveler (6/5): Pratique, mais bruyant - Logement refait à neuf, lit bas de gamme, laveuse ne fonctionnait pas, bon service, car nous sommes arrivés en avance et quelqu'un s'est déplacer pour nous accomoder. Un technicien a été envoyé très rapidement, mais n'avait pas le morceau pour effectuer la réparation de la laveuse avant notre départ. Emplacement bruyant, mais à côté d'un métro. Stationnement payant dans la même bâtisse que le métro, mais à 30 € la journée. Pas d'air climatisé, mais un ventilateur était fourni. Il est à noter que nous avons choisi cet établissement pour la laveuse.

• Verified traveler (10/5): TopWohnung mit sehr viel Platz - Top-Wohnung mit riesig viel Platz; leider im ersten OG ohne Lift (aber auch das funktioniert mit dem Kinderwagen); Die Lage ist zwar von der Aussicht direkt ins U4 Center nicht die Beste, aber die Anbindung an die Öffis ist mit drei Kindern perfekt und man ist ja eigentlich eh nur zum Schlafen dort. Achtung Absturzgefahr im Kinderzimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster (das Bett steht direkt unterm Fenster) Der Service mit der Hotline war TOP! Leider war das Zimmer bei der Übernahme nicht sauber (Spuren im WC von Vorgänger, Staub unter den offenen Betten, Boden im Bad schlecht gewischt, Teppiche dreckig ...)
